Experiencia negativa: Once seen, service was average. Had appoiment last week and after 40 minutes was told they are running behind. 10 minutes later I rescheduled. Today's appointment was seen on time. Only issue is it seemed everybody in the office was sick. Most wearing masks but girl taking x-rays was hacking and sniffling throughout. Doc came in to see me and same from him. Being that close to people it makes me wonder how many of us that were seen today will now come down sick!!?? Not very professional in my opinion.

I really felt like she cared about me and explained things when it came to my insurance to make sure I stayed in frequency so my insurance covered. Definitely recommend!!!

Experiencia negativa: Posting for my elderly mother: Very disappointing. I went in for a dental cleaning. There was no cleaning it was only an examination. $400. The dental cleaning because I'm a senior citizen on Medicare and Medicaid only is $2,000. They could have told me this over the phone.

They have Miss build us for years and we have finally left and went to another dentist office because they keep fraudulently billing for services that they never rendered. We hate aspirin dental and will never go back there ever again. You called there you can’t get people in the office you stay on hold forever you go there and you don’t get the services that you sign up for and then they over bill you and not give you the services that they signed you up for it is wrong. I hate aspirin dental.

Experiencia fantástica: Getting a denture is not a great experience. With that said the staff at Aspen was very supportive and responsive. As I left with my permanent plate today there was fist bumps and happy staff saying how great I looked and how happy they were I was happy.

Staff helping with my process where amazing. I have severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist and they made it stress free. Highly recommend!

She cleaned my teeth that are highly sensitive and made the teeth cleaning experience very easy to tolerate. I had a lower partial fitting as well, and the gal told me there’s no tray of goop for the fitting! I could not have been more surprised! And to think I was prepared for “the worst” tray of pink goop by not eating or drinking breakfast I apologize for not remembering my Techs name but she is the very best I’ve had in explaining what was going to happen and how the measurements would work. Couldn’t have been easier! Don’t hesitate! Call Aspen Dental!

Experiencia fantástica: Very pleasant experience. They all are very welcoming and attentive when you walk in. Everyone had positive attitudes, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the process. They are very transparent with everything, I was able to see my X-rays and notes being made about my care while in the chair. After my examination, I had my treatment plan explained in detail, and all questions answered without feeling dismissed. After, I waited in a lounge while they drafted my treatment plan with costs. When going over costs, I had a detailed quote given to me to go over, full transparency of costs, and was presented with several options to pay for the care, which in my case was so important, given no insurance. Most importantly, I felt absolutely zero judgement. I don’t have insurance, and I waited longer than I should’ve to get my mouth figured out. They were all very kind, and made the experience a comfortable one. I have over 6K in costs to save my mouth and I’ve never felt so much confidence in a dental team that I just met. I’m excited to get the process going and to finally feel like I could have a smile I like in the near future!

Experiencia positiva: The dentist doing my exam was extremely brief! I felt like i did not get a true examination. I was concerned about cold sensitivity to an area of my teeth and would have expected to discuss that, review my xrays to ensure they didnt see any issues there, measurement of my gums to check for recession, etc. The dentist spent 3 seconds looking in my mouth and left the room. The assistant then said we were all finished and i said, “wait, that was the whole exam…?” And even with my concerns, i wasnt given more thorough examination. They said that the hygienist doing my cleaning would take care of that. But that is not their scope to diagnose. Overall i thought this visit was okay. Staff were really nice. I probably would go to another dentist who is more thorough next time. 3/5 stars.

Experiencia negativa: Due to my schedule, I don’t get a lot of time off for the “self care” things. Needed my wisdom teeth extracted and literally took a year for me to orchestrate the procedure seeing as how I don’t have a lot of time for a consultation on this day, an x-ray on that day, a teeth cleaning here and so forth (this part is all me, not them). Finally got an appointment for the wisdom teeth to be removed, got time off from work, showed up 15 minutes early…just to be told my appointment is not in the system and I can’t be seen. One of the receptionists actually remembers personally scheduling my appointment and giving me an appointment card, which I had, but says something must’ve happened with the system and removed my appointment. Basically a “Sorry about your frustrations, let’s reschedule you.” I don’t think so. I’ll just die with these teeth if they don’t fall out on their own. I’m sick of this same treatment from so many different businesses. Nobody knows how to run anything anymore.

The staff are all very polite, professional and organized. It was so easy to set an appointment. No attitudes, just smiles and business. This location was very clean upon my visit . I felt heard and understood, I’d recommend this facility to everyone but I honestly want to keep it a secret!

Experiencia negativa: DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience. I visited this dentist with clear symptoms of pain and swelling, and was told there was no infection. I have 2 broken teeth & I trusted their professional opinion, only to end up in even worse pain and had to seek emergency care, where I was immediately diagnosed with an infection that required urgent antibiotics and further treatment. I directly asked the dentist if there was infection and was told NO. They let me walk out of there knowing I had an active infection. Which only led to things getting worse. It’s incredibly frustrating and dangerous to be dismissed when you’re clearly unwell. A missed infection is not a small oversight, it’s a serious issue that could’ve led to worse complications if I hadn’t gotten a second opinion. I will not be returning, and I highly recommend others proceed with caution.

First, it doesn't smell like a dental office when you walk in. That was my first wonderful surprise. Secondly, the girls in that office are so caring and concerned about their patients. The dentist was amazing, very gentle and super nice! Shout out to Ashley in the office for coming back and holding this old woman's hand. Experiencia fantástica: Been trying to find a dentist that would take my insurance forever now so when I found out Aspen Dental took it I was a little leary of course, was sooo nervous going in but they made me feel sooo much better about it all! I would recommend this place to anyone & everyone that need a dentist! The workers are amazing, they go thru it all with you so you know exactly whats going on & what your insurance will cover. They're helping me get my smile back & made it sooo much less stressful I cant thank them enough!! I believe one of the nurses names is Maria as well and she is absolutely amazing! She tries to help any way she can if you just let her know what your feeling or what you need.

Experiencia negativa: Don't ever ever ever ever ever use this place. It's a scam I had work done in 2017 it was paid off in full. Now 7 years later they tried to hit me with a bill of $12, 000 I can't explain to me why. Messed up my credit don't ever use this place

Experiencia negativa: Went for a lot need to get done teeth pulled partial etc they sent me for a root canal elsewhere which was fine I had an appt at aspen a few days later to get everything done or so I thought nope they left the root canal half done didn't acknowledge it at at they yanked my teeth out put in a temporary partial taht doesn't fit at all about 1/4 in longer and forward of my lower teeth and crooked I never got a chance to even look at it after because less than 2 minutes of them waking me up I was rolled out the back door I brought this up about the partial not fitting at all the next day at my follow up appt they went to adjust it but I don't see any difference I was supposed to feel better now I can't eat talk drink or even swallow right the 1 upside is they was almost no pain barely any discomfort other than the horse teeth they gave me

Experiencia fantástica: I'm one of those people who dislike going to the dentist because I've had some bad experiences in the past. I'm pleased to say that was not the case at Aspen Dental today! All the staff did an awesome job making me feel at ease. They were able to take care of almost all I needed today as well. Bonus, the dentist I worked with today replaced 3 fillings and was able to fix them without any pain! She was awesome! The fillings were originally done someplace else but done poorly since I had problems with them from day 1. Thank you Aspen Dental! You're gonna make me happy with my smile again
