I went to The Dental Team of Broomfield for my first appointment today and I can't tell you how pleased I am and how lucky I feel to have found them. They not only eased my mind about seeing a new dentist but they are also very reasonable. This may be hard to believe but I got the feeling that they are in the Dental business to actually help people. Mind blown, right...lol! It's getting harder and harder to find folks that truly care about helping others. Overall, this place is great. Everyone that I spoke with was kind and sincere. The information was clear and my costs were laid out there in black and white so we could make a plan. A plan that I could actually afford! I've found my new dentist.

Standard procedures, got me right into the chair. The young lady was quite attentive and helpful and the doctor, Kyle I forget his last name. Was quite informative and very gentle and personable with me. He took his time explaining the tooth the procedures and the payment options, quite gentle and professional. Experiencia negativa: Not the best experience. Started with one dentist, then he handed me off to another, only to have my pre-crown work finished by the assistant. Felt like a practice patient being handed off instead of one Dr from start to finish. Had to ask to stop 3 times because the assistant kept pressing equipment on my tongue forcing it back making it hard to breath. Now tooth is throbbing with intermittent bolts of pain and finding small bits of drilled tooth in my mouth. Felt 10 times better before procedure. Now wishing i didnt go in the first place. Not sure if things were done correctly because 3 different people did the work. Tooth is throbbing with occasional jolts of pain. Will probably need a root canal now just to be pain free.

I have had some ongoing problems with a specific tooth and Dr. Weisenburger has gone above and beyond to make things right. But best of all is Wendy the Hygienist she was so amazing and sweet I have an allergy to blue dye lol at the last second I was waiting I can’t have that numbness in my mouth it’s blue. She ran got another flavor. Wew I hate dentist and needle! I didn’t feel a thing barely a prick she is the BEST! Then she brought me a blanket I was freezing from my nerves. She went beyond kindness! Experiencia fantástica: Update: My previous review is still the same, Dr Weisenburger is still a phenomenal dentist, he fixed all the cavities that I had and was extremely self conscious about. My teeth look so much better now. Ambrosia at the front desk is amazing, these past couple weeks have been hard due to a family emergency, and I wasn’t able to come in when I was scheduled. She would reach out each time and would schedule me no hesitation. I really appreciate the staff as well as the dentist! Would still highly recommend! By far the best dentist ever. I have always had really bad teeth and was always shamed by my previous dentist so it always made me very nervous to go. This office though as well as Dr. Weisenburger and Jessica have been very welcoming and kind, answering all or any questions that I may have. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking help for the dental care!! Adding to this review! Unfortunately there was a time where I lost my insurance and wasn’t able to come back and that impacted the quality of my teeth. So the moment I got my insurance again I made an appointment to be seen again by Dr. Weisenburger and they made a special note that i preferred to be with him since I’ve had horrible experiences with other dentists at different locations in the past and he has been fantastic at making me feel comfortable and making sure to always let me know what he is doing and giving me a heads up in the case something was going to be a tad uncomfortable since I get really bad anxiety at times. I highly recommend this location, I’ve been going here for so long now and this will be the only place I come to if I can help it. I had to come in and get my permanent crown put on and Dr. Mason was the one to help me and she was very sweet and made me feel very comfortable so I will be going to her if Dr.Weisenburger isn’t available.

Experiencia fantástica: PS I ONLY SUBMIT REVIEWS IF YOU REALLY SUCK OR IF YOU ARE REALLY GOOD... I was genuinely shocked by how kind and welcoming the staff were. When I first walked in, I noticed a team photo on the wall — it didn’t look brand new, but every person in that picture was there, working together. It felt like a real team. I think it might have been Ruqayah’s birthday that day because she was inviting her coworkers to celebrate. If so, I hope the party was great! Dr. Mason was very kind. I have PTSD and trauma related to past dental experiences, so I need trauma-informed care. It’s hard for me to explain my anxiety — it’s emotional and sometimes overwhelming. Another office (Sedona Dental) actually told me I was “too emotional to service,” which was heartbreaking. Dr. Mason, on the other hand, seemed genuinely happy to do the work — which is definitely better than someone who hates their job (or, as I joked to myself, a very cheerful sadist, lol). From what I can tell, he did a solid job, gave me clear options, and, most importantly, stopped the pain. Having recently had foot surgery, lost my father, and endured weeks of tooth pain and sleepless nights, I finally went home after my appointment, fell asleep on Monday, and woke up Tuesday feeling like a happy clam. They even saved my tooth. After 30 years of avoiding dentists, I’m finally ready to go back — to this office. Thank you. Update - still very very happy with this office and Mason.

Experiencia negativa: I am sharing my experience to warn others about the lack of professionalism and care at this practice. I originally came in because a crown had broken. The first dentist placed a temporary crown with no issues. However, two weeks later, I returned to get my permanent crown, and the dental assistant helping the doctor actually broke my tooth in half during the procedure. A female dentist took over and assured me they would "make it okay" and that if anything happened, they would fix it for free because it was their responsibility. She told me to just avoid biting anything hard. Two days later, while eating scrambled eggs, the entire tooth completely came out. I went back for a third time, completely missing my tooth. Instead of taking responsibility, the owner offered to write me a check to refund the crown, completely dismissing the fact that they destroyed my tooth. He then handed me a treatment plan charging me over $5,000 for extraction surgery and an implant to fix the damage *they* caused. They broke my healthy tooth structure, refused to fix their mistake, and tried to charge me thousands of dollars for it. Please beware before going here—you risk leaving with far more damage than you arrived with.after posting this review, the owner of practice called me offering we should talk, i sent an email, what a surprise no response!! Because i asked everything should be written in email? !!!!

They made me laugh when they saw I was nervous, they stopped and let me take a breather whenever I had any discomfort, and they were super patient with me. The specific dentist I had Jamie was such a sweet girl. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re struggling with money and can’t afford other places or if you’re just looking for a great dentist to go to!
