The front desk staff were polite and got me checked in without any hassle. The dentist explained what he was seeing and didn’t rush through the exam, which I appreciated. I get a little nervous at dental visits, but they made it feel comfortable enough. The hygienist did a thorough job, even if my gums were a bit sensitive after. Pricing seemed fair compared to other offices around town. Not a bad place at all, I’d likely come back again.

When i got my extraction and was in pain the only person in the building who made me feel so comfortable was Jesus. They also get you in for an appointment quick. I also have a really bad gag reflex, which always makes dental visits stressful for me. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely cared for. No pressure. No judgment. They never made me feel bad or rushed. Instead, they patiently worked with me, tried new techniques to help, and made sure I felt safe and supported while getting the root canal I truly needed. They even took the time to create a payment plan with me, which lifted such a huge weight off my shoulders. Dr. Natalie and her entire team were absolutely incredible—so kind, so patient, and so compassionate. I’m genuinely grateful for the care I received today and can’t recommend them enough.

All staff were pleasant, kind, and warm which helped make a wonderful experience at each of my visits. I interacted with Diana a few times and she always made me feel comfortable and was thorough in her explanations. Strongly recommended.

Experiencia negativa: Highly Dissatisfied: Avoid This Practice We have had a terrible experience with this dental office since moving to Stockton, and I strongly advise others to avoid it to save themselves a lot of trouble. Administratively, they are a mess. They have made errors in our billing three times, forcing us to go home and pull receipts just to prove we paid for the treatments. Their scheduling is completely disorganized; they have canceled and rescheduled appointments, and then when we show up, they’ll claim the appointment doesn't exist. Most recently, they called us to change an appointment twice, only for us to arrive and be told the appointment was actually for a week later! We have wasted hours of work and cancelled other plans because of their mistakes. Clinically, the results have also been poor. My husband's tooth still hurts after two fillings, and they initially couldn't even find the problem. For me, they gave me a filling and an expensive crown, but I am still in pain, so bad that I can't even brush my teeth or drink water on that side of my mouth. I feel I paid for expensive work that didn't solve my problem and may have made it worse. We tried to make it work due to the proximity of home, but this is unacceptable. We’ll be completing the treatment only because we've already paid for it and immediately taking our business to a new dental office. Save your money and time and go elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: Can be pricey. Also I noticed they told me I had an infection and they suggested a root canal, however no antibiotic was prescribed. Also, they always want to charge before the service is done. All other dental places charge after the fact. And this is the the first dental place that wants the money first before they even provide the service
