Now for the main reason why everyone goes to the dentist, they did a really good job showing me the state of my teeth and giving me a lot of detail to make a well informed decision for next steps. Dr Adjei, what a guy. Guy just knows what he's doing and super professional and the hygienist, Nabir, what a guy. Made the whole process seamless and also very professional

Experiencia negativa: I walked out before any services were performed. Scheduling told me they would allow for choice in medications, products, services and X-rays (due to my allergies and sensitivities) but Dr. Tweedy told me I have no choice with how they practice. I even declined advanced consent in their paperwork. Patient consent doesn’t exist there.

Experiencia negativa: Everyone was very nice but when I called I asked if I could get a night guard without becoming a new patient and doing an exam/xrays, so I came in. Just to be told by the dentist he wouldn’t see me without the exam and X-rays, even though I got them 2 months ago at another dentist. Disappointed by the lack of good communication.

Experiencia negativa: This office is just a revolving door of dentists. I’ve had 3 in the last 18 months. They also try to upsell everything- more advanced cleaning, laser treatments etc etc. I just want to go in and have a cleaning instead of a sales pitch. I also paid twice as much there for some dental work than my current dentist. A crown cost almost $900 with them and I later found out by my rep that my plan cost is $500 so they definitely ripped me off. When it came time to send my records, I sent in my release and they simply just didn’t do it. So I had to get X-rays again because they couldn’t just send over my history. With so many options I would choose elsewhere!

During my appointment yesterday it was an *ENTIRELY NEW TEAM*..... ... AGAIN. While I don't know what is causing all of their turnover, something clearly is. If their staff won't stick around, neither will my family. We are leaving this office.

Experiencia negativa: BEWARE*** I hesitated leaving a review because they refunded me for my visit but I now have a fear of dentists and it was because of this place. I went in for a very simple cosmetic bonding procedure. This normally takes 10-15 minutes. I've gotten it many times and most recently from Dr. Cosmo at this practice but she isn't there anymore. Dr. Tweedy was the dr. and I don't think she has ever done this procedure before. It does NOT require numbing but she shot me with Novocain without even asking me. Then proceeded to work on my teeth for 3 HOURS. I left looking like Mr. Ed and I couldn't eat or close my mouth. I went to a new dentist the following day who said it was the worst bonding job he had seen. Whisper Creek gave me my $ back but please proceed with caution. I can't get those 3 hours back or the following day I lost off work. I wish Dr. Tweedy would have just told me she couldn't do it or referred me somewhere else. Definitely the craziest experience I have had in a LONG TIME.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a really good appointment with Marie (I think that’s her name), my technician. She is friendly cared, very professional and skilled at her job. She offered a couple of possible treatments for my lingering issue that could be very helpful in the future. And it was nice to meet the new dentist who did a thorough exam of the condition of my teeth and a cancer screening.

Experiencia negativa: I have been going for the past several years and it has gone downhill every year. I feel like they have changed dentist several times, and the staff upfront seems to be different as well as the hygienist. I was in there recently and given fluoride without my consent and then charged for it. I was told by the dentist who I have never seen before that I have two cavities in my 12 year molars. I have never had a cavity in my life. Of course they wanted to fix it Right away and the finance lady had a bill ready before the doctor even left my room. I was like nope I’m good. I won’t be returning. Dentist are like mechanics unfortunately I do not trust them farther than I can throw them. I will say that I had good experience at first, and I hope the practice continues to succeed, but I will be going somewhere different from now on. I read some other reviews about people getting fillings and having major problems afterwards. Be careful.

Experiencia positiva: Dental hygienist was very good, not only with the cleaning but answering questions and giving recommendations. The dentist was very nice (Dr. Tweedy). A previous dentist had performed a root canal and crown at this practice around six months earlier. I mentioned I still had issues with those particular teeth. I was referred to a specialist requiring $ 475.00 for initial x-ray and consult. As a senior, I am unable to go forward with issue as I have exhausted my yearly dental benefits. I know Dr Tweedy mentioned they would refund root canal cost. However, I haven’t seen any action. The staff here are very nice but I have lost confidence in their abilities to complete a job with my satisfaction. I wish they would just refund my money so I can go to a different dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: I had ongoing gum bleeding for years after pregnancy, and nothing seemed to help- despite multiple cleanings at other offices. After just one visit here, with a thorough cleaning and laser treatment, the bleeding completely stopped. Cleanings are painless and incredibly thorough. I’ve seen both hygienists Marie and Nabeel, and they’re both wonderful.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to Whisper Creek for almost two years now, and it’s been nothing but good experiences. Sarah, my dental hygienist, is amazing! Cleanings are always easy and quick, and I actually like going to the dentist now! Dr. Skeeter has been a great addition to the team. He always takes the time to answer my questions, and explains everything clearly. I also did Invisalign with them and the experience there has been top notch. Staff at the desk is always friendly, it’s easy to make appointments, and I’ve had no issues to date. Definitely recommend them!

Experiencia negativa: TERRIBLE. I went here for cavity fillings between my teeth as I used to lack flossing back in 2021. I have now been flossing daily for the past three years. I had around four different sessions to fill in between all four quadrants of my mouth. I was unable to floss in between abut 4 of my teeth and still cannot. They severely overfilled my cavities which has led to severe gum inflammation in my entire mouth and several which already need replacing as they are CRACKED. As well as for my sister they did the same thing by overfilling her cavities leading to an even more severe inflammation in her mouth, which ended up costing her an oral surgery to raise her gum line completely. Not to mention, the color is severely different from either of our teeth and looks as if there is plaque in between all of them.

During my visit, I encountered relentless upselling for unnecessary services and discovered inaccurate insurance charges for services I never received. Despite bringing this to their attention multiple times, they refused to correct the billing errors, raising serious ethical concerns about their practice. Additionally, during my initial visit, I was told I had several cavities. Skeptical of their diagnosis, I sought a second opinion from a family-owned dentist, who confirmed that I had no cavities or dental issues. This experience has led me to believe that individual or family-owned dental practices offer more honest and trustworthy care compared to larger dental corporations. Whisper Creek is owned by Heartland Dental, so unless you're looking to get scammed, I highly encourage anyone seeking dental care to consider these smaller, more personal practices.

Experiencia fantástica: I have always had a problem getting numb and was sent here from another dentist. They were kind, understanding, and took time to look at the xrays and figured out why. The Dr was able to pin point why and get me numb to do the work without any bruising or swelling. They are absolutely amazing. Very gentle and super knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend.

Also yesterday was the first time I’ve been seen by a doctor after my cleaning in I believe 4 visits so that’s good. Experiencia negativa: Yes, I went here for my first time yesterday I was supposed to get a cleaning but they didn’t clean my teeth. They said I needed a deep cleaning on both side even though I get my teeth cleaned every six months so that was kind of weird. I did do some laser on my tooth that was sensitive. It was $65 extra. I haven’t had any pain in it since yesterday but I was there almost 3 hours. My kids went there a couple days before me with the $99 new patient special as we are waiting to get insurance for them …they paid when they were there and as I was paying for mine and they said I had $135 balance for my kids ???so I’m actually gonna call tomorrow and figure that out, But they were very nice. I feel like if you have a lot of time on your hands you might like it but definitely ask what’s being covered or what you’re being charged for. they did try to sell all of us Invisalign and they told us we all need feelings and they told us all we need crowns or something along that line so I thought it was pretty weird because I go to the dentist regularly. I’m just on a mission trying to find a new dentist. so I don’t know I’m still thinking about it. I’ll probably try a few more places before I go back and I’m definitely gonna go get my teeth cleaned at the other dentist so they’ll actually clean them and they usually get me in and out in 45 minutes but otherwise tomorrow I will call and figure out what they’re trying to charge me $135 for

Experiencia positiva: I've had a great experience at this dental office in my two visits. The cleanings are thorough. However, the second appointment was made weeks in advance and the day before they called asking if I could come in earlier to accommodate the hygienist's personal schedule. That was fine, no problem! Worked out well. I have my third appointment scheduled for today that I made on Tuesday because a filling came out. I received a call this morning that the time is no longer going to work for the dentist and that I need to come in earlier if I want it done. I now need to shift around my work schedule in order to make it. It's not the end of the world, but it is annoying. I may be unlucky that this has now happened to me twice, but just calling it out for others in case they want a more stable / reliable appointment experience.

Experiencia negativa: I had the absolute worst experience at Whisper Creek Dental. This practice is terrible when it comes to customer service and overall experience. There is no continuity of care whatsoever. I went in expecting to see the same dentist I had seen previously, but ended up with someone completely different without any prior notice. You’d think a dental practice would at least send a notification if there was going to be a change in providers before your appointment. The inconsistency doesn’t stop there. Even the hygienists seem to change from visit to visit. I went in for a cleaning and scheduled a follow-up appointment for a procedure the next week. But within that same week, they canceled my appointment because I didn’t confirm it via text. Nowhere in their message did it say that failing to confirm would result in cancellation. To make matters worse, I received a message just 14 minutes before my scheduled appointment, notifying me that it was no longer available. When I called, one person confirmed that they still saw my appointment on the calendar and had no idea why I received the cancellation message. Minutes later, another person called and told me my appointment had been given to someone else. The whole experience was beyond frustrating, and the customer service was completely unprofessional. I will never return to Whisper Creek Dental and would strongly recommend that others avoid this practice as well. Lastly, they told me I needed two cavities filled. After this experience, I went to my previous dentist who confirmed I didn’t have any cavities to be filled. Whisper Creek also didn’t sent the X-rays along with my records but instead only sent the old ones. It feels like they intentionally didn’t send them knowing the new dentist would see I didn’t need the cavities filled.

Experiencia positiva: I’ve had issues with their billing in the past. Just had some work done- we will see if I get a bill after I was told I had no cost. If I don’t- 10/10 will be back again. BUT I absolutely love my new dental care team that worked with me. So much more personable, gentle, caring, and kind. Nothing against my old team, but this new team was just much warmer. Made me more comfortable.

I have got to know many of the professionals here, through 6 crowns, a couple fillings, Invisalign, and recently a broken tooth, and can say they are very, very good at their jobs. Dr Qaadi and Jacob are my two absolute favorite pros there! So don’t hesitate to make an appointment today, they’ll take care of ya!

Experiencia negativa: The hygienist made my 17 year old daughter feel very intimidated. Lecturing her about what a terrible job she’s doing brushing her teeth. Scolding her for not flossing correctly. My daughter brushes, water picks, flosses, and tongue scrapes every day. To be lectured that she’s doing everything wrong was very off putting. A standard cleaning kept her there for TWO HOURS as a result of all the scolding and lecturing. End note, dentist came in and told her that her teeth look great and she’s going a great job. This is just the most recent of a string of terrible experiences. She will not ever go back.

Experiencia negativa: I cannot recommend Whisper Creek Dental. Especially for any kind of dentures or partials. We gave up after almost a whole year of trying to get full top dentures. My partner is 6'3" and lost weight down to 130lbs. The upper denture looked like a bottom and was just terrible. Just wobbled around even with poligrip. They wanted to take a new impression and send it to the lab again. This lab must be in a different country as 2 weeks turns into 3-4 weeks everytime they sent something to the lab. So frustrating not to be able to eat/chew for months and months. We did get a refund and will never go back.

Experiencia negativa: "I am extremely disappointed with the service at at Whisper Creek Dental. They have messed up my appointment for a simple teeth cleaning not once, but twice. The first time, they scheduled me with a hygienist that I have never seen. My chart clearly states that my preference is to see one hygienist who work Mondays only. The second time, approximately 2 months later they did the same thing again. I was told I could wait an addition hour to see the hygienist I have requested .' It's incredibly frustrating and unprofessional to be treated this way. My time is valuable, and it's clear they don't respect that. I will be taking my business elsewhere and do not recommend this office to anyone looking for reliable and competent dental care. They also have dentists who apparently quit and then never communicate that to their patients. What are you operating a drive through dentist office. No continuity of care for this place. The absolute worst customer service. Don’t waste your time here!"

They are all very friendly and knowledgeable, especially Sarah, who is friendly and outgoing, but also very down to earth who you can chat with for hours if they didn’t need to clean your teeth. I definitely recommend them highly!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Cosma and her team are fantastic. I went to another dental office and was told that a root canal would be a multiple month affair and would cost something like $4k up front. The pain got so severe that I couldn't sleep, so I called around seeing who could get me in the soonest to just take the tooth out and call it done. Dr. Cosma got me in first thing the following morning, and had the root canal done and a temporary crown in place before the afternoon, and at a much lower cost than I was previously quoted. That was about 3 months ago, and I now see them for all my dental needs. Couldn't be happier.

Experiencia negativa: I don’t have any issue with the people. The problem is they don’t respect other people’s time. Simple cleaning takes more than an hour. Too many patients, and not enough staff. Every time I’m there, long wait time between the cleaning and examination. Also, I’m assuming it’s a new practice because every appointment there’s always something- small cavity, old filling that needs to be replaced, deep gum cleaning, etc. I get it… trying to stay on top of it. However, every time is getting old.

Experiencia negativa: I called and made an appointment to establish care. They asked for my insurance information with all the details and they confirmed over the phone that they are in network. When I go in for my appointment 2 days later, they make me sit there fill all the paperwork for 20 minutes and ONLY THEN they tell me that they don’t accept my insurance. They had more than 2 days to look this up properly and to reach out to me and let me know that they won’t accept my insurance. But instead they wasted a significant amount of my time in hopes that I would be willing to pay out of pocket, which is what they tried to convince me to do. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Experiencia negativa: Not impressed with the upselling of expensive cosmetic procedures, nor the unsolicited parenting advice from a hygienist who spent 25 minutes with my daughter before deciding to insert her opinion. Office is clean, they were great with the kids, but you don’t to tell a parent, who shows visible concern over a painful procedure (when the patient is their 9 year old daughter) You’re a great mom, but you should react more positively or your daughter will feed off that.” I don’t need a lesson on trauma response or how to manage my concern for my child. I made a concerned face at what I was seeing and started asking questions. Nothing about that is inappropriate. I politely told her I’m honest with my kids, regardless of the situation. This is our relationship. It’s not abusive, it’s not inappropriate, it’s honest. We will not be back, as a routine cleaning or follow up shouldn’t include the opinion of a hygienist on how I talk to my kids.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great dentist office. Dr. Qadi is great and I've also had a great experience with several different hygienists. They do good work, take care, and run a nice, clean office.

Experiencia positiva: Both my husband and I came in for a dental cleaning on different dates and there wasn’t a dentist there to check our teeth for cavities. We weren’t called beforehand and given the option to reschedule for a time a dentist was in.

Experiencia negativa: Twice in a row I have showed up for a six month exam to be told that the doctor was sick. Would it be hard to notify the patients ahead of time? Also they push and push to take x-rays every 6 months when the ADA recommends them every 3-5 years. It must be a huge money maker for them, but unnecessary exposure to radiation is not beneficial to the patient, only to their bank account.

I have been a patient for almost 2 years now and I am always impressed with how comfortable and welcomed I feel at each appointment. Experiencia fantástica: I had an AMAZING experience at this office. Everyone up front was very kind and welcoming and Amy was very professional and gentle during my cleaning!

Experiencia negativa: There is a lot of turnover and incompetence at this dental office. They gave me a mouth guard that ended up changing my bite and giving me jaw problems. It took months of repeated visits to get a new one ordered. Later, I was scheduled for a cleaning and dental visit when there was no dentist in the office and wasn't informed beforehand (Is this even legal?). The dental hygienist told me that it was company policy that the dentist only had to see patients once per year. The same dental hygienist broke my permanent retainer while cleaning my teeth in a less than gentle way and then told me that it must have been like that before she started. I told her it wasn't, but still had to pay for it to be repaired on a separate visit. Shame on me for not leaving sooner.

Experiencia negativa: They overcharged me 700+ dollars for two crowns, but neglected to notify me. I brought the issue to them and have been informed it will take up to 6 weeks to refund my own money, and they had no plans to do so until I said something. This smells of untrustworthy business practices and I won't be back. Hopefully this review doesn't cause a further delay in the return of my payment.

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend if you have dental anxiety - They work with you and don’t judge about previous dental habits you may have/had! Super clean office and modern dental tools/equipment make it provide feelings of cleanliness and comfort! Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been friendly and not afraid to smile (even at my lame dad jokes)! Willing to work with you on payment options if dental insurance doesn’t cover something 100%. If you frown to go to the dentist, going to Whisper Creek will turn it upside down while simultaneously fixing it!

Experiencia negativa: Not a good experience all around. Aside from the person handling the billing, I wasn’t overly impressed with the office staff, assistants, and especially not the doctor who seemed to have a very mediocre bedside manner, less than optimal listening skills, and to be frank, she seemed rather pretentious and put out. Might be a perfectly fine place for a routine cleaning, but I wouldn’t use them again for anything beyond that.

Experiencia negativa: Beware! Nobody likes billing surprises. Experiences like this makes me not want to even go to the dentist for fear of this exact situation. On top of this they are way overpriced too. Have you noticed all the dental offices popping up in every corner? It’s cuz they’re all making BIG money off of vulnerable people.

Experiencia fantástica: AMAZING! My first visit at Whisper Creek Dental was the best dental experience I have ever had! Doctor Cosma provided a standard of care that went above and beyond. In addition, the hygienist and front office staff were friendly and knowledgeable making everything clear up front.

Experiencia negativa: UPDATE: I received a call from the office one day after my post. They wanted to clarify the $30 charge was for the dentist examination not the re-repair of the retainer. One problem with that, there was no dentist exam - there was just the re-repair. Dentist wasn’t there during my teeth cleaning so there wasn’t an exam then either. So, they think it’s preferable to tell me they’ve charged me for services that weren’t rendered than to have charged me for a re-repair of their work. ORIGINAL POST: They choose not to stand behind their work. Nor do they tell you about charges before work is to be done. They had to re-repair my root canal. Then they had to re-repair the retainer on the inside of my bottom front teeth. Apparently, it wasn't reattached properly while they were doing the re-repair of my root canal. I didn't notice it until the next time I was in their office for a cleaning. The hygienist found the retainer wasn't attached to the tooth they were supposed to reattach it to. She set up an appt for the dentist to "look at it." The dentist didn't look at it, she went ahead and re-repaired it. When I went to check-out I was told there was a $30 co-pay. I said I'm not paying, this was supposed to be done right during the re-repair of the root canal. The counter person said she would discuss with the dentist or office manager and call me back if there was an issue. I never received a call, just a bill in the mail. Time to try another dentist, one with the integrity to stand behind their work and to call when they say they'll call.

Experiencia fantástica: Never thought I'd say "I love my dentist", but Dr. Cosma is great! Whisper Creek Dental has always treated me with dignity and respect, it's a really nice dental practice. Everyone that works there has been polite, professional, and easy to "work" with. They keep my smile looking good, no matter what I do to it!

Experiencia negativa: First two visits were good. Didn’t care too much for the hygienist since she did things backwards - polishing teeth before cleaning. When Dr Qadi returned from medical leave I mentioned to her the pain I was experiencing from a tooth I had filled during her absence. I had already had it adjusted twice and was still in pain. She referred me to an endodontis. Rather than doing that, I had my daughter do a 3D X-ray on that tooth and brought it back for Dr Qadi to look at. She said that she “couldn’t see anything wrong” and proceeded to adjust the tooth again. Still VERY painful! Later, I found out that she never looked at the x-ray because I had given her an X-ray of my ankle instead of the 3D scan. Yea, I will not be going back.

Experiencia negativa: My original appointment was for earlier this month. Because I didn't get a text message to confirm my appointment and thus didn't reply to it, my appointment was canceled by them after I showed up. Today was the rescheduled appointment and it was the worst teeth cleaning experience in my 50 years. First, I waited in the waiting room for 25 minutes after my appointment time. Second, there was no apology for their tardiness. Third, the hygienist was trying to catch up on time and my mouth AND FACE are paying the price for that. I was given glasses to wear and the hygienist constantly put her hand and forearm over the glasses applying a ton of pressure into my face from the glasses. Maybe the hygienist needs to find better ways to clean teeth than throwing her forearm over the glasses? The hygienist hurriedly cleaned my teeth, not caring for the pain that I was going through. With the hook scraper, she was so rough with it that she was and poking and scraping other parts of my mouth. There was no gentleness at all. Then came the ultrasonic device and she was just haphazardly using that device throughout my mouth. It felt like it was piercing my gums at times. I've had cleanings before and I've felt some discomfort after I had left. My mouth, a hour after the cleaning is throbbing and painful. Never going back to them again.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm kind of a new patient to Whisper Creek, but I haven't had any issues with them at all. Each visit has been great. The staff is very nice and helpful, and Dr. Cosma is great! I'd recommend them to my friends and family.

Experiencia fantástica: I HATED the dentist I didn’t go for awhile because I didn’t want work done and life gets busy but I went here and got my cavities filled and I have NEVER had a dentist be so patient with me and understanding. I couldn’t get numb but she took her time, tried different things and filled them all it was amazing how comfortable I was the whole time. I ended up getting Invisalign when they were doing their promo and it was the best decision ever, they were so attentive to my teeth to make sure they move correctly, the plan to fix some after the treatment was insane. They are so knowledgeable and definitely love what they do. Dr. Qaudi and her assistant Emma and the best people to go to if you want your teeth fixed, the billing was straight forward, they worked with my insurance. Seriously never had a dentist like this one. I will refer all my friends to try this place out because they will never been disappointed.

Experiencia negativa: Hygienist was really pretty rough. Felt like I was getting waterboarded when she was removing the plaque from teeth with the water pick.

Experiencia negativa: Haven't been there in years and had to file complaints to get my records and remove a fraudulent review. Now, they're mailing me correspondence, soliciting my business, suggesting that I am covered by their new insurance. Looks like once you go there, they never purge you from their data base. Poor form and reeks of desperation. Shockingly unprofessional. Have been trying to get my medical records since March 2021, when I was informed that Dr. Shall left the practice on an indefinite personal leave. Enlisted DORA and HHS to help me. They still have not sent them all as of today October 8, 2021.
