Experiencia positiva: The waiting room is bright and comfortable, and Elle is a warm, courteous and personable front-office professional. Staff seems to work together well. When you sit back in your dental chair, a small Hello sign greets you. The payment record you're handed afterwards appears drawn from a spreadsheet-like database hybrid which looks less-well integrated than others I've seen from competitors, but it appears that may be undergoing an upgrade. The office supports some savings plans in addition to insurance options, a definite plus. Overall, Dr. Lau's office provides a pleasing, professional experience that communicates well with its patients.

He's very knowledgeable and is happy to explain as much or as little as you want to know as a patient. He does not push aggressive treatments and is more interested in working with you to decide what treatment you want. Finally, all of the staff there are great as well and really make for a comfortable experience.
