Experiencia fantástica: I first saw Dr. Vasquez over 20 years ago. He did a procedure on my daughter without using an anesthesiologist which saved me a lot of money. I learned that he was by far the most equipped, modernized (seriously ahead of other offices I have seen) professional dentist with a great staff through the years who have always taken great care of me and whom I actually enjoy going to see. He is one of the few professionals I have met that even after many years, has passion about his work. I highly recommend his practice and I know that other places don’t hit a home run in all the categories that Dr. Vasquez and his staff do.

I think he is the best dentist I have ever seen and that says a lot considering I have a brother in law who is a dentist. His entire family works at the practice and they are absolutely wonderful to work with. I’d highly recommend him to anyone.

The work was done with impressive skill and attention to detail — the crown looks and feels completely natural. You’d never know the tooth was treated. The entire team is professional, caring, and made the process as comfortable as possible. I’m extremely happy with the results and highly recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: I have to say, Dr. Vasquez did an amazing job when I came in to get a filling replaced, they have definitely done a much better job then any previous dental office I’ve been to, both he and his staff there were very polite and professional throughout my whole visit, and I was done in much less time then I’ve experienced before. Experiencia negativa: I have gone back and fourth with leaving this review, since I really do feel like it won't matter to dr. Vazquez. However, I did want him to understand how he made me feel the day of my consultation was pure embarrassment, disgust and sadness. As a mother to 5 ,I have always put myself last, So long story short, the day I finally decide I need to get myself healthy all around, for my family, I get made feel like garbage. I went in for my appointment. Everything and everyone super friendly, then he walks in. We get to talking about why im there. Yes I have some work that needs to be done, with that being said, this is what happened. I had my bottom 2 wisdom teeth needing to be extracted and a tooth that had broken of a little over half a year ago. I have been pregnant back to back my last 2 kids, so I didn't feel comfortable getting work done, I am a breastfeeding mom. So I had me mentioned how my obgyn and I had talked about how during pregnant tooth decay is a thing and how moms go through different issues with their teeth. Of course that not being THE main reason,but perhaps adding to it. And that's where he feel it was appropriate to say, let's be fair here, that didn't happen due to you being pregnant. That happened because you do not go to the dentist and wait until it gets this bad. Thats not a thing or true. I dam almost walked out. I felt so ashamed and anxious. I have had nothing but fear of dentist due to bad experiences. And I failed to mention that the reason why I wanted to go to him was my family. All with nothing but praise to his work. Also forgot to mention how he said that infront of the girl helping and some other random guy I have no clue who he was. Never introduced himself and walked away after dr. Vazquez said what he said. I immediately got quite and just had a serious face. I continued the appt. I do feel he noticed that, because he went to say , i just want you to know that i talk to my clients as if they where family. Blah blah. The thing is, we aren't And he should have been professional about the appt. Yes there is work to be done, which is why i was there to see him! But to make those comments ? So once it was time to book my appt for the dental plan proposal, I just went around how let me see, I'll call. As soon as I got to my car, I called my husband and cried. Mind you my husband himself praised his work, as he has been seen by him. Maybe it was just me being emotional or overreacting, but I had never felt so ashamed and just overall crappy. And im sure this review won't mean anything to him or his work, but it ment something to me.

Experiencia fantástica: I lost a front tooth crown on Christmas Eve and became convinced that it may be weeks before I could get it fixed. Enter Dr. Daniel Vasquez on the day after Christmas. Dr. Vasquez is professional, utilizes technology expertly, has a friendly and welcoming staff, provides emergency services, is a fun guy to talk to, and is IMO a great dentist. I highly recommend him and most definitely plan to start using him as my regular dentist!!!

Experiencia fantástica: My dentist in Arizona told me I had a couple of deep pockets, and I would probably need an implant, so he referred me out. The referral dentist said he would have to remove four teeth, do implants, bridges, and bone inserts. I told him I would get a second opinion, he told me don’t bother there’s no doctor in the states that would do anything to my teeth, but what he said. He’s been in business for over 20 years. A friend of mine told me to go see his brother in Oceanside California, AND it was so worth it !!! Dr Vasquez was able to immediately do minor surgery to clear out the infection, laser the area, insert bone, and saved all of my teeth!! I came back and had the sutures removed the following weekend and everything came out great. The customer service there starting with Rosa and Lulu are the best. the doctor and all his assistants in the back are incredible !! The experience was way better than expected. Dr. Vasquez is officially my whole family’s dentist.

Experiencia negativa: I am not satisfied with my appointment, because I went based on the website, which says about the new patient special. As stated in the website, I mentioned the ad, and I did not get a cleaning nor the $10 discount. Because they said, I did not mention it before walking in that door. I had expectations going in that place and they were not met. I was still charged $100. I would’ve had no problem paying $100. Also, because I’m paying out of pocket and don’t have insurance. If I knew that I was going in just for them to tell me what I already know, need teeth taken out and I need a cleaning. and the x-rays. I don’t feel like he explained my situation really well because he didn’t even tell me why I have the pain, they took X-rays and then just walked me out to charge me the $100 and give a list of services I need but the appointment is for November and cleaning in March. I stated in the form that I wanted to talk about braces, and see if I had pericorinitis. It feels like they just want to charge you for an “exam”, X-rays and schedule for services to charge more. Overall a waste of time and money so at least I’ll request my X-rays.

I hadn't gone to the dentist in quite awhile because I was embarrassed at the state I had let my gums become, and I was terrified to go. My mom had gone to 4 other dentists and each time had a terrible experience, once she found Daniel Vasquez DDS & Associates she loved it. She recommended it to me and I kept putting it off. After many months of thinking about going, I FINALLY decided to give em a shot and have a consultation. BEST DECISION EVER! I arrived shaking, scared, and embarrassed. The desk staff were so nice and the waiting room was nice and comfy. Once inside Stephanie came into the room like a ray of sunshine, she's the sweetest person ever! We figured out a game plan and we were ready to go. I left feeling like part of the family, Dr. Vasques was so kind and explained everything that would be happening at the next appointment. I absolutely love the staff! On Feb 16 I became a new person. No longer did I have to hid my smile. No more crying and looking in the mirror and feeling shame. No longer did I feel like brushing my teeth was useless against the damage I had done to my gums. After we were done I made it home with tears of joy in my eyes. Once my gums had healed I ugly cried because my mouth was beautiful. Today was my first cleaning after the procedure, I've never felt so proud of my smile. I called- no response, left a message - no one called me back, filled out all the online forms - no response, requested an appointment online - no response. Experiencia negativa: Back in 2012, this place was great, but not anymore. They are jeopardizing customer care versus money. I went in for a regular cleaning after two years of not being able to get one with my dentist. I guess if you’re not getting any major work done you are not taken seriously. I got some X-Rays, cleaning, and the dentist diagnosis for 150 dollars. I am disappointed about my cleaning; the only reason I was there. I’m in the military and military hygienist are not the most gentle with cleanings, but the person who cleaned my teeth at Daniel Vasquez DDS was definitely not gentle at all. She scrubbed my gums and rushed everything. The X-rays took longer than the actual cleaning. I was too honest to tell them I was there only for a cleaning and they knew I wasn’t coming back so why bother, right? Not worth it.

Experiencia negativa: Getting more disappointed with this office with each family member as a new patient. Updating my review after all of my family was very disappointed. After my teeth cleaning, Dr. Vasques came in to tell me I shouldn't use my Denti Cal coverage and I should just come in and pay cash, $165, for my cleanings. This is because he doesn't want to accept the low about paid by coverage. My 85 year old mom needed a partial made, but the office neglected to follow up with the lab. We're made several calls asking when the partial would be ready. The front staff continually said to wait a few more weeks. After a couple of months i complained and demanded they check on the status. They informed me her partial was never made... I overheard the girl at the front desk tell a patient they would not be seen unless they gave their credit card info to them over the phone... the only thing I can say was positive is my hygienist was very good. For such a high end office, I felt like we were in a Tijuana dental office, but even in TJ, I've been happier with the service!

Experiencia fantástica: I just completely a complicated crown replacement procedure with Dr Vasquez and his assistant Sonia...the procedure was done completely painlessly and the doctor took the time to take me through each step of the process. At each step that he took, he reviewed every x ray, scan and pictures to make sure I understand what was being done. I believe that Dr Vasquez and his entire team represent the best dental care and office in all of San Diego...Dr. Vasquez is the most talented and caring dentist that I have every had in my 70 years ...truly professional, honest, caring and efficient. Dr.Vasquez is very knowledgeable, the staff is very kind and work hard to get you where you need to be with dental health and outcome for perfection!!! I love it here and highly recommend this place!!!!! Rosa is very knowledgeable and Allie the office manager works hard to get your treatment plans going and will work with you throughout any money inquiries you may have. I just feel like home every time I’m here!

The staff here makes you feel comfortable and they are so friendly!They keep you informed on what’s happening throughout your appointment. The front office ladies Rosa,Rosie and Allie are so helpful and answer all of your questions.Shout out to the back office Priscila,Stephanie,Hilda and Sonia for being so caring and knowledgeable.Lucy and Tara have both done my cleaning and they’re nice/knowledgeable. Tera was also very wonderful she was very nice and funny. While she was cleaning my teeth she was very gentle I felt very calm and relaxed. Experiencia fantástica: The front desk greeted me by my name and smile. They are friendly and professional as always. I was late for my appointment, but the staff told me to still come in for the appointment. My hygienist, Terra was wonderful. She took my x-rays and cleaned and polished my teeth. She was thorough, yet gentle! I had her before and I could not wait to see her again. So, I could give her and the staff five stars and an excellent review. I will continue to come to this clean, spacious and beautiful office for my dental check up. And I will recommend this dental office to everyone

When you arrive for your appointment you find a well decorated office with new dental treatment chairs and equipment.
