Experiencia fantástica: Since moving here from Texas, it’s been hard to find a dentist that offers great service and is personable. I tried out prairie walk dental because of the raving reviews and they did not disappoint. Megan at the front desk is sweet and personable, she goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care and really this dentist office has some of the best working there as they all give that same energy of “I’m here to help you and get you back on track” and I couldn’t be more thankful to have found this place! Definitely recommend prairie walk dental to Anyone and everyone

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Prairie Walk Dental. After breaking a tooth I was able to see Dr. Morad Misleh the same day and upon exam and x-ray he determined I needed a root canal. Then took the time to explain why and answer my questions patiently. They were able to get me in the next day for a speedy and successful root canal procedure with Dr. Morcos Bernab and on the mend within 24 hours. The administrator Megan was very kind and patient with my billing questions throughout the course of treatment. From the front desk to the dental chair, the entire staff is warm, welcoming, and highly professional. I’m grateful to have found Prairie Walk.

Experiencia negativa: My Older Children had a horrible experience with this dental office. My son never had cavities until 19yrs old so he have never had any work done. Early July they did a simple fill in so they say and now those fillings are falling out my son mouth been hurting. My Oldest daughter went with him and and had fill ins and a big piece of her tooth fell out with the fill in. This is unacceptable then they know these kids at this age really don't know exactly what their insurance cover, well they convinced them to get on this plan for future services and now taking money out their account for services they haven't received. If we were another Race they wouldn't have never pulled this crap.

For decades, my injured teeth were maintained the best they could be until they finally reached the point where they could no longer be saved. Over the past several months, this office guided me through the entire implant and restoration process with incredible professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail. Dr. Alameri performed the implant work, and Dr. Obaidi handled the crowns and final placement appointments. Both providers were outstanding throughout the entire process. Their demeanor was warm, kind, reassuring, and genuinely comforting during what could have been a very stressful experience — while also being absolutely top notch in their skill, precision, and quality of work. You can immediately tell you are in extremely capable hands. Diana was also incredible throughout this process. Not only was she an outstanding assistant, but she put a tremendous amount of care and hard work into shaping and placing the temporary crowns along the way. You could genuinely see how much pride she takes in her work and patient care. I also want to give a huge shout out to Megan, the lead clinic administrator, who represents what true customer service should look like. She was kind, responsive, professional, and always made me feel valued as a patient. What makes this especially meaningful to me is that my career requires face-to-face interactions with patients and families during some of the worst moments of their lives. Over the last several months, dealing with gaps, temporary placements, and difficulty speaking normally at times really affected my confidence more than I realized. Today, for the first time in a long time, I can smile naturally again without thinking twice about it. The final result exceeded my expectations, and I’m incredibly grateful to this entire team for giving me my smile — and confidence — back.

Before getting braces she needed other dental work done and Jackie was so great with her. The office staff is always happy to help with rescheduling and clarifying any questions I have. Megan is such a positive and calming office manager who has helped me from day 1 of trying to find a new dentist for my daughter. As someone with a teen and husband who don’t love going to the dentist I never hear either of them complain when we make appointments which is one less thing to worry about!

These last two months have been very painful and I was referred to go to a surgical dentist to remove one of my wisdom teeth and they office is one of the reasons why people do not like going to the dentist BUT I told my dental office my situation and they said let them try to remove the tooth….i cried tears of joy when that doctor pulled my tooth out and I felt nothing (I’m sorry I can’t remember the names of the staff that took care of me but both doctor and assistant was amazing. I will continue to promote them with my entire heart I so appreciative for their services and staff very much ❤️

I was taken care of promptly, efficiently and everyone was courteous, understanding and concerned about my situation.

The entire implant process went very smoothly and successfully, so I returned to have him do another implant for me. I did not feel any pain during the teeth extraction and bone grafting procedures. Dr. Ibrahim Alamein is excellent.

Experiencia negativa: The environment is clean and friendly. When I finished general cleaning, I got a treatment plant to replace some old fillings. I came back for the service, and got charged for 2 more fillings than I was told on the plan. I wish the doctor or office would have communicated before the procedure that they were doing more than they originally told me. The only way I found out that they had done more work than they told me they were going to do was when I was paying the bill as I was leaving and asked why it was about $50 higher than the treatment plan had stated. The lack of patient transparency made me feel a little weary of coming back. Additionally, I had called 3 times (8am, 8:30, and 10:30) earlier in the day to reschedule an appointment and left a voicemail, but no one had gotten back to me between the hours of 8-2:30 pm. I found that a little odd, but figured they were just busy. Edited to add: Within a week, the office responded to my review. They told me to call to remedy the issue. I called and they told me they would call me back, but also never did.

Experiencia positiva: Whoever is manning the reception area when I arrive is always completely professional and friendly. It’s a very warm atmosphere. The entire staff seem to be very well-trained. I draw special attention to Megan who is always very outgoing and friendly; and she certainly knows her job extremely well. Jackie, one of the hygienist is very gentle and caring. I have one criticism of this practice, however: it’s too doggone loud in there you can hear everything that said in the next cube because of the poor acoustics in this office. I find that to be disruptive And doesn’t lead to a very soothing atmosphere when you’re sitting in a dental chair!
