I joined their membership program, which is really helpful with not having any dental insurance. The hygienists and assistants are all very thorough and professional. Everything is explained before they do any work and they constantly check to make sure you're doing OK. Dr. Shumate did a great job with some bonding and filling work. Painless process, done in a timely fashion, with results that far exceeded my expectations! Forgot to add - they get you in when scheduled and promptly begin the work. When the work is complete, the billing and future appointment scheduling is fast and efficient. For someone who has been fortunate to have excellent dentists at every different place I've lived, I feel like I've found another at Porters Neck.

I was very impressed with the way they handled my situation, I let them know it was cosmetic but was willing to wait but to keep me informed if there were any cancellations. They were very professional and called after a later appointment was set to let me know there was a cancellation and if I was able to come in. I said yes please. Once the work was complete everything looked great. I normally do not give reviews but everyone should know how great this place is and the kind of work and passion they put in their jobs.
