Experiencia negativa: Overworked staff. Unprofessional as a result of the overworking and not enough space for all the people that need to be in the building in the front and the back. Not enough communication between Drs. and staff to flow well and give patients peace of mind when the staff seems so stressed out all the time. I had 9 visits in 4 months and ended up with removable dentures even though I was promised at least 7 times I was going to get individual implants. Found out after, they don't even do those in Lansing and I would have traveled to Jackson if they would have told me instead of pretending I was getting what I asked for. That wasted my insurance money. Thanks A TON.

Was so happy that some of his cavities were able to be filled right away. Everyone seems so nice and personable. We had just a little wait time but it was well worth it! People kept me well informed on what was going on. Great place!

Experiencia negativa: I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. My appointment was initially scheduled and then rescheduled on their behalf, before even confirming whether my insurance would approve a deep cleaning. I never received any appointment confirmation or reminder, so I called on Friday to confirm my Monday appointment and was told everything was set. On the day of my appointment, I tried calling an hour beforehand. I was placed on hold for 15 minutes before the call disconnected. I called again and waited another 20 minutes with no answer. I left work and drove 30 minutes to the office, only to be told that my insurance had never been contacted for approval of the deep cleaning. As a result, I missed hours of work for an appointment that should never have been confirmed in the first place. The lack of communication, follow-through, and basic respect for patients’ time is unacceptable. The front desk staff clearly needs better training in answering phones and handling insurance verification, as well as more compassion for the inconvenience they cause patients. I will not be returning and will be finding a new dentist. Unfortunately, my family warned me about this office, and they were right.

Experiencia negativa: It was a decent visit THIS TIME. We didn't have to wait hours, LIKE USUAL. Only a few people were breaking the no cell phone conversations in the waiting room rule. My 6 year old didnt get hit in the head with the broken xray machine THIS TIME an we weren't told we got a cleaning when we didnt actually get a cleaning, like I'm some moron that doesn't know what a cleaning looks like so all in all still terrible place. Need to replenish the toys for kids or just do away with them. Kids expect those when they see the buckets. They remember. We're done with ya!!!!!

Appointment was at 12, finally got into chair by 1, people.comin and going, WITH ZERO COMMUNICATION!!!!!!! Office manager tried using the excuse of "we are a medicaid office, we are busy." This SHOULD NOT MATTER!!!! People with medicaid DESERVE better treatment and COMMUNICATION!!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Honestly worst dentist I ever been to. If I could give it a zero I would. My appointment was at 3pm didn’t get called until an hour later. I was the last one there!! Hygienist didn’t really even clean my teeth. She took 5 min and she was done!! Then the receptionist told me I have cavities and not the doctor. Worst first time experience!! Wouldn't be coming back at all.. sorry!!

Sure, I had a broken tooth that needed to be pulled but they were upfront and very clear about everything. I do reccomend them, they're quite lovely. Experiencia fantástica: Lansing Location: I had an awesome experience today with the front desk staff, dental hygienist, dentist and exit staff personnel. I was greeted with a smile by front desk and hygienist. Waited maybe 5-10 min as I completed paperwork. Once I was taken to Room 5, hygienist and I had a very pleasant conversation. Room was set up and clean. Dentist promptly came in and did a thorough job cleaning my teeth. I stopped at the exit counter and set up my next 6 month cleaning. She was nice as well. Great job Dental Dreams! Got a reminder text, reminder call, thank you text, and a Google review! Great way to keep loyal patients!

Experiencia negativa: Unpleasant experience. Cleaning- Didn't use tools to clean teeth, only ultrasound water. It was painful. Also, no floss after the polishing? Weird. Thought it was a dentist?i usually love getting my teeth cleaned, but not today.

Dr.T’s explanation of what needed to be done and why was great and everyone made me feel at ease. I really like Dental Dreams and will continue to go there.

Experiencia negativa: Just a huge money grab by the state because it deals with Medicaid.. fillings messed up and now has been fixed two times just to many people needing dental services and Medicaid is not accepted by alot of dentists due to no payments

Experiencia negativa: I left a 5 star initially with a great review, so I'm disappointed that I have to update that. Our first visit was great. Dr. Dan was fabulous with my daughter. The second time in, we waited for almost an hour, a female doc came in looked at her for maybe 30 seconds and we were done. Then I decided to try again as I've been paying out of pocket and a cleaning is significantly less here. Waited an hour, finally taken back where I waited even longer. Had to leave to get to work so it was a complete waste of a morning. Also got the news Dr. Dan will be leaving, so definitely won't be back and in search of a new dentist. Absolutely no regard for our time when booking appointments and clearly over booking. Disappointed!

Experiencia negativa: Terrible experience today with my 9 year old son at Dental Dreams in Lansing. We actually visited Dental Dreams in 2020, and did not have a good experience back then. They had seen my daughter at the time who was 7, and handed me a bill estimate for thousands of dollars. Confused on why it would be that much I questioned it, they came back 2 times over after with different figures, none of which added up because my daughter had dual coverage insurances. After I pressed the complaint the billing manager came out and said I owed not even a cent because my daughter had two kinds of dental insurance. Which still baffles me because, what kind of workers do you have there, who clearly do not know a thing about dental billing if multiple staff members tried to charge a patient thousands of dollars who never owed a dime? Skip to now, my sons pediatric dentist in Haslett retired, and she had put in metal spacers in my sons teeth which now need to be removed so his adult teeth can come in- additionally Dental Dreams back in 2020 had fixed a front tooth of my sons and it needed to be repaired again- not having another dentist I thought I would give Dental Dreams another try being that it is 5 years later, hoping I would have a better experience. Not at all. When we first got taken back, I expressed the two issues we really needed to handle were the tooth getting fixed, and then the spacers being removed, and lastly a cleaning. The technician said I could talk to the dentist about it, but she probably wouldn’t have time. Ok so, I set an apt for these very reasons, came all the way to this apt to get these things taken care of and now you’re telling me the dentist won’t have time to do the work I literally scheduled the apt for? They start giving my son X-rays which, I didn’t ask for, and cleaning his teeth, next thing I know a woman from up front, ( I was told later her name was Erin) comes up with a bill estimate telling me “sign here” I asked, well what am I signing? She said this is the doctors treatment plan, I said okay the doctor hasn’t even gone over the treatment plan with me or any information, so I would need to understand what things I am getting billed for, she snapped back at me and said “ you just need to sign! Or else we can’t continue” I said, I am not signing until this is explained to me and I agree with it. The bill estimate was around $500, saying they were filling 7 cavities but he doesn’t have 7 cavities and if I wanted his front tooth repaired it would be over $60 today. I went to the front desk, talked to the manager and explained we just needed it fixed that they had previously done the work, she argued with me telling me we must have gotten it done somewhere else. I explained no that Dental Dreams was the only dentist my kids went to in 2020 and it was with them. After arguing back and forth, she suddenly had an epiphany and said she was looking at my daughter’s chart not my sons, and yes it did show there was An apt for that in 2020. This place and the front staff in particular really has no idea what’s going on, seems like they are making fraudulent insurance claims, shoving bills onto people that they don’t even explain, because honestly they can’t! I told them we would not be getting anymore work done here and I was done. I also asked for corporate office, to bring my concerns to light and the office manager told me “you can look it up online” I told her no she could provide it to me- what a terrible experience. Save yourself the headache a frustration and the money, go elsewhere.

Experiencia fantástica: It was difficult finding a dentist that we felt fit our family when we moved across the State but we’ve been pleased with Dental Dreams since we started here a few months ago. The front desk ladies are always kind and friendly and our dental services have always been good. As with any medical / dental practices there are sometimes long waits when one patient goes longer and then it pushes the entire day back. They’ve also always been able to get us in for a quick emergency appointment without a long wait. General appointments can usually be made within a few weeks too. They also accept a lot of different insurances and I’ve heard them assist those that don’t have any. I have also heard Spanish being spoken by an employee to assist a customer.

Experiencia negativa: Worst dental office in the world never never go there the dentist will never give you pain medicine or antibiotics to help you with your tooth will prolong your tooth ache the dentist will try to get as much out of your insurance as they can I am going to contact the attorney general's office to try and get that office investigate that there is something seriously wrong going on over there this dental's office is so incompetent worst dentist office I've ever been in in my 54 years of living would never recommend this place to anyone ever never never go there don't take your children and don't as a adult the worst dentist ever

Experiencia negativa: Update: I had to physically drive to the office in order for them to fix their mistake! Which turned out to be a combination of pass the buck starting with the doctor and her assistant. Absolutely ridiculous. All of this after being on hold for almost an hour, calling multiple times times before that. At first I was absolutely in love with this place. You do have to wait for a good chunk of time for your care but that care WAS worth it. When I first came I came for tooth pain, we decided it'd be best to pull the tooth and that an antibiotic was needed. The extraction was scheduled for more than a month out and I questioned if I should wait to take the antibiotic until closer. I was told no and if needed they'd give me another. Fast forward to this week and I began to have excruciating pain. I was able to quickly get an appointment and be seen on Thursday. The doctor agreed another round of antibiotics was needed. Nothing was called in on Thursday, so on Friday (today) I began calling and leaving messages. When I finally reached someone they told me they'd check and send it back in. After a few hours my pharmacy still didn't have it so I called again- only to met when them telling me my pharmacy doesn't exist (it does) and then telling me because my doctor isn't in I'd have to wait until Monday for the antibiotic to be called. This was very clearly their mistake and because of it I have an infection getting much worse. This level of care is extremely unprofessional and unethical.

Experiencia negativa: No. Phone staff sounded unprofessional and fairly sure their previous work caused an infection that is resulting my kids tooth needing to get pulled. Thankfully it’s a baby tooth and I’m sure there’s always some risk but, bad vibes, I’d seek a more professional environment.

Experiencia negativa: I came here while I was pregnant complaining about a toothache, The dentist told me that she did not see anything wrong with me. Six months later, I am in a hospital, freshly postpartum with the most excruciating pain in my mouth. I was then given any referral to a specialist to give me a root canal on the same tooth. I asked dental dreams to look at and they told me nothing was wrong.. I wish I would’ve sued. Please do not trust these people even in my most fragile part of my life. They told me I was wrong.

Experiencia negativa: Took my son in for his first dentist appointment. It was a morning appointment with no one in front of us and we waited 45 minutes to get called back. The hygienist said sit in the chair and we’ll clean his teeth. She didn’t even get a chance to put the bib on my son before the dentist came in. She glanced in his mouth, said no cavities, go check out and make an appointment for 6 months from now. I’m not even sure if she looked in his mouth long enough to count his teeth. They did not clean his teeth or apply fluoride yet they still billed for it. When I got the bill I tried calling them. It rang for 32 minutes then disconnected. I went there in person , there was only 1 person in the lobby and the staff didn’t seem to be helping anyone or on the phones. I spoke with the office manager and said they billed for services that did not happen. She told me to contact the insurance company for a refund. I asked them to make it right by cleaning my son’s teeth since they already billed for it and she said they wouldn’t do that! I made a grievance with my insurance company but because dental dreams billed for services I am unable to take my son to another dentist for a proper visit and cleaning until he’s eligible again in 6 months. The grievance takes 90 days and the insurance company can only go by what the dental office says. I hope they don’t deny my complaints. This is neglecting patient care and insurance fraud. We obviously wont be back. This is unacceptable on several levels. I wish 0 stars was an option.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give less than one star, I would. Dont go here unless you have literally no other options. After "descaling" my teeth i still had build up that I could feel. They tried to push me for dental sealant that I had just gotten a few years back. I told them this and they said it was recommended yearly which is patently false. They did not talk about my x rays but just took me up front to book an appointment for my filling, but could not tell me which tooth needed the filling. I canceled this appointment and returned to my previous dentist where I got a second x Ray and they told me I DID NOT HAVE A CAVITY. This place is clown shoes 100%

Experiencia negativa: I had very disappointing experience at Dental Dreams,I was left waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes,And when the Doctor finally came in she didn’t even greet me ,This was my third visit with her ,and each time she has been unfriendly,uncommunicative ,and provided no advice about my dental health,Daring my most recent appointment,I timed the cleaning the doctor finished in only 4 minutes said nothing, and out with out even a good bye ,she left me with her assistant ,who spent another 3 minutes cleaning,-Honestly it feels like she doesn’t care about her position or her job .On the positive side I want to thank her assistant who was very friendly took the time to explain what she was doing and made me feel more comfortable than the doctor her self!

Experiencia negativa: Changing my review. I have been a patient with Dental Dreams since 2021. I have great insurance and up until Thursday, I was mostly satisfied with this business. I scheduled an appt for an EMERGENCY DENTAL appt on Thursday 08/07 at 11 am. when I finally get back in the chair 45 minutes later, I find out they scheduled me for a routine teeth cleaning. The dental hygienist just laughed it off and said. "the girls up front are always messing up." For starters, no one ever reached out to me to ask what my emergency was!! I explained I have been suffering with excruciating tooth pain for 2 weeks...he said well, there's no one scheduled to see you....but let me go find a dentist. About 20 minutes later, a foreign dark skinned dentist (woman) looked at my xray and said, " the tooth has got to go." I asked about a root canal and she said by the time she is done with a root canal, there will not be enough tooth to put a crown on. I asked her just to extract the tooth, then. She told me she does not pull teeth and I would have to make an appointment with the "other" dentist. She prescribed antibiotics and told me that the penicillin would decrease my pain. I looked at her and blinked. WHAT? My tooth is not infected...it's broken and there are nerves exposed!! I went up front to make another appointment and the next appointment available is September 10th....a month away. I asked WHY?? My dentist is booked and then going on a 30 day vacation??? I asked then why do you offer Emergency appointments They TRIED to charge me a copay on a PROPOSED treatment plan and I told the scheduler what she could do with that paperwork. I have never been charged for work thats not even done yet? And wanted me to sign paperwork to charge the insurance company for an extraction and sealant? Ummmm....you did NOT extract any of MY teeth!!! Insurance Fraud?? I called East Lansing Smiles Dentistry. They got me in 2 hours later...Dr. H did a root canal and will be putting a crown on my tooth in a few weeks. They SAVED my tooth instead of wanting to just yank it out. Dental Dreams...you need to wake up from your slumber...you lost yet another patient.

Experiencia negativa: It’s called Dental Dreams because they leave you waiting in the chair so long you might fall asleep. Been late for work twice because it took over two hours to do 3 fillings. They kept me waiting in the chair for at least half an hour. I have to go back next month because one of the fillings they did in July has a gap in it. If you’re gonna take that long to do these at least do them well. Hurt like hell. If you have other places in network, then avoid this place.

Experiencia negativa: I was there for 2 PM appointment today 7/31/25. They made me wait 1 hour. When I asked them what's the delay, the people who come way before us and had theirappointment late then us get the service. They had more excuses then the solution. I was not only one who have been waiting there was a gentleman who have been waiting since 12 PM for cleaning. I canceled the appointment. There were others too who haven't get the service. The worse is when manager come in and start saying you can go to other places or wait. They have poor management, worse customers service. I would suggest to avoid this place if you can.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give 0 stars I would. First Visit My friend lets them know she has a lot of anxiety regarding the dentist. No one speaks to my friend except the guy who did the Xray's. Second visit (Which she was told was just for Fillings) she goes in to see that her treatment plan had changed to 2 root canals and multiple fillings. When they asked why it had changed they didn't know why. They send her into the room with the dentist and she asks them only to find out they had THE WRONG PERSONS XRAYS IN HER FILE....... After they finally figure it out and fix it they prep her and give her the numbing stuff. THEN LEAVE HER SITTING FOR 45 MINUTES. Then comes back and starts doing the work of course at this point it is painful so she let the dentist know she was in pain. The dentist puts away their stuff away and lets her know she is going to refer her to a different dentist because she is making her job harder. DO NOT RECCOMEND. Rude Staff, messed up files, almost over correcting and overcharging if it hadn't been caught by my friend only to not even do ANY of the work and tell her its her fault.

The cleaning was a joke not all my teeth got polished they didn’t floss them and usually you get a toothbrush and toothpaste but not from there. Waste of my time

I went to the bathroom for a moment since the dentist was taking her sweet time coming to see me. I came back. Less than 3 minutes and she never came back worst service ever and they see like they don't care if the Patient feels pain, do not attend.

She answered all my questions and got me setup with an oral surgeon to get all the extractions I need to have done. I suffer from extreme anxiety, especially when it comes to seeing a dentist. Now Dental Dreams is the only place I'll go for my dental needs. I'll eagerly refer anyone to them in the future. Saw Dr. Patel at Dental Dreams again today. She is an amazing dentist. She is so compassionate and caring. I suffer from extreme anxiety and she was so patient with me. I won't see any other dentist but her.

Experiencia negativa: ZERO STARS, ZERO STARS, ZERO STARS!!!!! This place is so unprofessional!! You can have an appointment and you will still be waiting to be seen 30-45 minutes AFTER your scheduled appointment time. Once you get back there it’s more waiting.. and more waiting. Then they tell me I have to go back out in the waiting room because they need my seat to give another patient an x-ray.. Let’s get into the work they do. I had a chipped front tooth. Told them I just wanted it fixed up. They insisted on doing an x-ray so I let them. They didn’t want to fix it because they couldn’t see the end of my root because it was going too far in my jaw bone so they insisted on doing a root Canal. I was hesitant as I had absolutely no pain in that tooth. Initially, I let them do it. They literally took my tooth down to just a nub sticking out of my gum!! I was freaking out. They told me once they were done it would be just like my original tooth!! They put a crown on it (they told me a crown was going to cover my old tooth not a root!) well fast forward my permanent crown kept falling off!! They said it’s because the killing fell off in the crown and the crown now doesn’t have anything to hold onto.. so they recommended doing a post (a titanium rod fused in my jaw bone.) to give the crown more “stability” at this point I didn’t care what they did as long as I wasn’t walking around with a missing front tooth!!! Well they couldn’t get me in for another week! So here I am walking around with a missing front tooth. I work in customer service, talk to people all day face to face. Between the dirty looks I got and the assumptions on why I have a missing tooth all the way to a wisp where they couldn’t understand what I was saying.. my self confidence really plummeted! So I bought tooth cement on Amazon and cemented in my crown once again! And let me tell you, it really worked! The doctor was so frustrated with me because she couldn’t get it out but I surly wasn’t walking around no more with a missing front tooth! So they get the old crown off finally and get the post placed, new crown over the post and I could tell right away the crown was going to fall off in a matter of a couple of days! She told me in firm words “DO NOT CEMENT THIS TEMPORARY CROWN ON YOURSELF! Bring it back and we will put it back on for you the same day!” Well a couple hours after I left the crown fell off! It was already after close so I called Saturday morning right when they opened. When I explained what happened they told me “well, there are no doctors here today so you will have to wait until Monday! I said alight, I guess I’ll just cemented on myself once again.” She hung up on me before I could even finish my sentence! Like I said, I work customer service. I deal with angry customers all day long! I would’ve gotten in so much trouble if I hung up on a customer!! I went to work for two days with a titanium post poking out of my front gum! Monday’s here, I show up and they asked if I had an appointment, I said no, y’all hung up on me so I couldn’t make one. They had nothing to say about that. I said I was told to bring my crown back in so the doctor could put it back in. She said your doctor isn’t here today. We could have another doctor put in on later today. I asked how late is later? I still have to go to in 3 hours. Probably about an hour and a half to two hours. That wasn’t going to work for me as I’d still be sitting in the waiting room 30-45 minutes after my scheduled appointment then all the waiting when your back in the stall. So I decided to go home and once again and re cement my crown myself. This office is absolutely unorganized, unprofessional and hands down can be traumatizing for a patient with dental anxiety! Absolutely would never recommend this place!

Experiencia negativa: I went in a few weeks ago and i got in 30 minutes after my appointment time so i already knew it was going to be a bad experience. After i got back i was waiting and waiting and when they got started it took them almost 4 hours to tell me they are done .(almost closing time). And before i leave after all that pain of digging in my mouth with 2 different doctors.they tell me that part of their tool broke off in my tooth and that i would have to pay out of pocket for a specialist like WTHH!!!! Anyway do not go here.‍♀️

Then when I go inside, they tell me to leave so they can check with my insurance to see if it will pay or not. Every time I come, at least do some work on a few of my teeth because a lot of my time is wasted, my home is far, and I don’t have anyone to leave my son with. That’s why. Otherwise, I have no problem.”

Experiencia negativa: The female dentist might be racist. She blamed her error on me & my bone structure when I was just in a few months ago. So, it has not changed. I dropped my phone, she picked it up, I was 2 feet away & instead of handing it to me, she sat it on the counter when I had my hand extended & the other hand was in a sling. Then, I almost bumped into her when exiting, her fault, and she jumped back & retreated from me as if I had leprosy!!! That solidified FOR ME, she is okay collecting our black money, but not with me, persay as a black woman. Although she's a POC herself. I only saw 1 black staff person in the entire office. She refused to do what I asked although I expressed to her that her way was NOT beneficial to me in my first visit. Yesterday, my appointment was at 1:30, I didn't get called until almost 3:30!!! Then, the dentist interrupted me & NEVER let me get out my question as if I'm a DULLARD unaware of my needs or because she's a dentist her words mean more & my concerns were moot. I wasn't going to leave this review, but how she reacted in not wanting to touch me IS HIGHLY INDICATIVE she has issues with BLACK PEOPLE & I don't want her in my mouth again. My tooth she filled in, she took half & then reshaped it this odd way so now food gets caught up every time I eat. I would not recommend. I just moved here to Michigan & this was the WORST dental experience ever!!!

Experiencia negativa: If I could put zero stars I would! They are dirty, unprofessional, unorganized! Patients wait for OVER AN HOUR. I asked another patient in the waiting room how long they were waiting and they had kids and they said an hour and that was when I got there! just to be sat and an additional 2 hours just to be seen by a dentist! Don’t even get me STARTED on the front desk on one answers the phone, granted they may be busy but I called for HOURS just trying to schedule my appointment which I REGRET doing. I only made an appointment here because they have emergency appointments and my personal dentist couldn’t get me in. There are no rooms LIKE AN OPEN ROOM WITH SHARED CABINETS LOOKED RIGHT INTO 3 ROOMS. And the “rooms” had small PIECES of trash on the ground. Dentists come in and out going from patient to patient back and forth. And make the assistants take so many X-rays just to make it seem like patients are being seen. I asked how much longer so many times and kept being told 15 minutes LIES! If you didn’t know why would you even tell the assistants that? I even asked how get become a dental assistant because my niece was thinking about going to school to get certified AND WAS TOLD THE ASSISTANTS ARE NOT CERTIFIED! So, not certified assistants doing X-RAYS, sealants, polishing, and doing impressions?? When I looked at the instruments on the tray THEY WERE ALL STAINED AND RUSTY! I asked an assistant why they were like that and was told they do NOT wipe down their instruments and just throw them into plastic bags and then into a machine. NOT EVEN CLEAN! I asked to speak to a manager and the manager came and she had an attitude when I asked how they were cleaned and I wanted mine to be wiped down. And that was AFTER they had already gave me an X-rays with the pieces in my mouth and only God knows whose mouth it was in before! I told the manager about my experience and I was going to report them she was very passive aggressive saying go ahead. I was told her name is Sherry. I came in with a tooth pain and my personal dentist told me I needed a root canal the dentist here barely looked at me told me my tooth was infected or dead and needed my tooth EXTRACTED and to come back. Why would I trust a dentist I’ve never been to and is already sketchy especially to pull my tooth? Looking at these other reviews this isn’t their first time trying to extract teeth for no reason! I was there until almost closed and saw that they don’t change trash bags Just DUMPED INTO A BIGGER TRASH BAG? That has to be unsanitary, isn’t there dirty gauze and such in there and the germs are just sitting in there? REPORTING THIS PLACE SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN.

Experiencia negativa: So many grievances regarding the location at 6111 S Cedar St., Lansing, MI 48911. The dentist left/walked away 11 times during my dental appointment. I was told it would take 1 hour. I was there for 6 hours. The dentist insisted on a root canal. After 6 excruciating hours of pain and dentist “breaks”, no relief of pain. In fact, I received a call 2 days later, stating the dentist decided to not continue with the root canal procedure she insisted on, and she would be extracting instead. HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. I realize now, the root canal procedure was not warranted, and the dentist gouged me with a fake procedure and collected thousands from insurance. IS THIS THE NEW NORMAL!? Dental offices are turning into car salesman. Pathetic.

Experiencia positiva: Wait time was long, treatment and insurance coverage should be done prior to patient appointment, this will eliminate the delay and shorten office visit. Secondly, some patients understand their insurance coverage, copay, and prior authorization, verbiage is a time consuming effort.

Experiencia fantástica: Went today for an appointment at 2 as a first time patient. Had a little wait time but understable considering they accept most insurances. But I had cleaning done and teeth sealed going in July for a root canal and cap from previous procedure at another dentist. Dr.Daniel Popaj did an amazing job and his assistant Maddy, sorry if I spelt your name wrong she was amazing and did a great job definitely coming back

Another patient walked in while my son was having his teeth cleaned. They stopped cleaning his teeth to talk to the other person. They said 20 more minutes 40 minutes later we were still waiting

Experiencia negativa: Terrible experience here. I waited 3 weeks to get in, told them on the phone I was in horrible pain, due to a back molar that needed to be pulled. Finally I had my appointment and they didn't know why I was there, thought I was there for a teeth cleaning. When the Dr came back and took one look at my tooth and said she couldn't do anything about it. They needed Dr. Dan to do it. So I left in tears. They said they would call me the next day, to try and get me in the following Friday. After 2 days someone called and said the soonest they could get me in would be 3 months from now. They treated me like they had zero sympathy for me. I do not recommend.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible. At first it was good. I went back 3 TIMES because of mis-communications between staff and dentist. Supposed to get teeth pulled. Oh no...wasted gas 3 seperate times to just be told oh you don't have this paperwork, you were supposed to get some bloodwork done (mind you NO ONE told me this until AFTER i was already there). I have waited for over a yr to gather the courage, wasted time and gas just to be told all because I didn't get bloodwork done before my appt. can't do it. When i showed them my last results (of the very bloodwork i was apparently supposed to get beforehand with no knowledge) dated April 24th, was .1 too low for them. After almost 1.5 yrs of going back and forth, rescheduling several times of which only 2 were my own fault, getting the correct clearances from my doctors, I get told oh we cannot do the extraction anymore because of your unique situation and got referred to an Oral Surgeon. What unique situation? They knew from the start about ALLL my medical issues and medications I was on. Not to mention there were so many ppl there that there was no parking spots! Do not take your kids here if you can help it. I'm not usually the type of person to lose my cool, but I lost it so bad in my car I had to sit for 10-15 min before I could drive.

They told me I had 8 cavities and after getting a second opinion, the new dentist found no cavities at all. I believe this Dream Dentistry is overcharging and overreaching treatments and do not recommend that you go to the dentist.

I went in for a dental emergency appointment, which is a consultation and XRay for $140.00 just to have them tell me the earliest they could schedule an EXTRACTION (ie pulling the bad tooth) was 4 weeks out. I decided to try other dental offices and when I accidentally called them back during this process, I was told there was another doctor that could do it next week, however they wouldn't let me see that doctor instead of the one I was already scheduled with, weeks later. I explained I'm not interested in waiting a month for the same doctor with severe tooth pain I would like the earliest available appointment, regardless of the doctor, for cash pay mind you no insurance straight cash, and they declined my request, they told me they would put me on the cancellation list in case anything opened up with my initial doctor. I wouldn't have made an "emergency" appointment and spent that money on a consultation if I had known it would take 4 weeks to receive care, VERY disappointed, be warned they don't care about your health or well being, as evident by not letting me schedule an earlier appointment with a different doctor.

Experiencia fantástica: I've had bad dental experiences in the past so I am a wimp when it comes to going to the dentist. Since I am big on health and fitness, I decided it was time to get a cleaning. I was scheduled for X-rays and an exam as it had been 9 years since my last cleaning. I was expecting to need a deep clean, and lots of other work. Past dentists have always tried pushing cosmetic procedures on me... Dental Dreams was great. Per my request they only sent me a message to confirm my appointment. After X-rays, there was an exam and I only needed a regular cleaning. And scheduled my next cleaning in six months. Dr Dan was terrific, this was totally pain free. And unlike my former dentist, no suggestions of cosmetic procedures. I highly recommend Dental Dreams!

Experiencia fantástica: I drove four hours to come to an emergency appointment they fit me into AFTER typical close hours because I told them how horribly I was in pain. Easily some of the best customer service from the first phone call through my appointment. Front desk ladies were great, made me feel comfortable and calmed me down when I started freaking out about a painful extraction. The Dr was wonderful too. Very sweet, clearly ACTUALLY cares about patients and got the extraction done with skill and ease. I am waiting until she is in office again to get my next work done, and will happily make the drive again.

Ughh I’m still sitting in lobby and was told another 15 to 20 minutes! So im assuming I wont actually be seen until 1 and their lobby is full! Terrible if you’re in a rush this isn’t for you if you got time you’ll be all right!!! Will come back to update after cleaning Update called me back 11:50, 50 minutes later Started taking xray at 1:10 I will say Dr. T is wonderful she was very considerate and very apologetic for all the time that I had to wait. Their tools look a little rusty which I think is very unappealing for things that are going in your mouth one of the staff members did say this is a Medicaid office which is no excuse for the Rusty supplies. I will definitely come back I will say that but I will make my appointments first thing in the morning going forward hoping that I get in at a decent time. Office staff is great ! Two stars is for the time that I had to wait

When it was time we got a call that the Dr decided not to come to work and had to reschedule which was another month out. Went to the appointment got called back. Waited for him for almost 2 hours. Asked if they knew how much longer and was told it would still be another 15 minutes before he would even be seen. Had no choice but to reschedule due to work and here we are waiting another month for a "maybe" appointment

Experiencia negativa: The worst dentist office I have ever seen. I have a cracked tooth and maybe a cavity. Didn't do nothing to fix it. Just took x-rays that couldn't even do that right. I don't if the lady came in was even the dentist just to the instrument that they used to scrap your poked around at my teeth. I still had my bib on that they put on me. I had to take it off myself. Got up and didn't say anything else. The young lady at the front desk ask me what I was waiting for. Didn't even hand the girl up front my file. She had to go and find the I guess was the dentist and asked what was going on with me.Said to schedule appointment in end of this month for my cracked tooth to be I guess pulled. Oh yeah said I had a little infection. No antibiotics was given to me. They need to be reported to the Better business Bureau. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Although the dentist are nice, the service sucks!! Everytime we come here we are here for at least 2hrs. Today we have been here(she's still in the room) going on 3 hrs. We sat in the waiting room for an hr before they called her name. Get her in a room give her the numbing stuff only for them to move her out to the hallway cuz I guess someone who was more important to use that room. Made her sit out there til they were done with the other person. Bring her back in the same room just to leave her there for another 30 min. Horrible place and we will not be going back... already have my kids next cleaning with a new dentist. Also they advertise they have play equipment and video games and movies for kids... no video games, no movies... one little toddler slide is what they have

Experiencia negativa: Called to set up appointments for my daughters as new patients because this office was recommended to me. The receptionist that answered the phone Breanna was not pleasant to speak with. And the information she was asking for wasn’t clear. She said “Jesus Christ” once I gave her my name. Then placed me on a brief hold because I was scheduling more than 1 person. My thing is if you’re overwhelmed with your job you can quit. Just like I didn’t like how I was being spoken to I hung up the phone. Now I’m looking again for a dentist for my children after having a run around from multiple offices. Do not recommend, I’m very disappointed.

Experiencia negativa: Go literally anywhere else you can hate this place so much takes forever to get back last time I attempted to go for my visit I ended up sitting in the lobby for over an hour just to cancel it once you get back there IF you do you’ll sit that chair for at least another 30 mins. The dentist won’t do any work outside of cleans everything she says needs a specialist to do the work for a simple extraction. They do lazy work as lazy people if these bad reviews don’t do it for you go to the business bureau and see the score they have they also allow the employees to smoke cigarettes which was weird

Experiencia negativa: I take the blame I should have learned my lesson the first visit . The first time I went to Dental Dreams I was left in my chair while the person doing my exam left to have a birthday party in the breakroom. Luckily that day I was told I needed a different sort of dentist. Fast forward nearly a year . The wait seemed excessive after i was put in a ...room. Also I told them how anxious I was which seemed like it hit deaf ears. Then while waiting the two ladies attending to things had a nice long conversation about how aweful this place is , basically just airing their complaints against their employer while I sat hostage. When they did finally start to examine me and take x-rays it was awkward and painful . I was in tears and gagging just from the way she placed the sensors. Later during my cleaning I was covered in water and honestly felt like I was gagging and drowning. After some effort they lowered the amount of water they were shooting down my throat. Dental work can be uncomfortable. Having said that this was the most painful uncomfortable dental exam I have ever had. After I was left with the tech who was told to polish and clean my teeth. I had to remind them. they were ready to just let me leave. When I got in in my car I smiled my teeth were lined in blood and looked quite disturbing. In my opinion this office was not professional , lacked basic care, Empathy etc... It is hard to find a dentist that accepts Medicaid and new patients this is one of the few. I would go anywhere else you can .
