All of them made eye contact, listened attentively and didn’t rush me or treat my questions dismissively. I have dental phobia and germaphobia. Neither conditions were triggered during this visit. I did not feel shamed regarding my severe oral demise. I felt supported, encouraged, well informed and hopeful. Dr. Hill was warm and professional; kind, patient, informative, confident and clearly knowledgeable and highly skilled in periodontics. Shiva, was excellent and probably the most critical in assuring my visit went smoothly. She is highly intuitive and always a step ahead in both the practical aspects with the doctor and procedures as well as my comfort and emotional state. Easily, the best dental experience I have ever had.

It is nice to see front office people being so pleasant & helpful. They saw me even though I got there late because of Rush-hour traffic, & helped me through the new patient process. Leann, the dental assistant, was remarkable! She was so kind & pleasant while taking my x-rays & medical history & getting me ready for the periodontist. Dr. Hill, the periodontist, was friendly & kind despite being in a hurry for other patients. He explained to me exactly what the problems are, why they are caused, & what he can do about them. Leeann then took me out to see the front desk Schedulers & to pay my bill. I have my next appointment already, & I would refer anybody to this periodontist and implant specialist!

Every question I had she would just say that's not us talk to corporate.. I have never felt sooo uncomfortable in a doctor or dentist office in my life. I have had 2 different dentists work on my teeth from this office and I like them both but the front office experience was awful

Experiencia negativa: I would give them zero stars if it would let me. To start with I am a few years pass 60. I have seen my share of dentists in that time. I have never ever had so many X rays as I did in Jan 2026. It was well pass excessive. Especially when I had just had X rays in June 2025 from my previous dentist. The office confirmed those records had transferred over. But now they didn't seem to have them I have never had a dentist tell me I had a cavity, without showing me the X rays. The X rays were conveniently behind me. The chair doesn't turn. I go to the dentist every 6 months. My past dentists of several years never mentioned the need for a mouth guard or crowns or a caps to go over large old fillings. I also have never ever had a cleaning start with polishing and flossing. It has always been last. Then to be double teamed for a cleaning after. The assistant/hygienist with a suction tube and water pick on one side. The dentist on the other with a suction tube and sonic tool. It was getting near lunch time maybe this technique saves them time. I felt like I was being half water boarded. No break to close my mouth. All afternoon my jaw was popping and sore. Probably from 4 tools and a couple of fingers in my mouth. Needless to say I won't be going back. I'm in the search for another dentist. Sad because I use to go to Comfort Dental 30+ years ago, unrecognizable now.

Experiencia negativa: If you have any kind of dental anxiety don’t go here. I’m not typically one to leave a review but my dental assistant was quite rude. She barely talked. Never really told me what she was doing or about to do and seemed annoyed when I asked questions. At one point my hat was in the way during X-rays and she took it upon herself to grab it and move it. Communication all around was just poor and I will not be going back to this clinic.

Experiencia negativa: Worst experience I’ve ever had at Comfort Dental. Bad enough having to see a new dentist but there were issues with the sterilizer and I waited in the chair for 45 minutes. No one came to check on me. Because of the backup, my dentist didn’t have an assistant for awhile and asked me to hold the suction. Water went everywhere! At checkout I also had to wait much longer than usual even though there were several people on computers in the checkout area who paid no attention to me. Not sure I will go back.

Experiencia negativa: Avoid at all costs: Gross incompetence, medical negligence, and zero accountability. If you value your dental health, your time, or your safety, do not step foot in this office. My recent experience with Comfort Dental was a comedy of errors that resulted in actual physical harm and a broken front tooth. 1. Gross Incompetence & Radiation Risks: I went in because a crown they installed was loose. The staff had to take three separate X-rays because they managed to X-ray the wrong tooth twice. Their inability to perform a basic diagnostic task resulted in me being exposed to three times the necessary radiation. 2. Blatant Negligence: Despite finally getting the "correct" X-ray, the dentist failed to mention that the tooth underneath the crown was fractured at the base. When I asked them to remove and re-cement the loose crown, they refused, telling me to "wait for it to fall off naturally." Less than 24 hours later, the crown fell off, revealing a broken tooth that the dentist either missed or intentionally ignored the day before. 3. Zero Respect for Patients: I returned the next day at 2:30 PM to address this emergency. I sat in the waiting room for nearly an hour. By 3:35PM, I still hadn't been seen. As a parent with a job and children, I couldn't wait any longer. I am now left with a broken, exposed front tooth because this office is incapable of sticking to a schedule or providing basic care. This isn’t just "bad service"—it’s a dangerous lack of professional standards. They are an assembly line that prioritizes volume over patient safety. Save your money, your health, and your sanity: go anywhere else.

I had an appointment with her yesterday. She is the most gentle and kind of all the dentists I have been to. She is the most knowledgeable and intelligent too of all the other dentists I'd seen over the years.

But I have to say, Dr Tayde minimized the discomfort with impressive skill and the next day I don’t even have pain at the injection site let alone any tooth pain! Thank you so much!!!

Experiencia negativa: I do not feel like the level of care I got was worth the money I was going to spend. After 1 hour and 45 minutes I had my x-rays taken and my teeth looked at for 2 minutes. Although I was there, I don’t think I was seen.

Experiencia negativa: The dental hygienist was great. Don’t know if I favor the new dentist. Not sure the procedure was warranted considering I’ve been going to Dr. Zimmet for probably 20 years and there was no mention of the need for a more aggressive cleaning procedure ($235 WITH the Gold Plan). And then a teeth protector ($480) for clenching? No mention of that previously. I’ll probably seek a second opinion from a new dentist.

The other dental office wanted $600 more than my dental plan indicated should be charged. They also recommended work which Dr Zimmet indicated was not needed. Dr Zimmet quoted the appropriate charge set by my dental plan. I was a walk-in and Comfort Dental saw me within 15 minutes and completed the exam, x-rays, and molar removal within 1 hour. My wife and I have switched to Comfort Dental. I highly recommend you give them a try!!

This is especially helpful for helping me past my apprehensions. They are patient and sensitive with reactions from my traumatic dental history. They explain, they listen and adjust to meet my needs. I travel a long ways to get this care for me and my teeth.

I was later referred to their Golden location to see a hygienist.

Her technician, Channel, was amazing as well, making sure my kids felt comfortable the entire time. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, which helped create a relaxed atmosphere. A special shoutout to Channel for the thoughtful gift of toothbrushes to my kids—they loved them and it really made the visit extra special. I highly recommend Dr. Tayde and her whole team.

After X-rays the staff literally held my hand through my procedure. The Dr is knowledgeable, and has a gentle bed side manner. I will be returning to complete more dental work.

Everyone is very personable and genuinely interested in delivering top care. Highly recommend their services.
