Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough good things about the care I received at this dental office. I chose this office because I needed an implant for a failed root canal and my primary dentist told me even with my dental insurance it was going to cost me about 5k. I found this office which offered the extraction, bone graft with PRF, and the implant, free of cost to be apart of a learning lab. Don’t let this detour you! These are still certified dentists with a license who are getting experience in oral surgery right next to at least one other dentist. During my extraction, there were three licensed dentists in the room which felt like little room for error with so many eyes in my mouth. My implant placement was also flawless. Dr Keber and her assistant Sharla are such sweethearts and took such good care of me. I had to have several appointments with them for my crown and they went above and beyond to finish up my implant care. Thank you ladies! The only thing I had to pay for was the crown itself which didn’t need to be paid for until the crown impressions. This gave me about 11 months to save for which was very doable (about 1200 dollars) I’ve had my implant now for about three months and it’s been perfect. I wish this office accepted insurance so I could come back for my routine dental care! Thank you!

Experiencia negativa: Was on the Center's website and according to the website Preventative services are clearly offered, called and attempted to schedule an appointment for just that preventative services, such as an exam, cleaning etc., just as the website states. However, after wasting my time filling out the new patient form and calling to schedule my appointment, was informed. They outsource preventative services they don't really do that. I suggested to the young lady on the phone the website should be updated as its clearly wrong. I simply wanted a simple exam and routine cleaning. Guess we can't always believe what we read on every business website. So much for helping the community and all that non-profit "feel good" BS.

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT USE THIS SCHOOL!!! I wanted a snap in lower denture. The attendants before my surgery kept giving me instructions for an all on 4 procedure not the snap in denture. I put in my paperwork that I was allergic to steroids. Steroids and ibuprofen was the only thing they gave me for pain after surgery. I informed them I have an autoimmune disease that increases my pain levels and that they prescribed me medication I was allergic to, NO ONE CALLED ME BACK!!! They just left me in pain with NO HELP or guidance! I had to pay another dentist to inspect the implants to make sure they were good. It was the WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!! I wrote them emails, no response! I left voicemails, no response! Not a non-profit but a scam! Praying on people who can’t afford better!!!

Experiencia negativa: I've been here for multiple surgeries over the last couple years. I am usually very pleased with the service and staff. This time was completely different. Dr. Borisov introduced himself and asked where in my mouth he was to be looking at for the surgery. I found that odd. He got flustered and decided I needed to see a different doctor. I drove about 100 miles for this consultation of nothing.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience was superior from the initial contact with Brittany as we coordinated my procedure, the office staff, and through the completion of my surgery. The doctors I met with the day before my procedure were very knowledgeable and explained in detail the correct options for me. I felt very comfortable throughout the surgery and implant placements. I was extremely impressed with Dr. Leland as he worked and also taught the other doctors and assistants who were present during the procedure. Since I was awake, I could listen to the whole procedure and found it all interesting and handled very professionally by all present.

Experiencia negativa: I've been going here for well over a year and a half now. Surgery after surgery (to receive snap in dentures) When no more surgery was needed they still tried to talk me into more. I refused. The worst part is that they CHANGED the design of the dentures whilst I was going there WITHOUT INFORMING ME! And the new denture design does not fit my tiny mouth. They still have not corrected this issue and if they don't VERY SOON I'll be forced to take legal action. Yes, they are polite here but seems to be a cover for not really knowing what they are doing. Unfortunately. This is my review. Take it or leave it.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff are very friendly and answer any questions I have. They explained the best options for me and how I can finance the surgery I will need. I had implants there a few years ago and it was such a better experience than I thought it would be. Because of my bone loss I need to undergo further intense surgery and I thoroughly trust their judgment and abilities to perform the surgery. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering implants or dental procedures. They even let my friend sit in the waiting room for 1.5 hours with my fur babies while I was in my consult. Very friendly and compassionate people and very professional and courteous as well.

The professionals at Horizontal have all the latest and newest equipment just like the most expensive places in Phoenix and Scottsdale. I had at least 7 evaluations of my mouth. I was ready to give up. Until I found New Horizons.when I first walked in I New it was gonna one on the highest prices based on the professionalism and most modern feeling facilities. The care was top notch. It's ben about a year now aftercare and adjustments are needed. They listen and care. I couldn't imagine going to Mexico 5 times with little adjustments by someone who maybe is credible? I know I made the right choice. No more tooth pain. No more eating on one side of my mouth. Truly life changing. Candy, steak,apple, gum, but most important, THE PICTURES! Those are worth more then I could of imagined

The head dr very young and handsome I can't remember his name but such a patient teacher. Because of Eds age they let me come back when they were screwing his new teeth on. The head dr did a video of ed throwing his false teeth away. I would love a copy. 7 implants and 6 hrs of surgery and his pain level is 1-2. Unbelievable. He can even talk better. Experiencia fantástica: I had a very good experience having impressions done for my crown. No more of the goopy tray, it made my day. The front and back office where as efficient as the tech was doing the impression I was very happy and satisfied. I apparently forgot to post this, so I wanted to do all the visits that I did after the first crown above. I was so fortunate to have a dentist by the name of Vanessa.Guerrero, she did not catch me in the best mood when I first met her for doing my crowns. She had such a phenomenal way of working so confidently and steady, speaking with me, And helping me calm down. I normally have some type of sedation for dental work, but with her work, I did not need any and I was shocked. Fast forward I just received my permanent crowns, I had lost both temporary, so I was not in a good mood. Again, she came in and worked so professionally and so well with the technician that it calmed me down immediately. I cannot say enough good about how professional she is and how lucky I was to get her. I don’t know exactly where she’s going back to her practice when she’s done here at New Horizon’s, but her patients are going to be extremely satisfied and blessed

Experiencia positiva: Mostly this place is great. But my last visit I was treated by two women with long ponytails. After one trailed into my face, I asked them to put their hair back. They both flipped their hair to their backs. The second time a Pony tail dragged into my face, I asked a passerby to tuck their hair into the necks of their gowns. One of them did so, the other left her hair free. Also. I got texts confirming my pharmacy. I told them the correct address. Then, after my surgery, stopped at the pharmacy to pick up meds. The meds were supposed to be taken 2 hours before surgery! Absolutely nothing in the prior communication noted that I was supposed to take pain meds and antibiotics before the visit. I've been to New Horizon in the past, and I'll go again in the future. Great service at unbelievably low prices.

Before my appointment, (7/29) l was advised to bring a receipt from my last dental checkup, so I would not have to pay to have my loose implant tightened. Sat in the chair for THREE HOURS. Provided my receipt. Then I was advised to obtain a Treatment History, from my current dentist. I was charged $100, even though I provided what was requested of me. Faxed form 8/11. Left voicemail 8/15. Sent email 8/18. Left VM 8/19. It’s 8/20, still no response. How would you feel if this happened to you???

Experiencia fantástica: I would rate them 10 Stars if I could! They have state of the art equipment. They have an exceptionally professional and courteous staff and the overall cost is about 1/4 of the price of anyone else!! I have been treated with the utmost respect from every staff member and I feel genuinely cared for! And that is very important for me. The music is a little loud but I personally love it! I have been in dental offices where it is so quiet you can hear a pin drop. This is a much more comfortable environment. And it is always good music. I researched extensively and contacted about a dozen other dental offices and this is by far the most affordable dentistry you can find. Once again, they are exceptionally professional, courteous, respectful and have a fantastic low price.

I am Lucky that I found the Right Dental Office. Yesterday 8/26/24 Bertha was always Great and Had Me Right in for Emergency Procedure. Rosalea Greeted Me with a Big Smile and continuing to give me Excellent and Efficient care. Then Dr. Lehland is ALWAYS Positive and worked His Magic. They had Me in & Out in 50 minutes. Experiencia negativa: I went to this place with hope. I read all the stuff they had on their website and I thought maybe finally I had found a place that would help me. My teeth are very bad. I admit I used to be a drug addict but now I'm not and every time I look in the mirror it's a painful reminder of my bad choices. I want my life to be better. Anyways. I came to New Horizon with tentative hope that maybe just maybe I could afford to get implants supported dentures. The consultation was going great and then I revealed I was a recovering addict and it all changed. I was told I would have to come up with 35,000 dollars to get my implants, 15,000 to get just plain old dentures. I then asked, well what about all that stuff I read about you being non-profit and helping those less fortunate?I definitely fall under that bracket. They told me that I was not being charged for the extractions. I still have like 3 teeth. I left there in tears. How can places get away with doing this kind of stuff? They are liars. And all this stuff about them helping people....well I guess everyone BUT us recovering addicts. On top of everything they took my last 70.00 for this farse of an appt. I am right back to where I started with an infected mouth that hurts me every day and no hope in sight. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE (unless you have 35,000 just laying around). Sincerely, Susan

My first appointment 12/12/24 today is 06/12/25 payments to date total $32,516.00 and I still can't eat a pickle or peanut not to mention smile or yawn without my teeth falling out. Dentures that were offered to me costing $1,900.00 + all the extra appointments to try to make them fit right. €√ Update:/ I would highly suggest not ✓wasting ur $$ on the ✓$1,900.00 paper weight. I ✓wish one of the ✓professionals that are ✓overseeing the work would ✓have explained to me how ✓the DENTURES were FOR ✓LOOKS ONLY as long as ✓you don't sneeze or smile ✓naturally. Someone called and told me all my future appointments have been cancelled. I guess that's one way to deal with someone that has something to say. Well I now have more to say. This morning I woke up choking on one of the posts that had been screwed into my lower jaw, wonder if that's going to get infected. I have to ask myself why a post would fall out? Must be my fault for talking. Wonder if I'll get a call for this update I'll move on. The staff is very friendly and helpful when you are in the building. But once you walk out of the building and try to call that's where things break down I don't want to go on another rant about how long it takes someone to get back with you after leaving a message or text we'll just say a long time. Experiencia fantástica: I had the surgical process for an implant a week ago. I was encountering pain and loosing the bone segments. I called your office yesterday as I knew something was not right. Luckily Dr Mira was able to see me. He took a scan of the area. Found out there was infection. Had to reopen me clean out and treat the infected area. And than restitch. He gave me a new prescription for antibiotics. He is the most caring dentist I would have to say in the world His love for his job, his compassion, personality plus. You should be so proud to have him and his knowledge on board with your office. He actually called me this morning at home to see how I was doing. He doesn't consider his patients as a number he treats them as family. He is not stuck in the moment of being better than anyone. Thank you Dr. Mira.

Experiencia positiva: Painful failed blood draw but dr concerned and apologized. Later in procedure other dr kept punching my lips and banging instruments on my sensitive teeth. Then accused me of almost biting her. Not as good an experience this time.

Experiencia fantástica: I was 2 weeks away from heading to Mexico for an All on 4 uppers procedure. My personal Dentist recommended me to look at New Horizon before I make the trip. I agreed, as a trip to Mexico is not what I wanted to do but financially had to. I had my consultation with New Horizon and pleased to say 2 weeks later…I had my procedure done and began my journey to a new smile. New Horizon saved me so much time, money, travel/hotel expenses and headaches. This was mentally, physically and financially the right choice. So my procedure went better than expected and my Dentist, Dental Assistants and Anesthesiologist were amazing. Also, New Horizon communicated with my Fiancé during surgery and myself post surgery. Lots of information given on post op do’s and don'ts which is a must to know. Also, I cannot say enough good things about the staff at New Horizon Dental Center. The entire procedure, expectations and cost was communicated to me very well. I also recognized and appreciated the honesty from my Dentist C. Miro and his staff. Everyone at New Horizon has treated me great and even more importantly, the staff seem to love what they do. In general, When staff are unhappy…it makes for a stressful environment and corners get cut. This is definitely NOT the case, as the vibe is great and professional. Honestly, New Horizon has taken a huge weight off my shoulders with an excellent experience and better health/life ahead. Thank You Thank You and did I say Thank You?!?!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a warranty on my crown that needed to be replaced for a better fit. The Dr who specializes in doing this was very detailed and professionals. This is a teaching implant office and I’ve had several implants done … My crown was also done here but wasn’t a good fit so they were willing to fix it. So far so good

Experiencia fantástica: I love New Horizons Dental! The cost is MUCH cheaper than a for-profit dentist, because the dentists work pro bono. The initial exam and X-rays cost only $96! Can’t beat that. My roommate got all her teeth pulled out and implants for just $300 (aside from the exam fee). Extractions are free. Third party financing is available. Note: it costs more money to save your teeth than to have them replaced. The appointments for my treatments are considerably sooner than I expected. Everyone was professional and explained everything: what they found and options for treatment going forward. Many thanks to everyone I met: Sheena, Shakir, Angie, Dr Magliore, and the receptionist. In summary, I highly recommend New Horizons Dental. I’m so glad I find out about them. Before then, without dental insurance, I thought the cost would’ve been much more expensive to save my teeth.

Experiencia fantástica: I was totally comfortable and secure in the fact that I was in good hands. The providers explained the procedure thoroughly. There were three dentist all were very professional, kind, efficient, and they seem to work well together, there seem to flow they had going. One of them was the doctor training the other two. I feel grateful to have had such an awesome team. The other staff were all smiles, kindness, and caring. Hats off to Horizon Dental.

Experiencia negativa: My appointment was good, reasonable wait time, dentist explained what I needed, etc. Here's my issue: I had a question the next day and had to call 5 times over the next 2 days to get a VERY SIMPLE question about my treatment plan answered! If making an appointment is easy but getting any follow-up questions or help is nearly impossible, folks this is a HUGE red flag. 2025-04-21 update.. after three attempts to submit to my insurance, which they say they will help you with, it would not go through to Delta dental. Delta claims the dentist is not in their system for the address they give. Tammy, the manager, did give me all the information I needed for my claim form. In the end, seems like they gave up because they said they would refund my money and I could go elsewhere to have the implant placed. This was after I had the tooth extracted and the bone graft done. I said well okay, and I did try but two dentists wanted to do their own bone graft and the third was just unacceptable. I then called New Horizon back and said I'm going to have to come back to you to have this work completed, have the implant put in. However they refused to make an appointment for me and kept saying they would have Tammy, the manager call me. This was two weeks ago, I've called several times and got in the same run around. Tammy never calls and I get no explanation. Apparently they do not want to finish the work. Of course I realize I will have to repay again since they refunded my money that's not the issue. This is so unprofessional especially for a medical facility. I'm not sure what kind of clients they're used to dealing with that accept this kind of treatment but I will pursue this elsewhere

Experiencia positiva: I was unexpectedly turned away from their office on my last cleaning and inserts for my snaps ins.Now I have to find another office . They gave me a list of option but there are very few in my area that provide the service I need. I feel used and thrown away. I been with this office since 2020 I was happy being their patient thru the thick and thin but they abandoned me in the end. Now I must find another to carry on the service they started for me. FYI snap ins require great maintenance and care. I had my teeth removed to get the implants to avoid the problem with lip lines. I was 48 when my teeth were all pulled by the time of surgery,6 months later my lips had fallen and I had lip lines! So it was a long process but I got the lip lines anyway. Do your research before you decide to get implant, snap ins,I'm sorry I did not. I had no clue I would have been pushed out of their office at any point.

Experiencia fantástica: Great bedside manner. Professional and up to date with latest techniques to help the patient. Prices are more than affordable and a good payment plan when you don't have insurance. Always ask for what you need to do in post care if you don't know or don't remember. 4 years and implants are still going strong. Had to stop using anything that uses vibration due to screws coming loose in my bridge implant. They cleaned everything and re tightened them. The latest implant is in my front so I have a retainer that has my former crown in it so no one can tell it's missing.

I’m going through their program now and I can’t stop telling everyone I know with similar issues that this is the place to go. No ridiculous markups on work and they care about getting people into dental care with severely bad teeth issues. I appreciate all that they have done for me, and I’m not even full through their program yet, but I’m excited to get the next step started.
