The surgery was fast, didn't feel invasive, and my stitches were done super cleanly. I'm amazed and didn't know dental care could be this good

Experiencia fantástica: Initially, I was impressed with Dr. Lugakingira's credentials & his amazing staff; Eric, Michelle, Rose & Olivia were all so warm & kind. The procedures were painless yet intense, extractions of a back molar & a 2nd tooth, as well as the placement of 2 implants. Dr. Lugakingira & his staff moved like one person. It felt like a dance with perfect rhythm & precision. Rose held the back of my head/skull in place, which took profound strength, while Dr. Lugakingira stood at my right focused, clear, aware, brilliant & in the ZONE. A very kind nurse stood at my left assisting him. Each attended their jobs allowing me to feel safe in their care. Another, nurse stood in front, in support of anyone's needs. It was beautifully choreographed with phenomenal results. To this point, even with the swelling I have felt no pain.... I am so grateful to Dr. Lugakingira, Eric, Michelle, Rose, & Olivia for their amazing kindness & care.... Thank you all so much.... Joy

Experiencia fantástica: Hi I went there for wisdom teeth extraction. After Dr. Luga gave me his recommendation l made a decision a he was fine with it! Absolutely no pressure to do otherwise! Everything from the beginning to the end, receptionist, technicians, and of course Dr. Luga was exceptional!!!

My son who is Autistic and non-verbal refused to go to the dentist after having a negative experience at another dentist office. We literally could not get him into the car to even go to a cleaning. With Dr. Luga, he has not refused and he has been very comfortable attending his appointments from start to finish. The initial consultation was very thorough and informative. After a prior dentist recommended extractions of several teeth, Dr. Luga explained the pros and cons of performing so many extractions in the long term and due to that, discussed restorative options instead. He does not take the “easy way out” and I can tell from my experience that he truly wants the best for all of his patients. The two sedated procedures my son has had have been seamless and with very minimal pain during the post-operative period. His dentist (from Simba dental- they are amazing too) met him to perform her portion of the work while Dr. Luga kept him comfortably sedated. Dr. Luga is thorough and very efficient and I would recommend him to anyone seeking extractions, implants, etc.

A lot goes into the prep and equipment needed for a dental Craftsman like Dr Luga to install my Titanium implant.. ( He is an implant specialist.). A few days of pain and swelling , but doing well. In several months I will get the crown put on. I highly recommend Dr Luga and his staff. A wonderful surgeon, and a cracker jack staff. Nurses, techs, and the office experts. Appreciate them all..! Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Luga extracted a tooth for me and did a Sinus Lift and bone grafting procedure ao i could have an implant placed 6 months later . I now have the implant in and my crown has been placed and i couldn't be happier ! Everything I went through was explained so thoroughly to me by Dr. Luga and his staff and i had no complications ! I had a little swelling after the Sinus Lift but had almost no discomfort after either procedure ! Dr. Luga and his staff were kind and comforting and just who you want treating you or your family for Oral Surgery needs . Experiencia positiva: Very friendly, quick to get you in. However, they don't follow their own instructions that they give you a check out. They say a prescription is going to be called in for pain and that you should use ice for 72 hours. Because I'm allergic to a lot of what they normally give for pain and the doctor didn't want to give me what I could take, so I received no prescription for pain. I was told that I could take just Tylenol. I received a call the second day to see how I was doing and I was told to stop ice after 24 hours and put warm compresses on it instead. Today is day 5 since I had my extraction of my tooth and I am still suffering with pain. Great place if you need something done quickly as long as you're willing to suffer afterwards.

They also did an amazing job with providing clear pre and post surgery instructions and follow up pre and post appointment. They were sure to listen to my pain levels and were extremely quick to schedule my surgery. It is a hair expensive compared to other offices but WORTH the quality you receive. The office itself was one of the cleanest I've seen and staff were diligent about PPE. Many thanks to the Dupont team!

Experiencia positiva: My experience here was not great. The staff was kind and I didn’t have a wait time getting taken back which was great. I got 3 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Treasure and it seemed very rushed. I was awake for the procedure which, I understand is my own fault and choice, but they were very rushed getting it done. Did the numbing and made sure I was numb but on the one side I felt way more than I was comfortable with and was in incredible pain. They also make you sign a waiver that they are not responsible for any damage to any crowns or other teeth…well he did break my crown off and ended up breaking it in the process which is going to cost me another $1000 to get a new one made and that one was only 6 months old. I understand the waiver but it also causes them zero liability and being able to be as careless as they want in the process which I don’t think is fair. So overall I wouldn’t recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I knocked out one of my front teeth originally in 1st grade (trampoline). I had several bad bone grafts and implant surgeries in my early 20s after my original tooth and to be extracted. Due to infection and the implant never healing I gave up on the expensive surgeries. Now i'm in my later 30s and I went to 3 different oral surgeons and non of them would back up there work or game promising words to me. This is when I was told about Dr. Luga. I don't know how to say this loud enough. He took a look and said I can do that. We do ones like this all the time. The communication was clear. It was a quick recovery from the surgery vs the other ones I had. The bone and implant took! For the first time in 30 years my tooth is not a thing in my life. It not the first thing someone see. I now feel free to smile without the thought of what other are thinking. It still not real to me. I actual look normal and how i'm suppose too. I wish I would of searched harder 17 years ago. I"m not sure what promotions I missed or job opportunities I didn't' get. But i'm happy it won't be a reason in the future.

Receptionist was friendly when i went into office and when i called to step up an appointment. I got a call the day after my surgery to check up on how i was and that is appreciated, very nice staff. Experiencia negativa: I went there a few years ago. The doctor was polite, the staff was not. It seemed like they were upset for having to be there. When I was taken back for prep, my questions were ignored, my bib was slapped on and covered half my chest and dug into the back of my neck, and I was reclined down to a sleeping position with the surgical light shining directly in my eye for the 10 min wait for the doctor. After the surgery I was given paper work, told to read it, and was told I could leave through the doors. I mean, obviously you would want to leave through the doors. It seemed like her way of saying get out now. The next day, something didn't seem quite right. I had this gapping hole and it seemed like it needed attention. I went back in and expressed my concerns and the head receptionist said in a condescending tone, "Well, there will be a hole because you had a tooth pulled." She then proceeded to stare at me, along with the other 2 receptionist, like I needed to leave. I know what raised eyebrows mean. It was at this point I regretted choosing this place. 3 days later, I had my follow up appointment with my dentist. He took a look and said, "OH my, you have a dry socket. We better get that fixed." Then he fixed it. Still to this day I have no clue what was going on with that staff, and I do not recommend this place.

They are quick too, so both times I hardly had any waiting time which I am not use to when it comes to doctors. I loved that about this place as well!

Experiencia fantástica: I was very happy with my experience. The doctor explained what he was going to be doing during the procedure prior to work being done and answered all of my questions. Everyone on the staff was polite and helpful before, during, and after the visit.
