Experiencia negativa: After 20 years of being a patient I can not believe how much the service from the front desk has nosed dived. Dr. Rich is amazing and most of the hygienists. However after a nasty voicemail from the front office people and then bringing it to the attention of them how rude they were the lady was no better and extremely rude and off putting. Do not recommend at all. They wanted cash on payment which also seemed very sketchy.

I had to have crowns put in and he did an amazing job at color matching them and making them look very natural especially with the fact I had to have crowns put on my 2 front teeth.

Experiencia fantástica: I went in to get fitted for a mouthguard. Dr. Kevin stated, "this will cost $600 if insurance doesn't pay anything; are you okay with that?" He then stated that they could check with insurance first and they rescheduled my appointment until after we receive a decision. I really appreciated him asking which I feel is rare these days. Granted I wish they had checked when I scheduled the appointment in the first place, but regardless, I appreciated him asking prior to doing the work and taking my money.

Experiencia fantástica: Thanks, PRD! The crown feels like a real tooth; I honestly can't tell the difference by feel or function. Throughout the entire process: from the technicians, to Dr. Fariba, to Lincoln Entodonics for the root canal, the staffs were plesant and professional, and the process was quick and painless. Experiencia fantástica: My family went to Dr. Fariba for about 30 years. She is now retired and her son, Dr. Kevin Vakilzadian is just as skilled, kind, and thoughtful. The people in the practice are very thorough and considerate professionals. They have a beautiful new practice out in wilderness Ridge. The original practice at the north end of Edgewood is challenging to get to, and has a very precarious parking lot. That said, they still get five stars!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve had a long hard history of dental work after breaking my teeth as a kid and I’ve always been disappointed with other dental work in my past, but Dr. Kevin and Thushara have been simply amazing to work with! They helped me through a months-long process to get crowns and veneers on my front four teeth after doing some in-office whitening. When I was unsure of the color after we got them back from the lab, they made it very clear that they were not happy until I was. I have a hard time speaking up for myself if it inconveniences others, but they never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them at all. The follow ups have been great and their patience and attention to detail are incredible. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental team

The dentists and staff are helpful, always concerned about my comfort during routine visits and cleanings, as well as for major dental work. I recently had an extraction with minimal pain after the procedure. Dr. Michael Augustine is my dentist, and highly recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: Pine Ridge Dental at the Wilderness Ridge location is the place to go for a dentist. Everybody has to go to the dentist at sometime, and why not enjoy the experience. The rooms overlook a pond with ducks and geese and birds flying around, or you can put on the headphones and listen to music or watch TV. The staff are excellent to work with and there is plenty of parking for all types of vehicles.

Experiencia fantástica: Honestly, Pine Ridge Dental is one of the best dentistry’s in Lincoln. The entire team that I have encountered is polite and helpful at both locations. Dr. Augustine is very thorough in educating you on what a procedure is, what he will be doing, and aftercare. He addresses any issues or concerns as well. I was in fear of having to have a root canal but after he assessed my tooth, he was able to do another procedure to potentially save my tooth. I’m extremely thankful for the team and all the work they do. It puts my mind at ease knowing I’m in good hands when it comes to my teeth. Thank you, Pine Ridge Dental!

When I call a for a dentist, I needed one two weeks ago. I called Pine Ridge, they understood and scheduled me for the next day.

And made an appointment so I can make an appointment, just sucking money out of people, waited a month to get my teeth cleaned, just so I can come in for them to tell me that this appointment will be so I can schedule for next time what I actually need from them! Dr. Murphy examined my affected tooth carefully and suggested an alternative treatment. He explained the procedure clearly and took time to answer all my questions. I felt all cared, the process was quick, and painless. I am very glad I decided to check with Dr. Murphy. My teeth feel great, and the discomfort is gone. At one point I had a tooth split open and expose the nerve on a Saturday evening. I called on Sunday morning and was met at the office at 8:00 am on Sunday to have the tooth extracted. Dedication is a word that comes to mind with this kind of service.

When I was young, I had a lot of trauma sitting in the dental chair. Dr. Tetrick has been my dentist for 30 years, and he is gentle, smart, polite, friendly, and the best dentist in town. Also, Katie told me today that his dentistry techniques could be in textbooks because he is that good! I believe it, and I would recommend Dr. Tom to anybody and everybody!

I mostly see Dr. Tetrick, but my hours haven't aligned with his lately. The other dentists I've seen have been great to work with as well.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been with Pine Ridge Dental on 56th since Dr. Chris first opened. I have stayed with them from the age of my 20’s through almost age 64 so that’s about 44 years. The thing I appreciate most was Dr. Chris’ s kindness and excellent care which is what the staff now continues to provide to date. They're very accommodating to any special needs and patient with any dental anxiety. They always explain everything very well too. I've been going here for 8 years and I have not intentions of ever changing that!

Experiencia fantástica: Today I came in for a crown. Amanda and Dr. Stephanie did a very good job. Dr. Stephanie was very patient with me when the anesthetic took time to work. She had to apply it several times before it took affect. She took excellent care with me when drilling and placing the crown. She checked several times to see if I was comfortable. I look forward to coming back.

Experiencia negativa: So disappointed. Almost 40 plus xrays & wouldn't schedule a cleaning before they saw me. I told then 3 times about being off my blood thinner and needed an asap cleaning. Then they said they can't schedule cleaning intil January or February. I feel like this was a bait and switch.
