He has his smile back and has mentioned several times how nice everyone was to him. He has never been a fan of the dentist office for some reason but he is now. I just had a cracked crown and they got me a appointment immediately and I didn't feel pressured to spend a good chunk of money because, they advised me I could wait or take care of it when able. They are compassionate, professional and really nice peeps! The whole office team does an outstanding job. They always send reminders of upcoming appointments. My wife and I are retired military and we were a bit unsure how civilian dental care was going to work and I feel like we found a home. They take awesome care of us. Thank you so much to the whole team Update: Today (05/15/25) I had a filling replaced by Dr. Yeager and I didn't even feel like I had any dental work. Outstanding skill level; The hard part in something like the craft of dentistry is the detail work and Dr. Yeager has some serious skills. They also maximize my dental insurance. ❤️

I was a little nervous because she had never gone to a dentist and I knew she might feel a little nervous or even scared seeing all of the tools and hearing the noises of them. The staff was so friendly and kind from the moment we walked in until we left. They were patient, understanding, and went with the flow of how she operates as a toddler. I am so thankful for the wonderful experience they provided for her. This visit sets the tone for how she will feel about the dentist moving forward and they made it as magical as possible. I can’t say enough good things about their kindness and accommodation for my child. It was a wonderful experience and I can’t recommend them enough!

Experiencia fantástica: I can not say enough good things about this practice. I had a rough experience, new in town at ANOTHER place. From getting a infection, too all kinds of work I supposedly needed, then when the tech commented on how straight my bottom teeth are, I knew I had to leave as he was obviously looking at someone else’s X-rays. Racine has been SUPER professional, great disposition when no one really wants to go to the DDS and are working to improve on my dental needs instead of how much money can we get you to spend. If you don’t have a DDS or not sure you like yours, you can’t go wrong here. They go above and beyond. Wish I could give them 10 stars.

Only reason why they did not get all 5 stars is some newer people are here and so I had a newer person do my teeth compared to all the other times I have been here and this is the most my mouth has been this painful and sore from routine cleaning. Salt water is soothing it

Experiencia negativa: My daughter is a student at UNCW and needed a cleaning since she couldn’t return home to see her family dentist. I found this practice and, based on the positive reviews, thought it would be a great fit for her. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a nightmare. The hygienist was unprofessional and showed no empathy for a patient with sensitive teeth and gums. The cleaning was so rough that my daughter began to cry, yet the hygienist continued without hesitation. To make matters worse, my daughter was told she had eight cavities and needed a cap. We decided to have her records sent to her family dentist for a second opinion. After reviewing her case, her family dentist confirmed that she had no cavities and did not need a cap.

Not one time have I had the same hygienist & now the dentist that actually was there thru all my appointments is gone & I’m there twice a year. I’m not sure how to feel about this, but continuity is crucial for trust as multiple hygienists don’t know my history or the terrible root canal experience I suffered by a highly respected endo. Not sure I’m gonna stay. My last visit this week, did not inspire great confidence.
