I had two crowns and a root canal done over a period of a year(which were my first) and upon telling them about my nerves, they did an amazing job explaining each step of what they were going to do and what to expect. They also ensured my comfort every step of the way! This is hard to find with any medical professional and to have such a great experience. I'm thankful for the team here on their empathy and is why I continue to go to them! Thank you Dr. J and team!

Matched the color of my other teeth was so happy. Loved how I was treated. The only con was I thought they were very pricey.

Each stap was explained to me so I was informed what was going to take place next. I was always asked if I was doing alright. The exam went smoothly and all questions were addressed. Experiencia negativa: I am not sure if the staff changed but a few years ago they started a root canal sent me home to come back the next week to finish I got such a bad infection I almost lost my sight and was in the hospital for 5 days. After that all the cavities they have put in have fallen out and I am too scared to go to the dentist. I know this happened a few years ago but it still upsets me so much

Experiencia negativa: The dentists are good. But the front and staff that manage appointments do poor communication when it comes to confirming appointments. I had an appointment for day, I called the day of the appointment to find out that it was not on the calendar.

She even suggested I try a water flosser—now I just need to figure out how to let her know if I love it or not . Great visit, highly recommend!

Experiencia negativa: Extremely disappointed with this dentist office. Me and my partner went in for appointments From the moment we walked in, the front desk lady was rude and dismissive, (had her hair in 2 buns) She had to finish her conversation with her coworker before acknowledging we were there. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, she acted like we were an inconvenience. On top of that, they did not bill our insurance correctly, which left us paying much more than we should have – and when we asked about it, there was zero explanation or concern. While my partner was in the back getting work done, I sat in the waiting room for several minutes and had to listen to the staff talking among themselves about patients and personal business, which is completely unprofessional. So sad That the front office people weren't that great when the back of the house staff and Dr were great. Between the rudeness, the billing mistakes, and the lack of professionalism, I will not be coming back and do not recommend this office to anyone.

I'm in so much pain and I never had such a bad experience, wasted my time... My pain is so bad, I was more or less denied treatment and told to leave the office. No one knows how to treat someone that has a past Brain Injury

Experiencia positiva: This was my second visit. I wasn't sure about returning, but I'm glad I did. Very professional and friendly atmosphere. The office has made many improvements since the last time I visited. I imagine it will keep getting better with time. Verry happy with the service and amenities available. I liked that there was a tv screen directly in front of my chair that allowed the doctor to display my x-rays right after taking them and explaining the results. I also liked that I had the options of blankets, neck pillows, or stress balls if I needed them, even though I didn't. I also liked that refreshments were available in the waiting room and while I was in the chair even though I didn't have time to enjoy them, because service was so good that I didn't have to wait long. I will definitely keep returning.

Experiencia negativa: Scheduling needs improvement, always calling to reschedule our appointments, late billing, didn't receive any bills, 6 months later they call about my account being past due. Thinking I was using my preventive care so I didn’t owe anything. Charging me for service outside my preventive care without discussing it with me before proceeding. Calling to discuss such matters, front desk was rude and has zero customer service skills, 5 phone calls later.. talk to billing assistant who acted like they weren’t doing anything wrong. Had to call back 3 times to get them to send me a bill!! Then threatened to send me to collections if I don’t pay it in 30 days. Absolutely ridiculous.

It could actually have been less time. I’m very pleased with their proficiency, courtesy and professionalism when they work on my teeth. I feel all of the staff, from the secretary, tech’s, assistants and doctor are concerned about their patients health.

Experiencia fantástica: Superior Dental is the best. They are always accommodating, very friendly and gentle. They also educate you on what you can do to protect your teeth and gums. I've been to a lot of dentists over 40 years, and they outshine the rest! My niece needed a tooth pulled. Her dentist gave her antibiotics for a week, but then wouldn't see her for 6 weeks! Superior got her in immediately and pulled the tooth, alleviating her pain. Highly recommend them!!
