Experiencia fantástica: My husband has been coming to Morada Dental for lower implants and upper dentures. He has other serious health problems. Wendy has been taking care of him. Her work and care has been exemplary. The staff here has been patient and supportive. I would highly recommend coming to Morada Dental for major dental or even just hygiene care.

Experiencia negativa: Insurance fraud. I had my tooth extracted 3 months ago. Paid $450, $100 was scheduling the appointment and $350 to extract my tooth. Called my insurance company, I was only supposed to pay $106 out-of-pocket. They told me they’re going to refund me back and it’ll take 30 days. I’m still waiting. Everytime I call the Cheema. They told me a manager is reviewing it 4 different times. Unprofessional.

I’ve been a loyal patient at Morada Dental and Orthodontics for quite some time now, and I’ve never felt the need to look for another clinic because I’m truly happy and satisfied with the care I receive here. My heart is overflowing with happiness and excitement for my upcoming treatment next month. I’m especially grateful to Dr. Cheema for the generous discount, to Ms. Myrna for patiently helping me through the entire process, and to all the wonderful staff who are always so accommodating and friendly. Thank you all so much! I truly appreciate everything you do, and I’m forever grateful❤️ I highly recommend Morada Dental & Orthodontics to anyone who needs treatment.

Experiencia negativa: Scheduled and set an appointment weeks ahead of time. Showed up 10 minutes before appointment and checked in. Wasn’t seen until 20 mins after. Told front desk to cancel the appointment and I walked out. They can’t honor my time and wasted my time. Why would I commit to this place if they don’t respect my time? I don’t recommend unless you want to sit here all day. This business is not professional.

Experiencia fantástica: I went in for a deep cleaning with Dr. Ricky and had a really good experience. The staff were polite and everything moved smoothly. Dr. Ricky was very gentle and explained what he was doing step by step. He made sure I was comfortable the whole time and checked in with me often. He did both the suction and cleaning himself, and I could tell he really took his time to do a good job. No pain, no rush — just very professional and respectful. I was happy with how it all went and already scheduled my next appointment. Highly recommend Dr. Ricky for anyone needing a deep cleaning!

Experiencia negativa: If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They charged my insurance for the entire year for things I didn’t even need and told me I had 7 cavities and that my sister had 5. When we went to go get a second opinion we found we had NONE at all. This place is shady, scammy, and have no integrity. Save yourself and your money please

They have a very efficient team with a caring attitude. Dr. Ricky is the best!!! He explained the procedure to me in detail and answered all my questions. He does his work with great dedication and professionalism. He is the best!!! The clinic is impeccable, clean, and the payment method is tailored to your needs. I highly recommend this clinic for its professionalism and excellent service.

Experiencia negativa: This facility prioritizes financial transactions over patient well-being, employing aggressive billing practices regardless of payment method. Pre-operative attention is substantial, transitioning to neglect post-signature. Addressing billing concerns proves impossible; requests to speak with the financial manager are consistently denied. For example, the financial department telling one of the front reception to speak for them and just back and forth or brief conversations with financial manager . Often leading to mixed answers and long waiting times from the financial department hiding behind a desk, ignoring your presence. Following a rushed wisdom tooth extraction just to make a quick buck by Dr. Cheema, a subsequent gum boil necessitated while paying $500 cash payment. The procedure's brevity raises concerns about its thoroughness, as no such infection existed pre-operatively. In conclusion, inconsistent information and evasive financial management characterize this institution's approach to patient care. Also received a root canal paid through Synchrony finance, got done through a specialist and he did a poor job on the root canal, not thoroughly. Looking at my x-rays, I got a second opinion and the dentist said it couldn't be saved because it was cracked and also wasn't cleaned properly, because of a slight infection spot that could spread to other teeth. They are saying I need an implant. The majority of places only care about money rather than the quality of the procedure.

Experiencia negativa: Worst place I Know,they left me in the chair for to long with the lights on my face in an uncomfortable position.l ended up with a poorly placed bridge that broke after a year.I don’t recommend it to anyone

The wait time was excessive—I had to wait almost 30 minutes to see my dentist, Ricky. While he is friendly, his skills seem average, and there's room for improvement. Perhaps he is still new to the field.

This isn’t the first time either, it’s every time I come here, I am the first in but last to be seen. The dentist came and roughly rushed my cleaning. They also told me I had to pay $3000 for wisdom teeth extraction when it’s really free with medical. Terrible doctor and horrible dental service. The place has downgraded immensely over the years.

I had a dentist However the hours did not fit my work schedule. I’d schedule an appointment and would miss it, have to cancel, or just miss a day of work in order to make it… I work out of town. I made an appointment with Morada Dental, they were taking new patients…I got right in and at a time (3:30-4:00) that worked best for me. I wanted to consult about Invisalign and also get my regular preventative services. Each and every person who works in this office are AWESOME!!! Especially JENNIFER. She knew what I wanted and made a special effort to ensure I had an appointment to be seen on their Clearcorrect Day. Which by the way saved me a substantial amount of money as Clearcorrect was having a lil promotion. I thought that was very kind and considerate of her! I also must mentioned the dentist Dr. Cheema. He was gentle and paid close attention ensuring I was not in any pain. I tend to get a lot of anxiety when going to the dentist and Dr. Cheema took note of that. I would HIGHLY recommend this dental office to anyone who fears the dentist. The team’s energy is endearing and vibrant. You feel like you have met and become a part of a family! My wife had some work done January 12, 2024 and was told by finance person that her insurance would cover a much larger portion than she received on her bill. My wife has left message after message for the past six months and has NEVER received any response from this dental office. If you looking for a dentist that is dishonest about your insurance coverage and WILL NOT RETURN YOUR CALLS, this is the dentist for you!

After her, I spoke to the financial advisor who was also very cheerful, excellent at explaining things and providing clarity. I wish I could remember her name. Her energy was delightful. Then, Adrian gave me a cleaning and he was amazing. His work is impressive, personality was warm and welcoming, and his thoroughness was just perfect. He has lots of attention to detail and is very skilled. Extremely good at what he does. Adrian was astounding and definitely needs to be recognized for his abilities. I was worried about finding a new dentist office and these three individuals proved that I made the best choice. 10/10 for all of them. Im very happy that I chose this office.

Experiencia fantástica: I went in for some pain in a crowned tooth that was placed at a different facility. The staff were very kind and compassionate. The manager,Jennifer was amazing. She is caring, compassionate and very helpful. Dr Grewal(Dr G) was great. He could tell i was nervous and assured me everything was going to be ok and even out on some soothing music to help calmed nerves which helped. The assistant in the room (I don't remember her name because i was very nercous)was very caring and helpful. My overall experience was an A+. I am glad a made the choice to switch to Morada Dental!!

Experiencia negativa: I had an appointment over a month ago. I had x-rays done. They said they couldn’t get a hold of my insurance and charged me $50. They said they will call me the following day after they spoke with my insurance company, because that day I went they could not get a hold of them. I’ve been calling every week to get an update on what my insurance covers and they tell me someone will call me back, that they have to call my insurance company. Well it’s been more than a month and haven’t heard from them. They are the worse dental office I have gone to. I’m so pissed and disappointed!

I felt completely safe and welcome, so big thanks to Jenny for her kindness and support. That said, all of the staff were super helpful and friendly! Jennifer was phenomenal! She broke down everything for me and made sure I understood exactly what I was paying for. She was also very fun to talk to! Therefore, big thanks to Jennifer for her patience with me as she help me navigate through the thousand questions. The doctor that gave me a checkup was also great and explained to me carefully what I needed and why I needed them. All the times I've been to the dentist, no one has ever told me what and why I am getting what I'm getting; therefore, I appreciate her explaining the procedure for me. I am grateful for the wonderful experience. I am scheduled for another appointment next week, so I look forward to Morada Dental as my new dentist!

Experiencia negativa: They are very overpriced now that I’ve learned more about the procedure I needed. Quoted one price of $6000 and when I can back to start work it went up to $8000. They did not give me all my options during consultation, did take the $6000 after arguing however they only gave me one day off work to heal, made almost $600 deposit appear as required and wouldn’t change my antibiotics after I had a bad reaction to the first one. I had to get my primary doctor to give me a different antibiotic and now that my procedure is past the first phase I’m terrified for what’s next. They gave zero aftercare instructions and no case or care instructions on the denture either. To keep my business when I was concerned about an almost $600 deposit that was never in original quote there alternative suggestion was to not get the bone graph. Bone graft is the only way I’ll ever be able to get a permanent implant. UHG extremely disappointed to say the least! Hopefully they do treat me worse last visit for me having all these concerns and opinions.

I scheduled a cleaning, and the inefficiency and lack of professionalism was beyond frustrating. I waited for 30 minutes in the room without anyone checking on me or providing updates on the delay. The scheduled procedures took an unnecessarily long time to commence, leaving me feeling neglected and disrespected as a customer. I didn't even get to the x-ray stage before deciding to cancel my appointment and walk out. If this is the level of service they offer, I cannot fathom how much time and patience would be required for a simple cleaning. This experience has led me to cancel my appointment on the spot, and I have no intention of returning. For those valuing their time and seeking professional service, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.
