Experiencia fantástica: Brilliant smiles has always been amazing to me. If you’re anxious, come here, because they genuinely care. I even pay out of pocket with insurance. They are that caring, kind, and good at their job. I also had 3 veneers break at another place in town and they fixed them. Haven’t broken since and it’s been 6 years. (They broke 3 times in 2 years previously). They seriously are a godsend!

Experiencia negativa: New patient experience: Arrived ~10 minutes late to my appointment because the golf cart trail Google gave me doesn’t exist. I was met with no greeting or kindness. It felt like I was interrupting someone on their computer. When I was acknowledged, I apologized for being late. I was told it had been cancelled because I hadn’t confirmed and was late. I asked how they expect confirmation and said I’d check my texts. She made no effort to try to rebook me on site and went back to typing; so, I thanked her for her time and left. When I called to reschedule, the office refused to book me again at all. The lady on the phone stated there’s a strict cancellation policy. A single late arrival seems like a strict reason to dismiss a patient outright. If there’s strict policies, those should be communicated in advance to new patients. No one communicated a late, cancel, or confirm policy to me at the time of booking. This could have been avoided had the office proactively communicated their existing policies. Missing a single text and having one bad morning is human. What I experienced at this office wasn’t kind or human focused in any way for an office that provides human based services. EDIT in response to owner: A few statements in the response below are inaccurate. This was my first appointment with this office. I booked it on March 2 for May 21. There was no prior cancellation. No attempt was made to rebook me on site, and when I called back to reschedule, I was told the office would not book me again. If a practice has confirmation requirements, no-show fees, or firm cancellation policies, those should be communicated at the time of scheduling not placed on the patient to discover after the fact.

Kayla is always very helpful with my scheduling conflicts and Dawn is my regular hygienist and she is great to chat with. They just recently upgraded to a new cleaning technology called Guided Biofilm that makes the cleaning process even less time consuming and easier than before. I highly recommend this office.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Roberts and his staff are the best I’ve ever had. They are all friendly and professional, especially my hygienist, Kim. The dental equipment in the office is the most modern I’ve ever seen. Crowns are prepped, measured, made in an onsite CNC machine, and placed in one appointment! As a regular patient, I’m always seen quickly for any extra issues and often can be treated the same day as the issue is verified. Thank you for always being there for me!

The staff, hygienists, & dentist have always made me feel welcome, appreciated, cared for, and looked after. The atmosphere is warm and calming, the staff have always carried on conversations that make you feel more like family rather than just a patient, and the scheduling and appointments are efficient. I’ve gone there for everything from routine cleanings to the very occasional filling. I’ve never experienced an issue and would recommend them to anyone and would encourage you to give them your dental business.

Two hours later I was walking out of the office with a permanent crown, feels and looks perfect, and it was virtually a pain free procedure. Highly recommend Dr. Roberts and his team! 5 stars!

Experiencia fantástica: I can not stress how wonderful this dental group is! For starters the entire staff are extremely friendly, understanding and compensating. I had a pretty big procedure done to get 6 crowns put in, and they handled every step of the way with care! I am a highly anxious patient when it comes to dental work, which most dentists have gotten impatient with me over, but that was not the case at all with them. They talked me through every step of the process from start to finish, allowed me to take my needed breaks, educated me thoroughly on what to expect, provided thorough Post treatment care directions and eased every concern I had! Additionally they provided me with a call follow up on my procedure the day after which was extremely professional to do and highly appreciated. I originally came to their dentistry for a second opinion but that quickly turned into me becoming a patient for life, I can’t thank them enough for all they have done. 10/10 recommend to everyone and I WILL give many verbal referrals if the conversation arises

From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a smile and provided excellent service. It is a known fact that dental work can bring on anxiety in a lot of people but my experience here is always so pleasant and inviting.

Experiencia negativa: I was treated incredibly rude after asking for my son not to have x-rays for the cleaning appointment I had brought him in for. I explained we didn't want them as he had just had them 6 months ago and we only like to get them yearly. After taking him back for his cleaning they came back and told me how they would be unable to even see my son for a cleaning because I was refusing the x-rays that time. I had to fight to have his appointment finished and was given rude looks and nasty comments by the staff. I will never be returning to this place. To reply to their comment: What they are saying is untrue. I told them that my son had an X-ray 6 months ago at the previous dental place and they told me that I had to get it to them within the 20 minutes of my appointment time or they would not see my son.
