Experiencia fantástica: Staff very knowledgeable and explained in detail about what I was needing to have done. All the procedures were done without any issues.

Experiencia positiva: The staff was friendly and so was the dentist. I had to wait an extremely long time though and then was quoted an outrageous price! Nothing was even done to address the problem I was having which was broken off teeth that was causing me pain and cutting the insides of my mouth and causing sores in my mouth! They could have at least gave me a temporary fix but didn’t care to, they were more interested in the big amount they wanted to charge!!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a temporary crown that popped off. My own dentist was closed, so I looked up "dental ER" and came across Aspen Dental. Making an appointment online was very easy. I filled out the paperwork online, but it must have needed more time to process because I still had to go through the same steps when I got in for my appointment. They were able to do a limited exam with XRs and get my crown cemented back into place. Everyone was professional and pleasant. Thank you to all the staff for helping me!

Experiencia fantástica: I got my bottom teeth pulled at another establishment last month and new dentures made. The person doing my adjustments wouldn't listen to me and kept dismissing me. I left crying each time. So decided I need someone else. Aspen Dental on Glenstone in Springfield, Mo had great reviews, so I made an appointment. I knew coming in ,there may be nothing they could do for me until 6 months after my teeth were pulled . I prayed to God on my way to just give me some kind of hope. Kayla at the front desk was kind and professional. Shaylee did my intake and xray and listened to me! The level of comfort I felt , I cant explain. Dr"G" validated my concerns which meant the world to ME! They offered to do some adjustments on my teeth to make me more comfortable. I paid for that and waited in the waiting room while they worked me in. Guess who came through the door when it was my turn? HOPE!! Hope was kind and gentle and listened to me. I will be back in 5 months to get a full NEW set of dentures made by them. This is a very professional group. I glued my dentures in when I got to the car. They still look like crap but they fit better. Can't wait till I get to come back!! I'm 57 years old , a mother, a grandmother and a girlfriend and you women gave me hope today that life will return to normal soon. I know your families have to be so proud of you! THANK YOU SO MUCH

I felt there was significant pressure to move forward with additional services that were not recommended by a second opinion provider. After seeking a second evaluation, I was told those treatments were not necessary at this time. This left me feeling uncomfortable and concerned about the approach taken during my visit. I believe patients deserve clear, conservative recommendations and the ability to make informed decisions without pressure. I would encourage others to consider getting a second opinion if they are unsure about recommended treatment plans.

Kayla and other staff that helped me with paperwork and made sure I understood my financial situation with insurance, made the whole process easy. Sarah was a great help in introducing me to dental was almost procedures that I would be dealing with, also in meeting the dental staff, Dr.A, Dr.G and DA.Glenn, very caring all were so kind and made sure I was comfortable in getting the procedures accomplished.From dental cleaning to the extracting of my teeth was almost pain free.I glad Aspen Dental was my choice, I would not change a thing. Experiencia positiva: Had to have 2 wisdom teeth pulled. Staff was very compassionate when trying to get Xrays. Infection and inflammation caused extreme pain when opening my mouth!

Experiencia negativa: I went to aspen dental on Glenstone, in May of 2025. Everyone was nice, however the actual services rendered were less than. I didn't have dental insurance at the time so I did their aspen savings plan of $49 per year. I had 3 cavities filled. Paid out of pocket for everything. Over $2k total. I Wasn't told that I was also paying for an entire sonicare package of a new electric toothbrush, and water floss pick. These are not cheap brand new, and I'm sure the price was also marked up. Had I been told, I wouldn't have wanted those items included at all. I could have easily found different brands for a more reasonable price on my own. So I do feel that was snuck in there and not disclosed as part of my total on purpose. The process of getting a gingivitis cleaning was fine. The guy who did it seemed like he was irritated with me when I was having some discomfort from the sensitivity but overall wasn't unpleasant. Dr. Adegbenga A. Adepoju Did my fillings. He was a nice guy. I had to get an additional shot because I could still feel pain on my last filling on a back tooth. But that happens. The reason I'm ultimately leaving 2 stars, is because less than a year later (April 2026) I am having to have 2 out of the 3 fillings they did repaired or redone. I recently got dental insurance so I went to a better office closer to home and in network, and they were very shocked to hear that these fillings were less than a year old and already failing. I was told there was still decay behind 2 of them, and that was likely due to the previous doctor not removing all of the decay present before placing the fillings. So that's quite frustrating, and ultimately a waste of the money I paid to have them taken care of a year ago now that they have to be removed and redone. I wouldn't go back here due to this. Although everyone was nice it didn't feel like I got the best care possible given my end results.

However, the front desk girl needs to learn manners. I am a well educated individual and I do not need to be talked down to as I know what Hali told me regarding you all sending the claim in and then for me to follow up. The front desk girl thought it was professional to not only argue with me but also do it in front of people in the office waiting. I have always paid my bills and know what a partial is. I left extremely frustrated and she ruined my experience.

The Doctor who did the procedure and the dental assistant did a great job helping me through the process and explaining exactly what they would be doing. Kiran was also great at the desk walking me through exactly what I was paying for and any changes that could happen. I’ve been there for a couple years now for regular cleaning and have always been happy with their professionalism and friendliness.

Brittany and Kayla greeted me and were absolutely amazing—so friendly and compassionate, and they did everything they could to get me in as quickly as possible. Then there was Glenn. Although he’s new, you can already tell he’s going to be incredible. I was extremely anxious, and he was so attentive, constantly checking on me and reminding me to breathe. His calm and reassuring presence made a huge difference. Finally, Dr. Gonzalez was absolutely AMAZING. She walked me through every step, made sure I was comfortable, and took such great care of me throughout the entire procedure. I truly cannot say enough good things about this team. I would recommend Aspen Dental to everyone, and I will definitely be back.

Experiencia negativa: Today was my first time coming here and the front desk lady Kayla loudly from 10-15 feet away asked me very personal medical questions in the waiting room in front of atleast 5 other patients, all watching and listening. So incredibly rude and unprofessional, I have never seen anything so callous in a medical environment. For that alone I will never come back but to add, I am not pleased with the work and now have to go have that dentist glue removed by someone else before it creates a sore along my cheek. My tech was very nice, the ladies I was talking to on the phone were wonderful, they got me in same day for an emergency and I appreciate that but everything else was a nightmare and probably even a hippa violation.

Experiencia negativa: My 89 year old mother went in for a swollen jaw to get checked. They didn't explain to her they'd be pulling 2 teeth. Her friend was with her, who is a medical doctor, told them she was on blood thinners. Dr. Adepoju proceeded to pull 2 that were infected. That's dangerous. He didn't numb her well before yanking these out. She described it as barbaric. My Mom can take pain and is in pretty good shape. She bled for HOURS. An ambulance had to rush her to the ER. She now has a respiratory infection. What an absolute nightmare. I am trying to get a copy of charges to her insurance because I can bet it's not correct. Think twice!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Ive been going here close to a decade. Always loved them so its hard to leave a bad review. Last year I had my normal cleaning and exam in June and then again in December. I started getting bills from them for the full amounts for both services. I called and was told that I needed to call my insurance. Did that and insurance told me the dentist had been billing my old insurance so they fixed that on their end. I called Aspen back confirmed they had all the correct insurance information and they said they would get it squared away. I kept getting a monthly statement and would call the number on Aspen's bill. They would tell me to ignore the bills they could see a claim was pending. So then I started getting bills saying "final notice". Called insurance and they said they had processed the claim for December of last year and that was taken care of so I called the dentist office on Glenstone where I go for my appointments. The girl i talked to said she couldnt see where a claim had been filed for my cleaning and exam in June of last year and would have the office manager call me when I told her i would not pay out of pocket due to the offices negligence to bill my insurance in a timely manor. She promised the office manager would call me. Days passed so i called back again and was told I shouldnt be getting bills and they were handling it. Now I am being harassed by a debt collector so i called the dental office AGAIN today and was told I'll have to call back tomorrow because the office manager isnt in. I'm being billed for an exam and cleaning thats routine and covered by my insurance. I have recommended this dental office to others and they've gone here so I hope this same thing doesn't happen to them. I wont recommended it anymore and Im way over due for an exam and cleaning while waiting for this mess to clear up. I'm going to be shopping for another dentist now since this hasn't been handled. My insurance covers these visits but Aspen messed it up and wants me to pay out of pocket. I'll let the folks I've recommended know to

Experiencia fantástica: DR A has done me well every visit and extraction, did a fine job on my fiancé extraction and dealing with her dental anxiety (harder tham the extraction) all the reviews about price apparently havent had any work done in the last decade yeah they are lil pricey but what isnt now days, get their dental savings plan it helps and they have fiance companies to work with. And quality of service is worth price, only dentist ive ever met that will admit sometines bad teeth are gentic and agree to just pull them rather than waste time trying to save them and running up un needed bill. Even if i do have to do them couple at a time. Also one of the few ive mer that checks your numbness constantly.

Experiencia negativa: First, I scheduled an appointment due to a very broken tooth. When I got there they just had me as a first time patient and tried to tell me that I had gingivitis since my gums blead after they poked them. They wanted to take out a loan for a couple thousand dollars. I go to a dentist every 6 months and get my teeth cleaned and my dentist has never mentioned that. Luckily they were able to get me in for the extraction the same day. It took 2 dentists to get out my tooth. After the extraction I had to ask the nurse for the prescription that they talked about. While I waited on the script something shot out of my mouth. I thought it was just saliva. The nurse asked if I wanted a paper towel and I said yes. Then I noticed it was blood. As soon as I got out to my vehicle I grabbed more napkins for my drive home. They knew I was by myself and driving and they let me leave with lots of blood still coming from my mouth. In the 15 minute drive home, my mouth was completely full of blood, so was my napkins, hands and my shirt. I still can't believe they let me leave their office and drive myself home still bleeding that bad. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a dentist. I am trying not to let it stop me from seeing a dentist again.

Experiencia negativa: Wow. Avoid this place at all costs. While the staff was cordial and the doctor seemed quick and competent, the business practices here are unbelievable. In a time when insurance is already expensive, this office does everything possible to squeeze every dime out of you and your insurance. My appointment was supposedly just for an X-ray and an “assessment,” which turned out to be nothing more than a blatant cash grab designed to use up my X-ray benefit without actually doing any real work. Then, when it came time to schedule a second appointment, already a ridiculous waste of time, they told me it would cost $600 after insurance for an “advanced cleaning” due to some build-up near my gums. I’ve always gone to honest, local dentists, so I guess I was sheltered from places like this. But this experience was next-level. Good luck to anyone who goes here. You’ve been warned.

Experiencia negativa: Honestly a scam of a dentist. Took X-rays but refused a cleaning unless paid $600 after insurance because “there was some build up near the gum line”. Safe yourself the scam and go to a recognized local dentist that is reputable. This company and specially this place is not in your best interest and only wants your money. I’m deeply upset I wasted my yearly dental visit on them. Learn from my mistake.

They were more affordable than my other dentist and they had reasonable payment plans. My Dentist, Dr. Gonzalez, was great. She was kind, calm and gentle. They numb your mouth with gel before any shots, so you don't feel them at all. I am an anxious patient when it comes to the drill, but she was patient and let me have quick breaks in between

Aspen Dental helped me immediately, I didn't need o make an appointment just simply drop off and picked up next day, the girls were friendly and amazing. However after Dr. Adepoju looked at the x-rays, he said it's just need a replaced filling. Him and his tech assistant Alisa are amazing. I went out to book and appt, and they said they could do the filling and the cleaning today, WOW!! Dr. Gonzalez did the work, and was amazing. No pain what soever. The Lady "Hope" who did the x-rays was also above great, amazing job, the check-in lady (sorry didn't get name) was the best. The whole staff is the best I've seen. If your in doubt , don't be, here is the place to go.
