The front desk is extraordinarily friendly and set up a time and date that fit my schedule the following week - no wait. At my appointment, they took a very thorough interest in my teeth and my lifestyle. No part of the experience felt rushed and nothing was overlooked. I felt feeling incredible and surprised at the level of service I received...especially for how affordable it cost me! Everyone here is phenomenal and I would recommend to all of my neighbors.

Theresa took time to patiently talk with me on the phone about my daughter’s upcoming appointment and welcomed us into the office with kindness. I love the people in this office! They made a potentially upsetting experience for my daughter a positive one and I am so grateful!

The facility office space was easy to find with spacious parking close to the front door entrance. The staff was very welcoming with complimentary coffee and filtered cold water upon arrival and a generous, welcoming smile on their faces. The office was clean and well-organized. I’ve never felt more comfortable in a dental office not only were they super kind, they were very understanding and nonjudgmental about my needs as a patient. (I haven’t had dental work for three years) I needed multiple fillings and a root canal and every time I came in they explained the process and always asked if I had questions, I’m so blessed and appreciative that I found this dental office!

Experiencia fantástica: The absolute fastest most pain-free efficient dentistry I've ever experienced. I've been going to smile source for quite a few years and I have had a lot of work done as well as my son. We have never once had an issue with anything and always left with a great positive experience.

Experiencia negativa: I can't believe this place. So nice and kind when you first call them and go in for their initial consultation. But when they find out you don't have money, everything changes. When I went in, they said they could help me with all my problems. They said they could do my sinus lift and give me my implant. But obviously, that was not the case because they tried to send me to an oral surgeon That wasn't in my insurance network to do my sinus lift because obviously they couldn't. Now, my insurance policy has changed, and they no longer approves Implants. So today, March 3rd, I received a letter from Smile Source saying that they can no longer be my dentist. So now, even if I won an appeal with my insurance company, I wouldn't be able to get my implant done because the initial approval was with smile source. So on Monday I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and suing them in small claims court. They knew from the beginning that I only had 2 months to get this all done. And they failed to help me with my problem. Incompetent, and I'll see Them in court.

And today was my second time at the south hill location. You can tell the employees are well cared for. They’re happy and very attentive with so much patience. I never once felt like a bother with any of the staff members. The receptionist greeted me so happily and we chatted like we were best friends. She also went above and beyond when I had some questions concerning my partner’s dental issues and insurance concerns. The dental assistant and dentist were just as friendly once I’m in the chair. Very gentle and I REALLY liked that I was included in the conversation about my own teeth. I hate it when previous dental teams just talk about me like I’m not right there. Experiencia fantástica: Today, I visited Smile Source for my bi-annual cleaning (formerly Snyder Dental). I hadn't kept up to date on all the changes and was told upon arrival that the dentist I formerly saw had resigned. So, I'd be seeing one of the new dentists - Dr. Kirk. I wasn't sure what to expect, but as Candy (the hygienist) got me settled in the chair, I began to feel more comfortable. She handed me a clipboard with a placard and an Expo pen to circle my hopes/expectations for today's visit - was I most concerned about comfort, cosmetics, health, or something else? Was I a detail person or someone who just wanted the bottom line information? I'd never been asked these at the dentist before and wasn't sure what to expect next. However, it was nice to be asked about my preferences before beginning. Then, I met Dr. Kirk. I discovered he is very personable, empathetic, knowledgeable, thorough, and was willing to answer all my questions! Even though I wasn't looking forward to the visit when I first arrived (I told the front desk gals, "I hate coming to the dentist's!"), by the time I left, I was glad to have come and felt well cared for! :)

My first tooth pulled ever they made me feel so comfortable and the process was over so quickly. I felt like Kirk did an incredible job I had minimal pain the following days and recovered very nicely. They single handedly changed my entire outlook on my teeth and have me excited to finally get on track to a better smile it was a life changing experience to say the least.
