We had to find a new dentist a few years ago and are so happy we picked this office. This is an office where you can get most dental procedures done. From Cleanings, filling to root canals and implants. In most cases, everything can be done without a referral to another office.

The doctor is a very skilled and conscientious professional who truly embodies the qualities of a careful and trustworthy practitioner. However, I’ve noticed that the front office staff changes quite frequently, which affects the consistency of service. Each time I inquire about billing or insurance coverage, I’m made to feel as though I’m asking something unreasonable or uninformed. This treatment is both uncomfortable and disappointing. It gives me the impression that my concerns—and my business—are not being valued. During my most recent visit, I asked for clarification on a charge I believed would be covered by insurance. The explanation I received was confusing and unconvincing, and I had the sense that the staff member didn’t fully understand the billing process herself. Despite this, I paid the invoice, though I left feeling frustrated and dismissed. After two decades as a loyal patient, I believe I’ve earned the right to clear, respectful communication—especially when it comes to understanding the costs of my care and the role of my insurance coverage.
