I spent over two hours discussing my history both medical and dental. I should add the two cannot be separated. Dr Maples was caring and very thorough and explained the entire process in depth. Experiencia fantástica: This is the best place I've been to take care of my mouth, have interesting conversations with dental professionals, and look up each other's noses for a solid hour. It's getting harder these days to find all that in one stop anymore. Ask for the special pillow; totally worth it! Stay hydrated, friends.

Experiencia negativa: Dr. Susan Maples is great, as is Jean the office manager. I was delighted to have discovered them and so impressed with the quality of care at my first visit that I posted an enthusiastic recommendation on social media. Unfortunately the next appointment for teeth "cleaning" with the hygienist was not wonderful. Upon learning I was not able to begin a $5000 periodontal procedure that day, as I had not yet heard back from my insurance confirming they would cover $2000, he became quite upset and told me in that case he would not be able to do a complete cleaning and would only do a partial cleaning - which I discovered meant he did not clean the insides of the lower teeth. However the biggest surprise was whatever he did to the outside of the lower teeth to turn them brown. I have tried everything I could think of - peroxide, baking soda, peroxide mixed with baking soda and even went so far as to try Clorox on a q-tip. Nothing worked - the lower teeth still look like I barely escaped from tobacco row. Nor were they were brown prior to his "cleaning". During my first appointment Dr. Maples suggested I might be interested in Invisalign braces to straighten my lower teeth, saying I’d be their oldest patient (80) to do that - had the teeth been brown I’m quite sure she would have suggested whitening instead of straightening and had they been brown I would have certainly have agreed. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but I’d hate to think of other patients who trusted and respected Dr. Maples and Jean, having this happen to them. Now searching for a dentist who (hopefully) can make the brown disappear as well as fill the 4 cavities Dr. Maples found.

She & her crew work like a symphony together, they're very in tune to the patient, and everyone there is an expert at their skills. Dr. Maples is tireless, she is involved in the community, and has a learning lab for the children. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Maples and her entire staff. They explain everything completely and will explain all your options regarding your dental care. They asked why we used the methods we were doing, such as a pacifier, and provided alternative suggestions when they thought something else might be a better idea. They did not insist on their own way, but let us make the decisions. They carefully explained the procedure and showed how to see the ties which indicated a need of the procedure being done. I recently was able to do Invisalign through them with awesome results. I had terribly crooked teeth from over crowding. I had been resigned to having them for life, but they managed to find an insurance oddity of a small amount of money towards orthodontics for an adult! I am very happy with the results.

She is so caring and gentle with him. They are “out of network” with my insurance, but I happily pay the extra. I cannot imagine trying to take him elsewhere.
