Experiencia negativa: Literally never had a good experience here. The front desk is particularly awful . I also want to add I got a cold sore the day after my appointment.

Experiencia negativa: Both my husband and I thought the hygienist at Fusion did an amazing job. Anna did an amazing job 2019 We love Fusion Dental! They have no problem working our large, 7 person family, in on the same day In decent time. This is an updated review after 10y my family will be finding a new dentist. On our routine cleaning we were rescheduled by the office due to a training for 3 months later. Which was ok, but when I called to confirm days before the appointment they had dropped one of our children off completely so I gave my appointment to my daughter and rescheduled myself. My appointment was fine but when my husband took our 2 daughters to the dentist he waited for 1hr and 15min in the dental chair to be seen and ended up leaving without being seen. They have a new dentist and she doesn’t introduce herself when she walks into the room and it’s very disjointed from how it used to be. I usually talk to the office directly to sort any confusion about appointments but I have called 3X since last Friday and left messages. We will be sad to leave Dr.B but can’t be treated this way or shuffled around anymore.

Only to show up at Hewitt at the scheduled time(8:30) and it was closed then showed up at Bellmead at the scheduled time (11) to be told my appointment is on another date. At no time was a different date mentioned over the phone when scheduling…..

The staff and doctor were very nice and patient with me and all the trouble they had to go thru I don't think that I would recommend any friend or family member to go there for dental care but I would not say anything bad about Fusion Dental.

She was able to assess the damage and depth. I was informed of the options available to me. She was able to save my tooth, put a temporary crown that same visit, and have a permanent crown to be ready soon. So efficient. I’m thankful for such prompt attention.

Experiencia fantástica: Moving out of state with my family, I quickly learned how difficult it can be to find new doctors and staff you truly trust and feel comfortable with. We tried a few different offices after relocating, but none felt quite right—until now. I genuinely believe we have finally found our dental office. From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel welcome and at ease. Sherry, the hygienist, Dr. Boekweg, and the entire staff have been exceptional—professional, kind, and attentive to our needs. Because of them, my family and I actually enjoy going to the dentist, which says a lot. We will absolutely continue coming here and highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental team they can trust.

Experiencia negativa: I am very disappointed with this dental facility. It is now 2025, and they are trying to bill me for a balance from 2022. During every visit I had over the past three years, no one ever informed me that I had an outstanding balance. I paid for services at each appointment and assumed my account was clear. This lack of communication is unacceptable and feels dishonest. Patients should be notified immediately if there is a balance due—not years later. I trusted this office to be transparent and professional, but this experience has completely broken that trust. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. If you value clear billing and honest communication, look elsewhere.

I called twice and left a message for the office manager and never received a return call. Dr. Williams dental care was great, but getting to that point was not impressive.

My review has nothing to do with the care I've gotten from any of their dentists. The front desk has gotten so apathetic over the last 6 months that I have had to resort to driving to the office on two different occasions to actually get my question answered. No one calls anyone back.

Experiencia negativa: We had a very bad experience with the dental hygienist and Dr. Ezra Boekweg. My son had a routine cleaning at the Waco office. After that, his teeth became so sensitive that he can't drink water at room temperature - he has to warm it up. We do routine cleanings every 6 months, but for the first time the result was so bad. My son's teeth were scratched too much. When we returned to see Dr. Boekweg concerning our problem, he did not want to admit the truth - he said that everything is fine and that my son just has sensitive teeth. No. Before the cleaning, my son never had a problem like that. Fusion Dental became much worse since we started going there a few years ago. Would not recommend to anyone anymore. My son's issue still persists for several months already. Would have given 0 stars if we could.

However, the dental care providers are friendly, thorough, and overall top-notch for my smile, so I’m giving this location 4 out of 5 stars. I might bump it up to 5 after my next cleaning at the end of the year.

Experiencia fantástica: After reading other reviews, I felt like I needed to add to my review. I don’t see how anyone could give them less than 5 stars. Since day one, the ladies at the front desk, the techs and Dr. Patel have all been very helpful and explained everything to me before doing anything. The ladies at the front desk offered help with financial assistance without me even asking. She set it all up and all I had to do was sign the paperwork. When I was there yesterday, I needed a 3-D x-ray, which they do not have at this location. They got on the phone immediately and called the Hewitt office and made my appointment to go over their same day and get the x-ray done. I would have highly recommend going to this location. I won’t go anywhere else. I do believe in most situations the way you treat other people has a big impact on the way you’re treated. Everyone is friendly and helpful

When I filled the new patient form there was a question what do you expect from us? I wrote “to be treated with respect and dignity” and they did just THAT. The people working there are amazing, and the dentist DR. B always makes me feel extremely comfortable it don’t even feel like your at the dentist! He also explains everything well. I think I could go on and on but maybe people won’t read it all! I just love this place.

Experiencia fantástica: I brought my 12 year old granddaughter in on Friday 5/2 for a root canal on one of her permanent molars. She and I both were very nervous about having the procedure done. This was literally the easiest most comfortable situation and procedure we have ever had done. I was able to sit in when he was working on her so I got to watch everything. Dr. B was so attentive and explained everything as he went. She has had ZERO pain since we walked out of the office. I can't say enough amazing things about this place! The girls that work at the front desk were so friendly and helpful! Loved it, I think we have a new dentist!

Every time we come in we are again told my daughter can’t be seen for at least 2.5-3 months. And every time I am told they are so sorry and working on it. No changes are ever made. If you are considering this office, please save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else for braces. First Review: My daughter has been a (braces, not dental) patient at this location for about 2.5 years. Our first year was great, very friendly staff, we always knew what the plan was for her care, we had no trouble getting appointments that fit into our schedule, etc. But something changed about 1.5 years ago and it just doesn’t feel like the same office anymore. The most frustrating part has been getting consistent appointments. Braces patients are supposed to be seen every 6 weeks, 8 at the very most-This is what we were told when my daughter first had hers put on. Now, we can barely get an appointment every 8 weeks. Most of hers are 10, sometimes even 12 weeks apart. I’ve brought it up with the staff multiple times and am just told they simply don’t have any more openings. I’ve been told all braces patients are now going 10-12 weeks between appointments. Honestly, we’re just counting down the days until she’s done and we don’t have to go back. I do not recommend this office to anyone looking for braces and will not be bringing any of my others kids here. Three stars because I have had some good interactions with staff (*when not talking about appointments) and the office is generally a clean and pleasant environment. Unfortunately, that doesn’t make up for the lack of available appointments.

Experiencia negativa: The dentist seems nice but unfortunately the staff on the way out the door is extremely condescending and rude. I was considering them as they were recommended by a friend however I do not think I will be coming back due to that. Update 2/27 I did try and get my x rays sent over but they advised me I must drive from the dentist office I was at across town to come and sign a paper. We will see how quickly they send them. Huge hassle. I will definitely be advising my team not to use them. After driving about 20 minutes across town I was advised upon my arrival that even though they knew I was coming that they hadn’t printed the form. They had me wait for about 10 minutes and then advised me they actually don’t know where the form to release the x rays were, super organized. So they had me write on a piece of paper that I consented to having them email my x rays over. I was advised it will take over an hour to send them via email for whatever reason and I was admonished for not requesting them a day in advance even though they could have plainly advised me that was standard when we talked on the phone. I’m not sure what the point of all that was other than to waste my time when they didn’t even have me sign a proper legal document.

Experiencia negativa: So in October, my daughter was referred to this place to get her wisdom teeth removed. Scheduled her an appointment. Tell me why it took them forever to get back to me and tell me her insurance is going to pay. In January, she was finally scheduled to get her wisdom teeth removed. Received a call the day before to tell me the doctor needs to reschedule. “The day before” like if people don’t need to take off for work. Well a month later she was rescheduled again. I received another call telling me the doctor needs to reschedule AGAIN. At this point, my daughter’s teeth are hurting. Eventually, the doctor doesn’t care about his patients care. For our first experience at Fusion Dental and braces, worst experience ever!! Especially when you see your child hurting because of the pain. So before you consider this place search around before you make this place your first option.

Experiencia fantástica: I want in to have one of my pre-molders checked due to pain when I bit. Dr B was very good and felt my tooth looked good and didn't want to disturb my tooth since he didn't see any issues. Encouraged me to give it time and see if the pain goes away or if I get a blister and then come back. Since the weather's been really freezing, it might be my sinus. I was glad he gave me this option. I was happy with our decision to wait and see.

After visiting two dental offices for emergency services for my wisdom tooth removal & being scheduled, not until two weeks, Dr. Patel was able to provide the extractions the same day of my visit. Dental anxiety was calmed down by her services. All staff was equally as respectful as her. Would definitely recommend anyone to her, she relieved me of my pain.

Get an attitude not very professional. Today I encountered an over voice with my assistant her name was Allison.I payed so much money on my teeth to not get the results I want.Very disappointing don’t recommended. I usually do not like to leave bad reviews, but I don’t want others to have our same experience.
