Experiencia fantástica: This was my first time at Wiswall and I was in need of a root canal to save my tooth which had been giving me grief for several months. From the moment I walked in the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Andrew explained the entire process even double checked that we had the correct tooth by doing x-rays and doing some testing. After explaining and numbing my mouth area he proceeded and made sure I was comfortable with his actions. We had a small rough patch in the drilling which he quickly alleviated and talked me through it. In a matter of seconds all was good. The procedure took less than I had envisioned and overall I was very happy with the outcome. It is now 4 days later and I am so happy that he could fix my tooth. All staff worked very well together and made my experience there a very pleasant one. I will be going back there with any dental work from now on. Thanks to Andrew and staff. Great job.

Dr. Wiswall has the most up-to-date equipment on the market today. The whole procedure was 30-40 minutes. Headphones, a weighted blanket and choice of TV channels are a great help too.

They are all very kind, helpful, and courteous from the receptionists to the techs/hygienists and the doctor himself. He is also great about helping out if a problem arises and truly wants to help you feel better and get relief ASAP! Experiencia negativa: My husband was a patient of theirs 3 x due to their inability to complete a root canal without nerve damage. Numerous antibiotics and urgent care visits for months because of the infections one after another in the area that was worked on. Now the tooth next to the original location is dead. As a nurse I am disappointed and certainly would not regard this location as top choice for a root canal. My husband is a very healthy man and to see his suffering was painful.

However, they did not verify the insurance benefits beforehand, and I was later billed for a significant amount. When I tried to resolve the issue, I was met with resistance, and staff repeatedly insisted it was my fault. I expected transparency and professionalism regarding billing and insurance, and unfortunately, that was not provided. I cannot recommend this office based on my experience.

Experiencia fantástica: I saw Dr. Wiswall and Amber today, October 23, for a root canal. While getting a root canal isn’t fun, they made it as comfortable as could be. They had difficulty getting my roots expanded so had to work a bit longer than normal. They explained things well and apologized for the extra time it took. The atmosphere while in the dental chair is quite relaxing with these two. Thank you for this experience.
