I had a wisdom tooth that got infected, I got a same day emergency visit to Doctor Cruz, and I got instant relief and treatment. Then we scheduled the extraction. Not an easy thing to experience, but Doctor Cruz and his team made my procedure very comforting and caring. Post extraction, I got immediate care for any pain experienced and the proper treatment. Doctor Cruz goes above and beyond to ensure his patients are safely taken care of and recover well and this is very admirable!! I hadn’t been to the dentist for a very long time and was scared of pain and judgement due to an experience I had elsewhere. Instead of shaming me, they educated me. We came up with a treatment plan and they were able to fit me in quickly to begin. Betsy, my hygienist is amazing. She kept me at ease with her hilarious humor and checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable the entire time. Dr. Cruz is also very funny and nice. He definitely spent a lot more time examining and educating me than dentists I’ve had in the past. I don’t have dental insurance so I signed up for the Cruz Club. It is actually a good deal and I’ve saved hundreds of dollars already. I’m looking forward to being a patient with them for life.

Experiencia negativa: They skipped scheduling my quarterly cleaning appointment. I called and was told “oh it looks like we forgot”. I told them that was was unacceptable, and requested a call back from the office manager. It never happened, instead they just simply scheduled the cleaning and texted me a confirmation. I never received a call back, or an apology! I had a car emergency and missed a follow up appointment. After several years of being a client, thousands of dollars paid, and never missing an appointment, today I was told they are charging me $100 no show fee. Not even a one time courtesy fee removal, for a long time client dealing with a car emergency. I have paid $80 in advance for this appointment, I don’t owe you anything. I am now getting a text with photos of accounting ledger from 2022 and 2023. They are saying I have a $50 balance. Are you kidding me? You must be very hungry for money to have the nerve to bill me after three years your office made a mistake? Instead of being so hungry for money, you should focus on better customer service, and keep your old clients happy. I didn’t get a discount when you failed to schedule my cleaning appointment, but you are really fast in trying to charge me $100 no show fee when you already have $80 I paid in advance for the missed appointment? By the way, you are not in my network, I pay way more out of pocket expense for every treatment. I have spent thousands of dollars just for sticking with your practice. Dr Cruz is amazing, but his new office management sucks! Im sure you will be losing more clients.

That was not great. I would just be extra careful in assuring that the right pharmacy is selected because I was in a decent amount of pain driving around getting my meds. But all in all, you guys are exceptional in what you do. From front of house to back of house.

I would not trust this office or the 5 star google reviews as they are most likely black mailed into leaving them as they have tried to black mail us into removing ours. This is the most unprofessional business practice that I have ever witnessed and should be illegal. Call and confirm your appointments, even though you make them for a certain date and time that can completely change without any notification from them and you may end up taking a day off of work that you can’t afford for nothing.

I was honestly embarrassed about how nervous I felt. But from the very beginning, the entire staff treated me with nothing but kindness and compassion. They didn’t judge me, didn’t rush me, and made sure I felt safe every step of the way. They explained everything, checked in on me constantly, and made me feel like I wasn’t alone in how I was feeling. Additionally, I could actually breathe just fine while I was getting the procedure done instead of feeling like I was suffocating or going to choke with so many things in my mouth. I'm having cavities filled, crowns replaced, and an implant put in- and everything is going wonderfully. I'm surprised how little my jaw and gums hurt considering the work he's been doing. Also, I DID NOT even feel the numbing shots bc the doc uses such a cool technique. No more fear of pain.... lol. Teeth looking good Oh and they like power washed my teeth. So good!

Dr Cruz Davis and everyone of his staff are not only very professional, they are all personable and have become like part of our family too! Over the years they have kept up and supportive of what’s happening in our lives. Many years ago when my dad missed his appointment and wasn’t answering his phone which was not like him at all sobthey reached out to me to discover he was in the hospital for the first time ever which they showed concern about too! I was called to remind me of my appointment the next day and I had to tell told them we took him into the hospital the day before with DNR orders and wasn’t going to survive. Then when I went to my own appointment two weeks afterwards they were especially supportive and showed compassion towards me including Dr Cuze Davis! The office is beautifully designed, clean, and organized! He and all his hygienists have been top notch! What more could you ask for?

After many visits, as Dr Cruz is extremely meticulous and cared so much, my husband received his denture. The staff guaranteed me before the cleaning that Delta would still cover my whole cleaning. Well, that was not the case… it was unfortunate that I had to leave this dentist because the staff wasn’t forthright. Because my original comments on Dr. Cruz still stand. Brilliant dentist. Doesn't push hasty treatment, etc. Best dentist I have had....not looking forward to leaving him at all after finishing school.

His ability to apply a numbing shot with virtually no pain is a true skill and removes much of the dread of dental work and was truly appreciated. He is a perfectionist and it tells in his attention to detail. So smooth and the fit is perfect, probably better than the ordinal tooth. He took his time and made small adjustments to the bite and the alignment and it really shows, as when I bite down I can feel my bite align itself properly. He is an artist in his own right 32 teeth at a time!
