She took out the infection left behind after the failed implant extraction. Then, Dr Gibson had to built up the bone in the extracted molar area so that a future implant can be successful. Thank you for taking care of me. Today, Dr Gibson confirmed the bone looks good for a 2026 implant. During my follow-up visit, Dr Gibson went the extra mile to order me a flexi nesbit (temporary tooth that’s removable) while I wait for my implant in 2026. Always go to a trusted dentist, and Dr Gibson is the best dentist in the USA and internationally. She travels to many states and internationally to speak and educate other dentist professionals. Amazing!

The office gave me a same day appointment and prepped my tooth for a crown. They were very professional and caring. November 22, 2022 Routine cleaning and checkup was on time and very efficient. Another 5 star visit! January 30, 2023. I was seen on emergency basis again with broken crown and tooth. This happened on Saturday and they saw me early Monday morning and took care of the took. I am so thankful I can depend on them to take care of my dental needs. I need to give more than 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ August 31, 2023 Routine cleaning and checkup was on time and everyone was very pleasant. I give this another 5 stars. See you in December! December 8, 2023 Routine cleaning and once again gentle checkup. No waiting and in and out to continue my Christmas shopping! Happy holidays to all!!!! April 11, 2024, Routine cleaning with 5 star treatment. All concerns addressed. 4 month appointment given. October 28, 2025 My 4 month checkup was with x-rays before cleaning. They were very careful to use lead apron for radiation protection. I was taken in early and received a careful cleaning and Floride treatment. The staff treats you like family.

Dr Gibson is very nice. 1st visit they charged me more for a paste I could've bought off Amazon. It worked (severe pain) on bridge work caused from a bad experience of another dentist. I thought this would be a great match but the constant discouragement with dentist has gotten bad. The best dentist experience I've had was our family dentist in downtown Chicago only for him to have retired. Experiencia negativa: Be prepared for extremely high prices and minimal insurance coverage most of the cost comes out of pocket. I only received deep cleaning on the right side; the left wasn’t touched at all. The bill included procedures that weren’t performed, such as antibiotics placed in two teeth but charged for four. They also staged a scene pretending they had “forgotten” to send the necessary documentation (procedure reports, X-rays, treatment codes) to the insurance, using that as an excuse for the denied coverage. It felt scripted and untrustworthy.

That didn’t sit well with me, so I went to Dr. Gibson for a second opinion and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I felt reassured. There was actually another patient in the waiting room speaking very highly of Dr. Gibson, and I quickly saw why. She spent a lot of time with me, listened closely, and her evaluation matched the advice I had previously received from a highly regarded out-of-area dentist, which gave me even more confidence in her. What really impressed me was that in that very same visit, she was able to remove some of the staining I was told I’d “just have to live with” unless I went through with crowning my front teeth. Her approach was thoughtful, much less invasive, and gave me results I didn’t think were possible without major procedures. Dr. Gibson is not only incredibly skilled, but she’s also deeply present in her practice—attentive to both her patients and the way her office is run. I feel confident and hopeful moving forward with my treatment plan.

I just didn’t believe it and sought a second opinion. So glad I found Dr Gibson. She and Debbie did their own x-rays and discovered that I didn’t need a crown. Only that my filling had cracked and needed to be repaired. They repaired it that same day and explained a lot to me about what the x-rays showed and so much more. Excellent service and looking forward to coming back for my cleaning in 6 months.

I approached Dr. Gibson after multiple other dentists had left me with an unattractive (too white and/or wrongly-shaped) crown on my front tooth. Because of Dr. Gibson, I now have a crown on my front tooth that blends in perfectly with my other teeth. The entire tooth - shape, color, texture - is perfect!

Experiencia negativa: Run away. more than two hour appointments. She couldn’t even install a temporary crown properly. She charges everything upfront so she can rip you off. My crown was never finalized. The posts implanted now are protruding inward and possibly will impact my wisdom tooth. This means eventually my tooth she did will need to be pulled. Also, the dental hygienist she hire are part time. They don’t know how to clean or not make it hurt. Incompetent staff. One time a hygienist was about to clean my teeth and I asked them not to. I wanted her to stop. They came in asking what was wrong. It was clear that she was under the influence or on alcohol or drugs. She started slurring her speech and couldn’t hold the instruments correctly. All I got was a $25 starbucks gift card. I should have sued. I never got any money back for a crown that was never finalized. All they do is try to sell you on Invisalign and blind you to how ridiculous the wait times are by offering Paraffin treatments. Cute the first two times not so much later when you’re sitting around in a dental chair for hours. My employers were not understanding why my cleaning appointments were taking over two hours on a workday. I had to take an addition time off. I had requested for an hour and half to cover the commute time. A legitimate competent dentist does not charge upfront nor make you sign ridiculous disclosures. Just run far far away. I saw Dr. Gibson around 2018 or 2019. I’m still suffering financially from her clinic. The crown I was charged for and the impact this will have when I need periodontal oral surgery to correct it.

Experiencia fantástica: First visit was amazing. Had Ashley run my examination before Dr. Gibson went into the more detailed work. They were very transparent and to the point. Went more in depth than any of my previous offices and gave me a much clearer view of what work was required and how it would be done in the future. Beautiful office and friendly staff, Jim even introduced himself at my checkout and I always appreciate that.

I have always been a little scared of the dentist but the hygienist and Dr. Gibson always talk through everything with me to make me feel comfortable. The way she talks through each step and explains everything clearly while reassuring me always me to trust her completely.
