Experiencia fantástica: As someone who is afraid and has hated dentists before, this has been a great experience. Dr Murray and his staff are all so kind and explain thoroughly what they are doing. I had a deep cleaning done yesterday on both sides at once and my hygienist said she is the beat at what she does. Well I believe her. I have very little pain this morning and my teeth already look 100% better than before. Thank you Welden Village Dental for making me love my smile again!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was very friendly and explain certain procedures. Nala the hygienist was awesome. She explained everything in detail and then proceeded to do my periodontal cleaning. She was very gentle and kept asking me if I was okay through the whole process. Dr. Murray came in and examined me. He was also very polite and informative. The place has a very nice atmosphere and I felt very comfortable being there. This will be my permanent dentist.

Experiencia negativa: I went in today for x-rays and cleaning. I paid the fee, $149.00 up front. I had x-rays taken, and then Dr Murray came in to examine my teeth before the cleaning. He told me that I have the start of periodontal disease on some of the back teeth. Half of those teeth are crowns. The office person came in to tell me that they could do a deep cleaning on my teeth for an additional $512.00! (I had a chip out of a tooth as well that I wasn't aware of, and that fee was $289.00) I am sorry, but $661.00 to have my teeth cleaned is outrageous. So I basically paid $149.00 for x-rays. Just want you to be aware.

I have severe dental anxiety and this was my first trip to the dentist in a while. I went in for an emergency appointment for a toothache. They did the x-rays to see what was going on and then Dr. Murray explained my options thoroughly and gave his recommendations. They were clear about price as well. I felt very comfortable making a decision. Thankfully, he also had time to take care of a cavity that was causing me pain. I was warned that they may not be able to address the problem same day but I was thankful that part of the issue could be addressed same day. I was appreciative that they were kind, efficient and compassionate. I appreciated the regular check-ins and responsiveness to my needs. I feel very comfortable going back here for all future dental appointments. I highly recommend Welden Village Dental and Dr. Murray and his team!

Experiencia negativa: This dentist is upcoding. new client special of $149 does not in-fact include a basic cleaning. They will refuse your request for basic cleaning. Dentist Stating “ I won’t be sued for malpractice “ the receptionist who I spoke to did not make it known the reasons they could deny the basic cleaning , only stating that the only condition would be that they could not do the procedure same day due to time restraints. Never stating that the special wasn’t valid if you were found to have periodontist. When asked in person why that wasn’t stated when I asked, she said “ because I’m not a doctor” They will instead quote you $1700 for a deep cleaning.

My first visit they got me in quickly for a limited exam and after a x-ray it took Dr Murray about 2 seconds to identify I had a broken tooth and I needed a root canal or extraction. After being referred and getting the root canal, I went back to become an established patient and get the crown. No pain at all. They did a great job on my cleaning as well, you can really tell that the staff care. Dr Murray has such a nice vibe, so calm and collected. I really appreciate that (I've worked in healthcare for years and you never know what kind of personality you're going to be working with lol). I noticed immediately that he is nice to his staff. He's the kind of doctor you'd be happy to see on your work shift. I'm glad I trusted the reviews and went to Welden Village Dental. Thanks Dr Murray and staff! P.S. - The couple negative reviews...honestly sounds like they are reviewing the wrong office. Absolutely not true whatsoever! Take those reviews with a grain of salt, these are the kind of people who would complain about the color of the Dr's shoes or something lol.

THE HYGIENIST was super nice and made sure I knew what was going on the entire time. I felt totally relaxed throughout my visit. Dr. Murray was very thorough. I hate getting numb, but I didn’t realize he had filled two cavities and put a temporary crown on my tooth. I was getting ready to let him know I needed more med before the filling. Experiencia fantástica: I'm a new patient since Feb 2024, phenomenal work and equipment compared to my previous and the late evening business hours were very accommodating to my schedule. Other than cleanings, I mainly came for the implant work, which was no problem despite my dense bone. They were very open about each process from start to finish, which has been a great experience. The assistants were very kind as well. I'm glad this was in-network. I drive about 20 minutes from home to make this my main Denistry. Nice music, art and vibe.

Experiencia negativa: Negative stars. Dentist was not friendly. I had a "hygienist" that didn't floss or polish my teeth correctly, hurt me with the polishing tool and X-ray device, work with dirty splatter on her face shield with someone else's spatter all over her, and when I left had some substance caked on my teeth. I've never in 45 years left a dentist from a cleaning feeling unclean. Now, 24 hrs later, I'm still finding gunk in my teeth which I think is polish(I hope)and my throat is beginning to feel sore. I don't know the daily limit of x-ray radiation is deemed safe but this lady "shot" her X-ray machine at the right side of my face at least 10 times. These people are not trained and I couldn't wait to get out of there. I was told I had no cavities but I'm worried that they really don't know.
