Brident Dental & Orthodontics
At Brident Dental & Orthodontics in Beaumont, we are all about teeth – young ones, old ones, shiny ones, crooked or chipped ones. Our friendly and experienced dental professionals provide a wide range of family dental services including orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry and emergency dental care. Our general dentists, specialists and hygienists are all under one roof. Which means that treatment for implants, braces, or periodontal care can take place at the same office. Here, we gladly treat patients of all ages, including young children. We also welcome walk-ins, offer evening and weekend appointments, and accept a variety of dental insurance plans. FREE exams and x-rays for new patients.

Experiencia negativa: I will never take my kids back to this place again. When we got there it was a no one insight no other patients nothing it was just an empty office quiet as a mouse they called us back the chairs they sitting in looked old they didn’t have no plastic or paper on it or nothing. They went in, trying to do a cleaning and the girl just put paste on their teeth and use the water to get it off. She did my daughter teeth like that and my son so when the doctor came in, I asked him when they clean your teeth. They supposed to use floss to go down through their teeth or use the thing to do it with the water coming out she didn’t use none of that. I don’t even think they had that equipment. He was looking lost And he couldn’t really answer me so no I wouldn’t recommend no one to go there especially not my family that’s a no no for me. I don’t know where they got trained at, but they need to go back and get some more training done and get some better equipment.No toothbrush bags or nothing

Experiencia negativa: Rescheduled my appointment 3 times just for them to call me before my appointment to say they don’t have any dentist in the building anymore . See a review that says they got told another lie just 30minutes before me . Someone should seriously get fired for this being a repetitive issue . HOW DOES A DENTIST OFFICE NOT HAVE A DENTIST ??! Find it hard to believe .

Experiencia negativa: I’ve been trying to get in for an appointment here but every time I try they call to reschedule the first time was about a year ago and called about 3 times to reschedule my appointment I decided to try again recently and once again they rescheduled my appointment about 3 times then after the final rescheduling they confirmed my appointment about 2 times this week and now an hour before my appointment they call and say the dentist doesn’t accept my insurance. Mind u I did call my insurance and they referred me to this location. This is ridiculous. This place is highly unorganized and needs to get it together.!this shouldn’t happen and at least let people know ahead of time about the insurance not an hour before!

Experiencia fantástica: First time visiting, and aside from the wait time, everything was great. The front desk ladies were super nice, friendly, and welcoming. Dr. Dent was awesome and my kids absolutely loved him. My daughter is terrified of the dentist but he walked her through and explained everything to her that was being done and it was overall a great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing experience. We have been coming here ever since my children were 6 months old. They are now 13 and 12. We had a Ortho-consultation this morning and was able to get braces done on the same day. Amazing office and amazing staff.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible customer service. 11am appointment for 2 kids. First wasn't seen until after 1pm and then they said she had 3 people in front of her after her xray. Nobody has all day for a simple dental checkup. Find a better place that treats customers with respect!

Experiencia negativa: Don't go if you need a surgeon.. he is only there 2 days a month.. the manager made it so hard for me .. she kept sending me back and forth to the dentist office that gave me a referral for surgery .. they gave me there phone number,email, fax number so I would not have to keep going back and forth and she refused to call them.. and after 3 trips I said no and got another surgeon..I live over 2 hours one way.if you are on SSI or social security don't go there

Experiencia negativa: The customer service reps on the phone really need a redo, the woman at the front desk was extremely nice (this isn’t anything against the Beaumont office itself) but I scheduled an appointment my first time for a Friday to get two teeth removed, got a call the day of my appointment and the adult dentist isn’t in on Fridays. Rescheduled for the next week for Thursday when adult dentist is in, apparently the oral surgeon isn’t in until next month. My husband had to take of early for this and we lost money for nothing.

Experiencia fantástica: My kids use to hate the dentist office but they dont fight it as much at Brident. Samantha is great at keeping them entertained and calm during x-rays and cleanings. They leave with a pretty and clean smile everytime.

Experiencia negativa: Waited patiently for two hours, moved to two different room was not checked on. Told to go get x-rays but the x-rays machine was taking pictures by itself. Dentist told staff that cannot check on patients if x-rays machine don’t work. Should be zero star but would not let submit.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve had a few hiccups with them. They have schedulers that are outsourced from a completely different area so appointments will more than likely get moved around even after you make an appointment. Therefore, it’s best to just make an appointment in person or call the location directly. It may also explain why they call you a BUNCH to confirm your appointment lol!!! They call like the week before, the day before and the day of to confirm. The two different dentists my son and I saw were amazing and the staff is really nice as well. I wished I could remember my dentist’s name but I really liked her! She was honest and that’s the most important trait a dentist can have! This is actually a great place for dental care for adults and children.
