I have a crown that was given me trouble I went today and he worked on it and I am so happy I can chew again with out pain All the staff there are so friendly, It doesn’t make me nervous to go to the dentist. 3 months ago Experiencia fantástica: I had a lovely appointment first appointment with Ashely !! And doctor nelson. they talked me through everything and took the stress completely off of me. I just went back in for an extraction and I didn’t feel a thing! That was my biggest fear and they made it a cake walk I strongly recommend coming here and choosing ashley!!!

5 months ago Experiencia fantástica: Since starting at this practice a few months ago, I have been very happy. They always have options for my treatment plans and have always worked me in quickly. Today I went in to have a painful molar evaluated and pulled. I was given the choices of root canal or pulling and chose pulling due to the severe pain it cost me and my own personal doubt that a root canal would work out for it. They were very accommodating and we're able to pull it on the spot, even though I thought it would only be a consult for it. I already feel so much relief. Unfortunately I had already maxed out my insurance but they offered a very affordable price for the whole visit, including xray and anesthesia. I am grateful I found them. I have met Dr. Loveland and you can tell she truly cares and is empathetic to those who battle dental issues. Also thank you to Dr. Kitchen, and Dr. Kayla, and the reception girls Alexis and the one at check out were both very nice and helpful.

6 months ago Experiencia fantástica: I was very apprehensive about coming to the dentist to start with, but after being referred to them by a friend of mine I have to say that eased the second I walked in the door. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist, Madison the dental hygienist, and Dr. Parks. They listen to my concerns and were compassionate and understanding to my situation. We came up with a good game plan and I will be back in December. I'm very grateful for their help today.

From the front door to the dental chair all of the staff were super nice and understanding as I was a few minutes late due to traffic. Taylor and Dr. Parks took good care of me , answered and my concerns and questions !! Old post : Great environment and a super friendly staff . The whole team is very nice!!! They all made me feel right at home and very welcomed . Dr. Parks was extremely thorough and included me in all his explanations … he never spoke of me as a third party, but spoke directly to me about my care and procedures . He answered all my questions . The knowledge & thoroughness that Diane provided me about my X-rays and 3D images was superb. She also was very gentle and did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth . She knows her stuff and is very sweet.

Dr Parks is very nice, he discuses your treatment with you and explains it to you. You can tell he cares about your well-being and your smile. My husband and I are so glad we chose Loveland Dental High Point. 2/20/2024 I went for my cleaning today and check up. All went well. Always a pleasure to see everyone there. It's amazing to me all of the new technology for X-rays, and treatments. April 8th 2025 I went in for my cleaning. I met Taylor today , the hygienist . 1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: Called the office and got an appointment that same day. The front office ladies were very polite, kind, and helpful. The medical assistant was sweet and kind as well. Dr. Parks was amazing! He spent time explaining his findings and a treatment plan. He listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. I didn’t feel rushed or stressed, which is a very rare occurrence. That doesn’t usually describe an initial consult and a new patient/doctor experience… at least in my personal experience. They were all awesome and I love my new dental team! Of course this was only my first visit . If anything changes or il I become unhappy later, I’ll be sure to update or edit my review. 1 year ago Experiencia negativa: If I can give 0 star I would give 0 rating to the Loveland High Point Phillips location. Doctor was totally ignored my pain and didn’t even try to understand. I told him to clean the affected area so pain subside down but he refused to do it. He proscribed only a rinse which would take few days to start working. I told him I was taking painkillers more than 10 days but he said keep taking it more until mouth rinse start works. I was in terrible pain and left totally pissed off and angry. I only had wisdom tooth gum affected and he said without looking, I might have all the gums affected and you have to remove all wisdom teeth from both side. I told at least cleaning could be done but he totally refused and left to attend another patient. He was in such a rush. I never expected this kind of service from Loveland dentist. I paid $258 just get advise for taking more pain killers and 1 min of his time. I don’t understand who give him a dentist degree who doesn’t even listen patient’s problem or tried to give some of relief when visited.

1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: I broke a tooth over New Years. I thought I would have to wait days before getting an appointment but Loveland High Point got me in Monday Jan 2. It turns out I needed a crown. Dr. Parks created the crown and I was finished in about an hour and a half. Best dental office in town!

1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: Was able to see Dr. Loveland today (7/29/24). I had not seen her since she first opened the office in High Point. She is without a doubt the most professional dentist and the sweetest person out there. My appointment was not scheduled until this morning for a problem that arose yesterday and she took care of my problem as if I was the only patient she had while also attending to her regularly scheduled patients. 1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: I've had negative experiences with dentists before but, my recent visit to Loveland Dental Group has changed my mind. The staff was courteous, professional and made me feel at ease. Miriam was great with me throughout my stay. Dr. Parks explained my new dental plan in a clear and understandable way. Laura, the hygienist that I saw, explained everything that she was doing and why she was doing it. She encouraged me to ask questions. It was a novel experience for me. I would highly recommend Loveland Dental Group to anyone who may have had negative dental experiences in the past.
