Experiencia positiva: I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Siler on 02/11/2026, but a student named Adi worked on my tooth without my knowledge or consent. I was not informed that a student would be involved, and I was never asked for permission. My teeth are complicated, and I have been receiving treatment for many years, so I am not comfortable having a student perform dental work. During this visit, I experienced significant discomfort, and at one point a small dental instrument nearly caused choking at the back of my tongue, which was very concerning. I was also surprised to see documentation in my chart stating that I gave verbal consent for a student to work on my teeth. I want to clarify that I did not give consent. In my previous two visits, when Dr. Siler personally treated me, I was comfortable and satisfied with the care. I hope the clinic will review this situation and ensure clear communication and proper consent for future patients. For my all other visit with Dr siler Iam absolutely satisfied while she is working on my teeth. She is doing greet.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient of Unify Dental for about 10 years now. Dr. Siler does an exceptionally great job. However, she was out this week, so Dr. Philips did my exam. She was very nice and just as good as Dr. Siler. I get to have my teeth cleaned in a few weeks. Unfortunately I can't get my 6 cavities fixed until May of next year. By then I will probably have 6 more. Also , the hygienist (I can't remember her name) is a sweetheart, as usual!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK UNIFY!!! AND.....HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!.

And I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to a lot of the staff at unify for helping me throughout the years. A very special thank you to Natalie McPherson for being real with me and finding that this medicine I've been taking for 23 years now has caused me to get a tumor or hyperolactinomia on my pituitary gland and giving me the medicine that helped to shrink the tumor and has been so helpful to me and so compassionate about my care. She is a wonderful person and I greatly appreciate her like nobody else. Also Samantha Louderback and her nurse Nancy who were the first people to treat me like a human being after being treated so badly by frontier behavioral health for a great number of years. And all the nurses and receptionists and pharmacists who have worked tirelessly to make sure I'm being taken care of according to my wishes and my idea of what I need. And a special thank you to Amanda Bowman for coming on board with unify and trying so hard to help me in such a short period of time. I do apologize that I can get a little frustrated at times but am thankful to all of you who still care and are compassionate even though I have some serious issues im dealing with right now and I'm so ashamed of myself but you all are so kind and patient with me I just love you all so much. And a special thank you to Christina who has always been so kind to me and makes me feel good despite my challenges. You are special person and I thank God for you and your kindness. She is extremely knowledgeable, gentle, and takes the time to explain every step of the treatment clearly. Her attention to detail and calm approach made the entire experience stress-free. The staff is also friendly and professional, and the clinic is clean and modern. I highly recommend Dr. Namik to anyone looking for high-quality dental care. You will be in excellent hands!

Olivia redline and Morgan dunning are extremely unprofessional and WEIRD not to mention they will openly violate your rights!! If you want to feel safe and heard PICK A DIFFERENT DRS OFFICE! Seriously please do not come here. They will violate your rights and DEMAND you stay with them if you try to switch drs offices!!!! I’ve had to contact my lawyer.

Entire staff was friendly and was very great at explaining things to me as they did them. I appreciated that. There was also a child with autism having an appointment while I was there that I felt they handed so greatly. He was very vocal and they were very patient with him and his family. I am used to seeing people lose patience for children on the spectrum, it was awesome to see differently.

Experiencia negativa: Kimberly siler is probably one of the worst dentist I've experienced. She's very careless, she just does what she needs to get the job done and did I already mention that she's careless? I go to the dentist a lot, and I know no one is 100% perfect, but if you come to work where it seems like you're just here to make a burger where no one is going up get sick, and if they do, that's not my fault and they can get over it, type of vibe. That's Dr. (If you want to call her that) siler. Whoever numbed the back of my mouth, couldn't get it right where they had to do it again. Then again, and then one more just for safe measures. Well they messed up my nerves where when I smile, a part of the nerve to muscle is so weak that my smile is crooked now. There's a reason why these so- called doctors come n go, because they are at the bottom bottom. For now, I do not recommend dr. Siler. She sucks

I left uncomfortable and unhappy. Found no answers to what’s wrong. Just ran the same tests I’ve ran many times over and over and over again just to tell me the same answer…. Super sucks..

James Ellis and Julie Lerman at unify community health are hands down the best doctor and behavioral health specialist I have ever had. I've never had someone make me feel as comfortable and as heard as they do. They are both very nurturing and make you feel very safe. I highly recommend seeing either of them if you get the chance. They listens and actually take the time.

My friends and I are running like roaches when the light comes on from this place.You have a few options depending on how they profile you...1) Never given meds for medical issues 2) treated like a drug addict 3) treated as if you are a child and can't advocate for yourself 4) or lied to or screamed at. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and find someone out there who actually cares.

Experiencia fantástica: After 14 years of multiple psychiatrists, doctors, and therapists, I honestly had given up hope on finding a suitable one, or let alone feel comfortable enough to be seen again by even a regular doctor. Almost 2 years ago now my mindset has completely changed. Thanks to Austin George, who was a former psychiatrist at this location, I have a newfound hope with mental health and general health care. It is with a very heavy heart to know that Austin has been gone for months now but with the work of him and James Ellis who is a phenomenal therapist I've been able to finally get all of my previous experiences out of my head and I have heavily relied on their help. My biggest challenges were having my first child, getting married, and moving to an entirely new state while dealing with mental and emotional health issues. If it wasn't Austin and James, I do not think I could have been prepared to handle a new life in a new state with my first child coming. My son just turned 9 months old today and as much as I know they want me to know it was ultimately me who turned things around for the better, it would not have happened if it weren't for them. I especially appreciate James, I still see him regularly, and he is able to help me with any problem that may come into my life. James' true professionalism shines through his ability to heal without having to go through prescription medicine and the care he has for his patients. I've experienced this personally, especially when it comes to him going out of his way to when I am not seeing him to find a book recommendation, techniques to help with healing current or previous trauma, and communicating certain things to any other providers I see at this clinic in his own time before and after an appointment. I have never had the pleasure of being cared for or helped this much before. I am very grateful for Dr. Redline, as she has been assisting me since Austin left the clinic. As understaffed and busy as they are, I have never once felt like I was being pushed to do a quick appointment without properly communicating what the visit is about. The care of all of them aswell as the pharmacists goes beyond any expectation I once had and have only helped me set the best expectations I can have for all of their professions. They all truly do the absolute most to make sure whatever you are being seen for is handled with extreme care and compassion. The pharmacists are all extremely polite, very educated, helpful with any insurance issues you may have for meds, and make sure you know exactly what you need to know when it comes to any prescription you have a question about. They are extremely proficient when it comes to refills and the timing for them when you need to pick it up. Thank you, James, for being the most kind and understanding therapist I have ever had the pleasure of seeing, and Dr. Redline (Austin included as well even though he is not working there anymore) for helping me become my best self and the best father I could be with helping me overcome my initial fears of even seeing a doctor or therapist again in general.

Victoria Symonds is a fantastic doctor; she treats me with respect and sets realistic expectations while also being very informative, brilliant, empathetic, and professional. James Ellis is also a wonderful therapist - he’s hilarious, super smart, incredibly validating, and gave me hope when I was in a very hopeless mind space. The pharmacy here is RAD! Everyone there is super funny, absolutely on the ball, great at explaining new medications and fighting to get things covered, and they always make me feel welcome. The lab technicians are really friendly as well and rock at blood draws. Thank you to everyone at Unify on Cook street - I finally found a place where I’m listened to, treated with respect, and given the best course of medical treatment. Thank you so much

In one sense they have helped tremendously at first- they seemed to want me to live my best life and I felt as if I were being lifted but then either I or they didn’t understand or explained wrong as to their policies and the rug that was laid out for me was abruptly pulled away. Which left me hanging, although I tried to carry on smartly I don’t feel that they have my best interest in mind when I’ve needed help now if ever. I’m in constant pain and agony in which they aren’t willing to treat me the person therefore take them on as your provider if you will but don’t get too comfortable definitely do not believe their hype, they will label you a flirt. My troubles and my fears will go on untreated . Thank you

Experiencia negativa: Asked specifically about medication management for a controlled substance (Vyvanse). Asked to verify they could help with this and was assured yes. After waiting two weeks for an intake appointment, the doctor said they were "uncomfortable" with prescribing a controlled substance. A waste of two weeks and incredibly poor communication

Experiencia negativa: They don't care about your needs they be little you like there trained to think everybody has addiction or addict. Which is not fair to the patients who are really suffering chronic severe pain, agony everyday. I guess Have to keep praying to find a doctor who really cares for the patients needs. It's very sad. Then they wonder why so many people are self medicating them selves. Only God know my struggle because no matter what test proves chronically severe pain until there's room for a specialist to get help while on a long waiting list. This what I been dealing with for 3yrs. and it shouldn't take me to go out state or another city to establish a caring doctor.

I have a legitimate health issue and unfortunately had to diagnose my own symptoms via the Internet(which should never be the case)because he is not a licensed physician but a nurse practitioner and does not have enough experience in complicated ailments to be able to correctly come to a reasonable conclusion of what's is actually happening. I feel that this lack of actual doctor/patient interaction is going end up in patients a misdiagnoses and/or possibly end a travesty for a family just trying to get help!!
