Experiencia fantástica: I had a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental the staff was very helpful friendly and truly put me at ease. I had a terrible experience with another dental office a few days prior which prompted the switch. They were very thorough with the options and breakdown of treatment and financing. But the superstar of the practice is Naomi Gagliano the Dental hygienist she was stellar patient knowledgeable and gentle. I am terrified of needles and she was patient and ensure that I was comfortable the entire procedure. I highly recommend this practice and I am glad I made the decision to try them out.

Experiencia positiva: This was my first experience at a dentist office like this. Needless to say I was a little skeptical. I signed in and paid $29. First I got my X-rays done. The workers were nice and after talking with the dentist and doctor regarding my teeth they went over estimates on everything they said I would need to have done. I appreciated being able to get X-rays done and ask them questions regarding my teeth. I came in originally to discuss one wisdom tooth that was popping through and instead the dentist said I would need all 4 out even though she was only concerned about one of them. I appreciated all the estimates it just felt like they were looking to give me a bunch of cosmetic things to fix even if it wasn’t a concern to me or them. The financial person did discuss everything with me and said she could send me the X-rays they took that day (I’m still waiting on them). Before leaving I asked for the X-rays to be sent to me but did not receive a printed quote regarding everything that needed to be done and the cost. They did give me complements regarding my teeth and were professional but I just couldn’t shake the uneasy feeling while meeting with the doctor and dentist. This office was nice and professional but I think I’ll always feel a little more comfortable and trusting with a small town office.

Experiencia fantástica: I took my 97 year old FIL to Aspen for an extensive consultation. He did not want to go, tried to cancel and was not happy sitting in the chair. The dentist, hygienist and nurse were so kind to him and thorough, we left feeling good with a doable and affordable plan! I recommend Aspen especially for an elderly patient.

As for my appointment on yesterday February 4. 2026, the doctor and her assistant did a fabulous job putting my permanent crown on. They corrected a problem and I had a great experience all the way round.

Experiencia negativa: I went to this place for cleaning and some crowns, they gave me an estimate after consulting my dental insurance, in my first visit for a cleaning the charged me $366 which i paid, a few weeks later i got an extra bill for $500 for the same cleaning service, i called them i they told me the insurance is not paying for a few things , and im like " but you already made me a schedule and payment plan based on my insurance , how can you tell someone, you have to pay certain amount (after insurance) and later send another bill for way more .. This is unacceptable!!!

Experiencia negativa: Worst experience with billing and customer service that I’ve ever had. They don’t know how to bill insurance and once they do the send it to the wrong address. I’ve been waiting since July of last year to get this settled. They also do not explain all the charges to you. They want everything paid up front but when you are ready to get your work done they say it wasn’t included in the initial payment you made.

Experiencia fantástica: For over a year and a half I have been using Aspen Dental in High Point. I have been nothing but pleased with the work, the staff and the results. I have had a significant amount of work done and zero complaints. I had several teeth extracted and a temporary denture put in, which requires a soft realign and the lead Dental Assistant Jennifer did a spectacular job. In about a 6 month span of the recovery process, Jennifer made every effort to make sure the work was done right, and put heart into the job. I had been to several other Dental facilities prior to Aspen Dental and i have never found someone who actually listened to the patient. Jennifer actually listened and each visit would follow up on what we talked about in the previous visit. It's rare to find a business these days that genuinely care about their patients, however, at Aspen Dental in High Point they make you feel like family. A special shout out to Dr. Rao, Dr. Katie, and DA Jennifer for tremendous work and effort.

Experiencia fantástica: I will spare all of you my own life story and cut to the chase: I have had trouble with my teeth for almost ten years, and I had nearly given up hope on finding a dentistry practice or preserving the long term health of my mouth.I won’t pretend it’s affordable, but to be frank I have never met a dentist who made themselves available to the poor and didn’t also strike me as something of a sadist. The Aspen Dental team did not shame me or turn me away because of my financial situation, and although the payment plan is steep, the fact that it exists and I can afford it speaks to, from what I have seen, Aspen Dental’s competitive pricing, especially given the quality of care I received. I don’t want to put individual members of the staff in a public review, but each and every member of this team is kind, exceptionally competent, and genuinely interested in improving the quality of your life and your smile. I will admit it’s not a prefect practice: there are some schedule inconsistencies, inevitable price gouging(however, this I blame on Big Dental) and some long waits. Each and every one of these very minor hiccups is, in my opinion, inevitable in any medial practice. What is extraordinarily rare, however, is that the delay in your appointment is due to the hard work and thorough nature of each aspect of your care. I have never had an existentially validating teeth cleaning before, but I believe that the team at the High Point Aspen Dental is worthy of such high praise, and can be trusted with the wellbeing of your oral health.

Gives great advice on how to take care of your teeth and she is very funny.. I have been treated very well and, also they remind you of your appointment time in advice helps too when life is busy.. Experiencia fantástica: I scheduled an appointment for a broken tooth that had been causing me a lot of stress. While I was disappointed to learn they were out of network for my insurance (obviously, not their fault), I decided to go through with the visit to at least get an assessment so I had an idea of next steps. As someone with severe anxiety and agoraphobia rooted in CPTSD, it’s incredibly hard for me to step into unfamiliar places. But from the moment I walked in, Cindy at the front desk and the rest of the team treated me with such kindness and care. They could clearly see I was anxious, and they made a point to walk me through everything and check in with me throughout the appointment to ensure I felt safe and supported. I’m so bummed that they’re out of network because this office felt like a rare gem. If you’re someone who struggles with anxiety or just values compassionate care, this is a place I’d wholeheartedly recommend.

Experiencia negativa: My appointment was at 11 am, came in at 10:30 am, got called at 11:30 am didn’t see the doctor until 1:15 pm. None came to let me know they were behind and when the doctor finally came, she didn’t have time to pull my tooth, the main reason I came for, she was too busy and short handed. I was there for almost 3 hours. Horrible service, the doctor had a horrible attitude. Please spare yourself the pain of going and not having what you need done.
We regret your experience didn't live up to expectations. When schedules allow, offices do make the effort to offer treatment same day, but it’s not always possible. An offices ability to do same day treatment does depend on the number of staff, patients, procedures they have on a given day as well as the treatment needing to be done. -The Customer Service Team

Experiencia negativa: I had a 1:30 appointment and didn't leave until 4:30 and I made an appointment for one thing and ended up getting nothing for the 3 hours I spent there. Yet I was giving prices for other procedures ranging from 5,000-22,000. I just wanted a tooth pulled ♀️♀️

Experiencia fantástica: Aspen Dental‘s very good place to go for your check ups x-rays Dental needs concerns. They’re very helpful knowledgeable. It’s just a little lengthy and experience of being their time wise other than that place is great considering I was there 3 1/2 hours but I don’t have a complaint on that. It’s all good. Everything was all within my needs I needed to have done and explained very well, so it’s a plus yes I recommend them to the next.

Experiencia positiva: My visit here was just okay—not terrible, but definitely not great. I was seen for a same-day dental emergency, and I was in excruciating pain. The dental hygienist was incredibly kind and comforting, especially when I became emotional about the condition of my teeth following a previous surgery. Her empathy meant a lot in that moment. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience left me disappointed. I waited nearly an hour past my scheduled appointment to see the dentist. While I understand things can get backed up, it was tough to sit that long in such severe pain. When the dentist finally came in, he took one quick look and said there was nothing they could do except prescribe antibiotics. He even acknowledged how painful my infection must be, but didn’t offer anything to help manage the pain—not even a medicated rinse or basic ibuprofen. He was in the room for less than five minutes. After that, I waited another 20 minutes to meet with the office manager. Despite me clearly being in pain and not feeling well, she proceeded to go over high-cost treatment plans for dentures, which I wasn’t in the mindset to review right then. I understand they need to discuss options, but pushing a $30–$50k plan when someone is clearly in distress didn’t feel right. I told her I was in too much pain to focus, and her response was that getting the work done was the best way to end the pain. Overall, while I think this office has potential to be great, the lack of urgent care, compassion beyond the hygienist, and the overly sales-driven approach during an emergency visit has made me reconsider returning.

Experiencia fantástica: Another great visit. Anyone using Care Credit financing needs to really listen to the staff. They are honest and upfront about the pro’s and cons using that financing. I was approved for $4,000. I chose the 18 month plan at zero interest. When you get the initial invoice, the minimum payment will NOT payoff the $4,000 in 18 months. The statement read that making the minimum payment due at $131/mo would take 19 years to pay off! If I pay $231/mo it’s fully paid in the 18 months with no interest. Aspen dental has been the best dental practice I have ever been to. Just do your research on financing solutions.
