Experiencia negativa: Kathy, the dental hygienist was great. She was very thorough, efficient and pleasant. Dr. Sawka did his check-up and was his usual personable self. I encountered a lot of difficulty talking with a person in order to reschedule an appointment. Also, as I left, I was extremely unhappy to be presented with a bill for almost $500 for services performed in 2024 and 2025 where insurance was not paid. Now, it will be extremely difficult to get these paid. This is no way to run a business.
