Celebrity Smiles

Experiencia fantástica: The whole staff is quite amazing. Very warm and welcoming. Great sense of humor. Kind and understanding. I had an emergency tooth repair they brought me in right away and took care of it with plenty of laughs along the way, which is what i love . Genuine people who are here to take care of you and make you feel comfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an excellent experience with Dr. Jones and his entire staff. Everyone was incredibly professional, welcoming, and respectful from start to finish. Dr. Jones was very thorough and took the time to walk me through my imaging, explain what he was seeing, and answer all of my questions. I really appreciated that I never felt rushed and that he took the time to make sure I understood everything. His staff was equally impressive. My cleaning was extremely meticulous and thorough, and the attention to detail throughout the entire visit was exceptional. It’s clear that Dr. Jones and his team genuinely care about providing high-quality, personalized care. I would highly recommend Dr. Jones and his staff to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable, and attentive dental practice.

Experiencia fantástica: The people here are amazing! I had such a great experience. I am new to Chicago and had chipped my front tooth. When I called - Kayla at the front desk was so sweet and so so helpful. They got me in same day and were so accommodating. I was nervous but Dr Jones explained every step, made sure I wasn't feeling pain and checked with me before making any decisions. He did such a good job and I am sooo happy! Thank you guys!!

Experiencia negativa: I'm very disappointed in how I have been treated ever since my consultation. I did go back a fews days later to have the dentist recheck something he did at my consultation and they charged me out of pocket $67.00 when was a surprise plus my insurance was charged from when I was 1st there. There are times i've left messages and it took them a couple days to return my call. (I kept records of when i've called) Four days ago I left a message to reschedule my cleaning and for an update on my pre estimates they submitted to my insurance in June. Instead, they're too busy making videos for their facebook page, instead of calling their patients back. I was hoping to find a new dentist, but unfortunately i wouldn't recommend their office to anyone. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere

Experiencia fantástica: This place is AMAZING. I am from out of town and has just arrived into Chicago. Was having lunch with family and one of my provisionals popped off. Of course this happens on a Friday afternoon. I found Celebrity Smiles and called them immediately. I spoke with Kayla and she said it was no problem to get me in for a quick fix, and it was 30 minutes before they closed. She was so warm and friendly and Dr. Jones was just as kind and accommodating. Dr. Jones bonded my provisional back on in no time and I was on my way. This is by far, one of the best experiences I’ve had with a dentist . They saved me on my trip home to Chicago. I would 100% recommend them. Thank you Kayla and Dr. Jones SO MUCH

Front desk receptionists are extremely helpful with insurance verification with several flexible payment options. I always have great experience at this place. The office has a great vibe to it. Highly recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: Celebrity Smiles is, by far, the best dentist I’ve ever gone to. From the scheduling to the welcoming atmosphere to the procedure itself, everything was top tier. Dr. Jones was incredibly friendly and consultative. He gave me options to consider rather than pushing the most expensive “necessary” treatment plan (I had a cracked molar). I recommend Celebrity Smiles to all my family and friends, and this is the only place I’ll go to for all my dentistry needs moving forward.

When I was at my cleaning appointment, I was not rushed at all! Dr Jones is knowledgeable in many areas of dental work, and he provides careful explanations of each procedure he will perform and why. Experiencia fantástica: I’d give it 6 stars if I could, very very friendly staff, and although finding the right dentist can be and feel overwhelming, let me help you out, save you some time, and just recommend Celebrity Smiles (you can thank me later)

Experiencia fantástica: I had such a great experience with Dr. Jones and his amazing staff at Celebrity Smiles. What really stood out was how fun and personable the dentist was. They made the entire visit enjoyable with their positive energy, sense of humor, and friendly attitude. The team is very professional, courteous and above all very friendly. Dr. Jones is just a great guy overall and a fantastic dentist. Experiencia fantástica: I was embarrassed, scared, and convinced my teeth were too far gone, but Celebrity Smiles proved I wasn’t beyond help.” They treated me with kindness, not judgment. Dr. Jones explained everything clearly, eased my fear, and helped me out of real pain. If you’re anxious or ashamed about your smile, this is the one place where you’ll feel safe, understood, and genuinely cared for. “I spent years avoiding the dentist because I was embarrassed, scared, and honestly convinced my teeth were too far gone, and Celebrity Smiles proved how wrong I was.” That’s the simplest way to say it. I walked in expecting judgment. I expected lectures. I expected to feel ashamed. Instead, I was met with kindness from the moment I stepped through the door. The team didn’t ask why I waited so long. They didn’t make me feel guilty. They didn’t talk down to me. They just helped, calmly, clearly, and without making me feel like a burden. Dr. Jones is different from any dentist I’ve ever met. He explains everything in plain language, never rushes, and makes sure you feel safe before anything happens. I came in with pain and fear. I left with relief and a plan I actually felt good about. The treatment was gentle. The communication was honest. The experience was nothing like the nightmare I had built up in my head. If you’re embarrassed about your teeth… If you’re scared of being judged… If you’re in pain and don’t know where to start… If you think your smile is “too far gone"... Go to Celebrity Smiles. Seriously. They don’t judge you. They don’t shame you. They don’t make you feel small. They make you feel understood, and they show you that you can be helped. If you’ve been putting this off, stop waiting. Call them and take the first step. You’ll wish you did it sooner. -Ryley E. Fitzsimmons

Staff is wonderful, Dr. Ahmad is a very professional and his passion to provide the best care to me and his patients is above and beyond. Thank you Dr. Ahmad for your professionalism and making your patients feel comfortable and happy.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an excellent experience and can’t recommend Dr. Jones enough. Dr. Jones is incredibly attentive with an outstanding bedside manner that immediately puts you at ease, and Kayla, the dental hygienist, was kind, thorough, and gentle. The office is clean, modern, and absolutely beautiful. Everything was efficient, fast, and handled with the highest level of professionalism.

Experiencia fantástica: Their location was already top-rated when I was in search for a new dentist, and I’m so glad I chose them. I wanted somewhere closer to home, and they’re only about 4 minutes away from me — super convenient. I received a response within two minutes of submitting my new patient inquiry, which really impressed me (especially since I work in customer service and know how important that prompt communication is). Kayla is amazing — so responsive and very thorough in explaining my insurance benefits in a way that made sense to me. AND THROUGH TEXT! My dental hygienist, Valentina, was also amazing! She was gentle, friendly, and didn’t make me feel guilty for being overdue for my cleaning like I’ve experienced at other offices. I highly recommend Celebrity Smiles to anyone looking for a caring, professional, and welcoming dental office!

I’ve never been a huge fan of dental visits, but the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. I was greeted with a warm smile, and that simple gesture instantly helped calm my nerves. During my first visit, the team took the time to get to know me and carefully assess what dental work I needed. Experiencia fantástica: After many failed trips to different dentists, my mom was defeated that she would ever find someone with a good bedside manner, and make her feel comfortable with decisions being made about her care. After another broken tooth, I found Celebrity Smiles online, and gave them a call. Dr. Jones and the entire team are wonderful! They scheduled mom as soon as possible. They spoke to her at great lengths about her concerns, and were able to answer all her questions in a way that she could make confident decisions about her future care. Experiencia fantástica: Trent was very knowledgeable and realistic as to my situation. Kayla at the front desk was alone as another girl called in, and she was juggling the office very well. I would recommend them to anyone. I plan on following through on this, and they are my first pick. And another visit down! No nonsense, straight to business as usual. Once again, professionalism at its finest. Nearing the finish line on my implants, and nobody is harder on Trent than himself! Very detail orientated, and highly skilled. I was apprehensive about this, but his practice has weeded out the worry of it. Should anyone need ANY level of dental treatment, no matter the age or condition, give them a call. Helpful and NO BS.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service, unmatched bedside manner and my teeth feel as new and clean as ever. I had felt like my current dentists’ practices were dated and would encourage anyone who feels similar to get a second opinion from Celebrity Smiles. I will admit that I had my reservations at first about going to a new dentist. Furthermore, I grew up watching Indiana Jones and thought to myself “no WAY this guy calls himself Dr. Jones and doesn’t carry a whip.” I was able to look past that pretty quickly upon meeting with Dr. Trent Jones. He was charming, he thoroughly diagnosed me and I left feeling as good about my oral health as I have in years..
