I need some work done but I didn’t feel judged for the condition my teeth were in and the dentists and hygienests didn’t make me feel like a bad person, instead they’re working on helping me fix problems. I had my first of two cleanings today and the did everything they could to make me as comfortable as possible. The front desk staff are friendly, greet you with a smile and they’re kind.

This has caused me to avoid the dentist and needed procedures as an adult. However, when I finally decided to take control I did some internet research and seeing the already existing glowing reviews called to make my first appointment with Magnolia. That was several years ago.The entire staff and Dr. Robert’s have always been exceedingly kind to me and I have never felt uncomfortable or downright scared to go in to an appointment as I used to. Even during an unexpected dental emergency they had me in as soon as possible and were kind and professional. I tell my friends about this office all the time and would recommend them to anyone .

Everyone at the front desk (Deann and team) is so welcoming and helpful. They communicate (that is rare these days as you know). Dr. Roberts is GREAT and my hygienist, Jennie is wonderful. I am just so glad I found them two years ago and I am in good hands. It has a beautiful and very comfortable waiting room, and the check-in staff are some of the most pleasant people to welcome you in! It’s very easy to make and reschedule appts. The oral hygienists go out of their way to make sure that you’re comfortable. They are very communicative during cleanings and procedures, and always check in to make sure you are comfortable and not in pain. They have heated massage chairs for when you’re being seen and you can choose whatever channel you want to watch on TV. I have not had a single bad experience and joke with friends about how relaxing my dental experiences are! I was recommended here by a friend and have since recommended a few other people in the area. Please do yourself a favor and check them out!

Experiencia fantástica: I was really impressed with Magnolia Family Dental! I loveddd my dentists both growing up & in our home of NYC, but we needed to establish new care in Florida. I was sad to need a new dentist but I’m very pleased I found this! The place is very clean throughout, even the bathrooms, with a comfortable waiting room. Everyone was kind & I was able to get an appointment quickly for a cleaning. There is a TV in the exam room with headphones. There was pleasant music with a variety in the exam room. There was also a window that is covered with plants on the outside so people can’t see in, but there was a bird feeder there which was a really nice touch. I got to watch a squirrel on it for a while. It was all very relaxing. My hygienist, Kelly, was very kind and very thorough and it didn’t feel rushed. I’d want to go back to her for sure! She took my concerns seriously. The dentist, Dr. Sherazee, was also very nice & thorough & spent more time with me than at normal dental check up appointments. My husband recommended it to me & I’d recommend this place to others.

I also had to get a crown put on and that was a breeze thanks to my wonderful dental assistant Danielle and Dr Fiola. They were so gentle and took such good care of me, I can't thank them enough. I even had to get the crown adjusted and they got me in and took care of it quickly. Experiencia fantástica: I was extremely pleased with this dental clinic. The staff are warm and welcoming. There was fun and interactive items in the waiting room. I was super impressed with available refreshments in the waiting room. There was infused water, hot cider, and other drinks available. The infused water was surprisingly delicious!!! It almost makes me want to come in daily to try the other flavors. My dental hygienist was extremely polite and gave me advice and information that i have never received before. She was mindful to my teeth sensitivity and applied some product to improve my comfort. I literally was falling asleep while she was cleaning my teeth. I loved having a television in the room available to watch while getting worked on. My chair has a heater and massage option which was very nice. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend everyone i know to come here.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Magnolia Dental for about 15 yrs. When I first went, I was super anxious and had past issues going to the dentist. However, now, I actually fall asleep when they do work on me. They all have super " bed"side manners and make the atmosphere as relaxing as possible for a dental office. You have warming massage machines on each chair, TV with headphones to drown out the drilling, and their offices are exceptionally bright and clean, and have views of outside with the occasional squirrel coming up to say hi. I recommend them to everyone. They're cost are competitive to others in town that don't have all this amenities. 10 stars if I could.

This week I had a conflicting appt and I reached out to them like a day or so before to see if they could possibly move my appt back a few hours. Guess what?? They DID! Deanna called and then texted me back to see if the new time worked for me (which I LOVE this feature.. becuz I work in the O.R. and can’t always answer my phone) which turned out great!! If u DONT have a Dentist office like THIS!! GET you ONE!! Just come on over to Magnolia Family Dental they will take GOOD care of you! I love it here!❤️

My hygienist was Jeanie (spelling?) and she was very professional. The dentist can be anxiety inducing and she did a wonderful job explaining the process to me and making sure I was comfortable.

From the time they answered the phone in the office, until they bid me farewell, the staff was overwhelmingly courteous, professional, and kind. They expressed a sense of urgency to mirror my own level of concern. My problem became their problem!!! They were amazing. They are technically out of network for my insurance, but I have now switched them to my primary dentist.

Ms. Jeanie remembered my son from my first visit, so on the second visit, she gave him a blanket because she remembered that he had napped during my appointment. The clinic itself has an inviting atmosphere, and everyone has a beautiful smile on their faces.

Experiencia fantástica: The facility is neat, clean, comfortable and calming atmosphere. I was greeted and assisted when I walked in. The technician got me back right away. She made sure that the temperature of the room was comfortable and that I felt comfortable. I noted there was even a little basket of blankets which I thought was cute. There was a TV and list of channels that I could put on to watch during the appointment to help with distraction and the dentist chair has a massaging function to assist in relaxation and distraction. The tech was very efficient and friendly and made me feel at ease. Dr Roberts came in for her examination and we discussed care plan as well as timelines of what needs are sooner rather than later. All of my questions were answered thoughtfully and politely. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with dentists and have only ever had one that made me feel comfortable. I was so afraid that moving to a new state I’d run into the same judgmental chastising treatment I've had from other dentistry but not at Magnolia Family Dental. I was impressed by all of the services they offer and treatments that I can look into in the future to improve my smile and oral health. I’m looking forward to having them as my dentist office. Experiencia fantástica: This is absolutely the best dentist I've ever been to. I have pretty significant anxiety when going to the dentist and everyone here was so kind and so caring. Jeannie, who was my hygienist was amazing, and when Dr. Roberts came in and heard I feel nervous at the dentist she helped to find more specific solutions to put me at ease. Outside of the kindness, there were many other positives. The office is beautifully decorated, each room is private so you can't hear anyone else's appt, and the rooms have windows to see outside, the chair can be used as a massage chair, there are tons of channels on the TV you have control over, and when you walk in the office there is a beverage counter! My room even had a bird feeder right outside the window. They also had plenty of time for my appointment. Nothing felt rushed and it helped me feel calm. They clearly care about their patients' experiences and don't overbook like other medical providers tend to do. Thank you so much to Jeannie and Dr. Roberts for making me finally feel, at 32 years old, that the dentist doesn't have to be upsetting or something to avoid.
