Experiencia fantástica: This is by far the most professional, yet warm and friendly, dental office I've experienced and I've had a lot of experience in the dental chair. Dr. Smith and his staff are the greatest. I recently got two front crowns replaced and they look amazing. There was literally no pain and they were extremely careful to meet all my needs. My wife and I travel from Carrollton to Newnan to receive our dental care here at Southern Rivers. The drive is worth it. Trust me.

Experiencia fantástica: From the front desk to the hygienist the exam, xrays, and cleaning was (as usual) a professional job with consideration for patient comfort.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome experience from start to finish, Staff was very informative and answered any question I had. I left feeling very confident about next steps for my follow up appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: I feel like I always get excellent dental care at Southern Rivers Dental. They are always very professional, personable and explain things in a very easy to understand manner. I just met Dr. Osborne, and she was already familiar with my entire dental history and did an outstanding job taking time answering all my questions. I highly recommend Southern Rivers Dental!!

Experiencia fantástica: I moved to Newnan from N. Atlanta 11 years ago and I switched my Buckhead dentist ( been going for 20 yrs) because of traffic time, parking fees, etc and tried Dr. Smith since my fiance goes there and said to give him a try. It's a very professional office, everyone is friendly, they play good background music and I had a great first time experience. BTW: I went in 5-21-26 for a Xray and tooth cleaning since I was a new patient and Bree was the best! I also really like Dr. Smith.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent cleaning experience. Good communications, gentle but thorough and very prompt

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Smith is great! All the staff is always friendly. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was so nice!! My cleaning was very thorough. Everything was communicated clearly and next steps were provided. The facility needs some TLC, but it is very clean.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Charles Smith and his entire team are so wonderful. He puts you at ease and explains everything and ensures you are not in any discomfort. I feel so comfortable having any type of procedure here because of that. I have been a patient of his for 15 yrs.

Experiencia fantástica: Working on an issue that isn’t resolving the way we hoped. They saw me asap and referred for specialized care..aka root canal :/ I especially feel heard when a medical professional agrees with me on alternative treatments for secondary conditions.

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional and courteous staff. Highly recomend.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an old crown from another dentist and it came off for some reason. I called them and all the doctors were out of the office on Friday. So the assistant put temporary glue on it until my appointment the next week. Very happy with the dentist and the good people that work there

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I have been going to Southern Rivers for over 15 years and always have been very satisfied with all the staff. Today was my semi annual cleaning. My hygienist was Kelly. A combination of professionalism, friendliness and class.

You are all a blessing in my life. Thank you! Teresa Barczak I took this picture of Caroline at Christmas and forgot to share with her today!

Experiencia fantástica: Every visit I have ever made to Southern Rivers Dental has always had a good experience. The front desk staff are professional but always friendly. My appointments are on time or close to on time. I am reminded days before about my appointment. I love that I can have a discount on the dental services because I pay cash or with a check. I don’t have dental insurance so that discount helps. Dr. Charles Smith is a big reason why I have stayed with this dental office. Dr. Charles Smith saved my cap on the tooth without having to remove it to do a root canal. My tooth sensitivity went away when he tweaked my dental cap. The Dental hygienist was not rough with my cleaning. Thankfully, I can request to have my chart flagged to request appointments with Dr. Charles Smith and Brie without having the office book me as next available appointments with other doctors or hygienists. Southern Rivers Dental will be the dental office I will refer to my friends and family, especially if there is a dental emergency!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was polite and super nice from the time we walked in the door until the time we made our exit. All the personnel were personable and made my daughter and myself feel very comfortable throughout our visit. It made going to the dentist enjoyable rather than a chore.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Smith and his staff are very courteous, thorough, and knowledgeable. Katelyn, my hygienist was very meticulous in the cleaning, x-rays, and stain removal she performed on my teeth. They addressed all my questions and explained details about keeping my teeth healthy. I highly recommend Southern Rivers Dental.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Smith is so patient. He really listens to my concerns and tries to get to the bottom of what's going on. He's incredibly helpful and his staff is super friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going here for over 30 years. Everyone is always so nice and helpful if needed. You're always treated like family. Highly recommend them..

Experiencia fantástica: Kaitlyn is an amazing hygienist! She’s gentle and effective, she treats most of my family and always asks about them.

Experiencia fantástica: Not only the kindest most genuine staff you’ll ever meet, but they actually care for you as a person and not the $$$. I got a second opinion appointment after going to Amazing Smiles (on the same road). AS was trying to charge me for $2k worth of work- only to find out it’s NOT necessary. They told me that I had decaying teeth and cavities that I didn’t actually have. But the staff at Southern Rivers was so kind, progressive, gentle, and took me in as one of their own. I’m so happy I made the change to this dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: The only dental group I will go to! Me and my family use them and are very happy. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but they make it as pleasant as they can. I love having the same dental hygienist every time too! Same friendly faces every time.

Experiencia fantástica: From the front desk, dental assistant, hygienist and Dr. Smith I had a wonderful experience. Professional, kind and patient. They went out of their way to assist me since I am disabled.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Smith is a fabulous dentist! I have had virtually pain-free treatments including tooth extractions and dental implants. He truly cares about his patients and spends extra time making us comfortable with our procedures. I do not hesitate to recommend Dr. Smith and Southern Rivers Dental to all.

Experiencia fantástica: Southern Rivers Dental is the place to go! I haven’t been to a dentist in quite some time due to anxiety and previous bad experiences. They made me feel calm and welcomed from the moment I walked through the door all the way until I left. From the ladies at the front desk to the rest of the staff who assisted me, they were all incredibly sweet and personable. The doctor is incredibly thorough and listens to your concerns unlike others and takes his time with the exam. Bonus points for being personally owned instead of a corporation!

Experiencia fantástica: Southern Rivers Dental is a first class organization. The office staff up front is always friendly and courteous. Katelyn has to be the best Dental Hygienist around. She is super friendly, super efficient and tender with the 6 month cleaning. Dr. Charles is as good they come. Cannot say enough great things about Southern Rivers Dental.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a tooth extracted, and this dentist was great. I was a new patient with a tooth ache. After I called 3 other dentist, I got one appointment but after reading their reviews, I cancelled. Then I made an appointment here for two days after I called. They said they would try to get me in earlier, and they actually did, for the same day I called. Dr Osborne, patiently explained my choices, the cost, and the entire process. I choose an implant. The next morning I had a second appointment and removed the bad tooth. Payment was actually a little less than estimate. Then she called the the following day just to check on me. The entire staff was awesome, from the first call on. I only waited in waiting room for about 5 minuets both times. Hygienist and Dentist were obviously well experienced and coordinated every move together. I wish I know each persons name, just to say Office staff was just as professional and courteous. You got to try them when you need a dentist. I will be back on a regular basis.

Experiencia fantástica: It’s always a great experience every 6 months getting my check up, staff is always friendly and helpful, Dr. Smith always friendly giving positive advice for the next six months period. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs a dentist with a positive and professional attitude.

Experiencia fantástica: Southern Rivers Dental is very professional and great at what they do! I recently had a crown put on one of my molars and I was nervous never had one before, and Dr. Smith was fantastic in making the whole experience go smoothly! A very good Dental practice especially if you have dental problems which fortunately I don’t!

Experiencia fantástica: I had an excellent experience at Southern River Dental. I was delayed getting to my appointment because of traffic, and everyone was incredibly kind and pleasant to interact with. It's evident that all the staff are very skilled and possess a wealth of knowledge, especially the dentist. I am confident that all my future appointments will be just as wonderful as this one was.
