Experiencia fantástica: ***Update**** It has been almost 6 years since I first came in for services to Samra Lowe Orthodontics, and 5 years since it became Samra Orthodontics. I have had the privilege of watching Dr. Samra take over, lead his fabulous team, grow beautifully, - AND they are still here for me! I needed assistance with my retainers and Team Samra took care of things right away. BIG shout out to Dr. G, who I had the pleasure of meeting, - going the extra mile for me. It's the small details that make all the difference and every visit a joyful one. Can't wait for the next unexpected need. More than just straightening teeth at Samra Orthodontics, - they are changing lives. It was not just a smile, they restored my joy and I am truly grateful. Not only did they give me a new smile and most importantly a new bite, but they did it all with smiles!! I enjoyed every visit with the wonderful team of professionals. Dr. Samra is the kindest person with the most excellent bedside manner. The offices always has great energy! I highly recommend Samra Orthodontist for excellent care with amazing results. Experiencia fantástica: I finished treatment today and would like to thank Samra orthodontics for giving me the best experience ever! I have no complaints. All of my appointments were easily made, their staff is absolutely amazing! Dr. Samra gave me exactly what i wanted and is super easy to talk to. He addressed all of my concerns and made sure i was happy at the end of treatment. Their prices are fair and payment plans are very reasonable. Thank you again!

Experiencia negativa: I would never recommend this place. They were only helpful in the beginning when we signed up for the service involving locking in payments. My 12 years old son is their client. For my household, going to clinics or medical building involving my kids is a family affair. This facility is anything but. I had numerous negative encounters with staff with the most basic request such as wanting to go in with my kid because they are afraid to go in alone. Medical staff would deny parents to stand by with their kids. I had this male staff denying me to stand by with my son stating that it is policy so when I asked for clarification, he then stated everyone is different. The front desk worker would always be on their phones and will do bare minimum to help when it comes to appointments. My son would go in and change his braces and not long after either the metal bars or glue would come off. We would call in the same day explaining that we were just their and that the glue or wires are coming off, instead of having us come back and fix the issue due to the wires poking my sons gum, the want to schedule the next day or two. And it takes a few minutes to fix. This is unacceptable especially when we are paying a hefty amount of money to their office. This is not the first time. I would never recommend this office to other families who care about their children. Especially to those families who are really involved with their kid’s health.

I was expecting them to take weeks to get my retainer replaced. But turns out, I got x-rayed and my new retainer asap! Which was great! They also instructed me on how to keep my retainer clean for future reference! Highly recommend Samra Orthodontics for any dental needs!

Experiencia positiva: To the woman who made a follow-up appointment for my daughter, I didn’t catch your name for a couple of reasons. 1) You didn’t address us when you came into the area so I had no idea you were there for us 2) We were there for a permanent retainer repair, so I didn’t think we’d be making a follow-up appointment, as my daughter has had her braces off for quite some time. With that being said, snapping at me stating, “I just told you I have nothing later than 2pm” AFTER I told you I was hard of hearing is poor manners and service. Hard of hearing people struggle to hear in general, attempting to listen to those who are wearing masks is even more difficult. Unfortunately, this employee is not the first to snap at me or one of my kids over the many years we have utilized Samra Orthodontics. Those employees could benefit from customer service training. Luckily, Kaitlyn has always been great, as well as other staff.

I truly appreciate the sense of urgency and the prompt attention given to scheduling my appointment and providing my care. From the moment I walked in, the experience was great. Veronica, Stephanie and Dr. Samra took the time to thoroughly answer all of my concerns and made me feel completely at ease. Everyone in the office was pleasant, sterile, professional, and welcoming. Experiencia fantástica: My son Decklen is 22 years old and an adult with Autism. We have been waiting 18 years for our son to be willing to get braces. My son struggles with sensory issues, touch, textures, and most of all change is really hard. We did not know if he would ever get his teeth fixed and they were severely crooked.Thanks to Dr. Samra and his staff... especially Leslie who has a lot of time, experience and patience work with children and adults with disabilities. Dr. Samra is so patient, kind and understanding. Dr. Samra understood that Decklen needed small easy transitions and the team always made sure he was front loaded ( meaning prepared ahead of time and visual pictures to show him how they are going to make changes with wires and rubber bands) and communicating with me, his mother and they involved Declen throughout the process. They encouraged him independence with me next to him lol and they helped Decklen grow emotionally through this process. They were so patient and loving even when he would tell the staff what to do with his braces. We all laughed and no one took his personal. It was only because of the Dr. Samra and the staffs experience that my son has even accomplished this huge mile stone with getting is braces off. Dr. Samra does not charge for consolations and they are willing to work with parents with payment plans that include down payments. Tey have been so wonderful ,our two daughters, Decklen's youngest sisters started braces with them 2-6 months ago. Dr. Samra and staff are worth the investment in my children's health. Experiencia negativa: This office was initially sold from another dentist which the reviews followed through to the new dentist Mr. Samra. The staff now are unprofessional & have hung up the phone on me on several occasions or put on hold for long periods. I called back in April to set up an appt., but decided it was not in my financial need to seek braces at the time so canceled my appt. They ask you for personal info. right away for a consult like your address, phone number, date of birth & full name. I asked the office kindly to delete my info l./chart until I was ready to come in since they keep your info forever & (it can be sold by 3rd party apps. & your info leaked online, on google search). I simply asked for my chart to be deleted until I came back, that’s it. They took offense to my request to delete my info without me knowing. I called back now in Sept. the dentist requested I not be a patient at his clinic. (That would mean they possibly sell your personal info to 3rd party apps for new patients). The previous dentist that owned this clinic was top tier. Sadly, with the new staff & dentist the quality isn’t up to par nor seen in this office. I would take your dental needs to an office that will follow up in a timely & professional manner as well as respect a patients kind request for information privacy. Good day.

I have never waited more than 10 minutes after checking in and by that, 10 minutes was the longest wait in my 3 years of going here. Experiencia fantástica: By far has the best patient service of any practice Ive ever been to. They send automated reminders for your appointment so you don't forget or so you can reschedule on-time. They really listen to any concerns you have about your treatment and make a conches effort in making sure they are addressed. Overall staff is super friendly and respects your time. You will not be waiting in the waiting room for more than 2 minutes unlike the other practices around the valley.

I got my braces off today and really appreciate how thorough Lisa was with the cleaning. She was very considerate during the entire process and checked in with me every so often to see if I was doing ok during the cleaning. My teeth looked great after Invisalign. I had a few problems post treatment and they were willing to go to great lengths to remedy the problem. I was pleased with the result and my treatment.

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to Samra Ortho from my dentist (Dr. John Reed) for my Invisalign/retainers and am so happy with how it turned out! The staff is so friendly (Lisa was my Invisalign Tech and was such a joy to work with) and accommodating of my schedule and Dr. walked me through the entire process. The initial timeframe was 18 months but Dr. was transparent that in order for the smile to be perfect I would need additional time with the retainers to get my smile just right. So after a little after 2 years and 2 months the smile is perfect! I highly recommend Samra from all your Ortho needs!

My son needed quite a bit of orthodontia to correct everything he had going on and in my opinion Dr Samra is very competent in his field. Their office is clean and appointments are seen on time. Most importantly the one time we needed to reach someone after hours, Dr. Samra himself called back within a minute and was more than helpful (at 7pm on a Saturday evening).
