Experiencia fantástica: Very professional and very friendly service. I received a prep for a crown with a temporary and a filling. I was taken right at the start of my appointment, received service very quickly, had no pain, the numbing was not as extreme as many dentists where you leave with a cheek feeling as big as a balloon. I was able to eat a normal dinner with no discomfort. The business office was very professional and very reasonable. This is a great place with great people. Dr Hubbard will be my primary dentist.

As I said before, we're in very good hands! My husband and I have been coming here for 5 years and couldn't be happier! The entire staff is so professional and friendly. With Drs. The staff was attentive and very friendly, and the doctor was thorough in her analysis of everything that was going on. I was very impressed with the level of care that I got and would recommend them to anybody who needs a dentist in the area.

Experiencia fantástica: Great service! Helpful and trustworthy staff. Strongly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: I have a young woman as a dentist. I do not know her name. But she is kind and patient and always explains what she is doing/about to do so that i dont freak out. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to dentists after a botched root canal experience. Bless this woman and this dentistry practice. I wish all dentists were like this but sadly most are monstrous butchers who medically gaslight you and poke and stab around in your mouth with no respect or care for you as a human being. Im glad this place exists and was able to take me as a patient. I hate dentists. I really do. But not the lady who worked on me. This place is a rare GEM of a dentist office. Go here if you can, you will not regret it. I LOVE THIS PLACE. ————- Oh dr keynton the woman you are! I. Love. Her. God bless this beautiful caring woman. She deserves the world. Shout out to quyen. Im updating my review and using names so everyone who reads this knows these amazing women.

Experiencia fantástica: Personable and friendly staff all the way around. Explained all treatment in detail. Definitely recommend

Experiencia fantástica: The quality of staff and overall customer service really sets them apart from the competition, truly best in the business! Also the attention to detail and quality of work is exceptional. I used to dread going to the dentist but Sterling Virginia Smiles completely changed my mentality on visiting the dentist so much so that I actually look forward to it now-a-days.

Experiencia fantástica: Best dentist experience I’ve ever had in my life! Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Sterling Virginia Smiles is an A+++++ practice all around. Just had my cleaning and Dr. Hubbard and team are so thorough, knowledgable and kind. Their new office is amazing.

I have been a patient for 6 years, and intend to remain a patient due to the friendly atmosphere, attention to detail and professionalism demonstrated by doctors and staff. I highly recommend that office for your dental needs. Jim Jax

Experiencia fantástica: All staff is lovely. Very professional and patient. My daughter and I come here and we’re always informed of every process.

Experiencia fantástica: I made this appointment due to an emergency dental situation and asking for a second opinion and DR K answered all my questions and made me feel a lot better than the first dentist I went to. I will definitely be going forward with the treatment they suggested and will now make Sterling Virginia Smiles my primary dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: "I love my dentist and her entire staff". I have never said that about any other dentist, and I've been to quite a few. They are respectful of my time (and my wallet) -- I have never waited more than 5 minutes past my appointment time. The hygienist is gentle and thorough; the dentist sees me after a cleaning every time to check on me before I go. My gums are so very much improved. Dr. Hubbard is kind and professional. Not only does she excel in the science of dentistry...she is an artist. Every crown fits perfectly with little to no adjustment needed. I used to be a reluctant patient. Now, I don't mind going to the dentist. I highly recommend everyone at Sterling Virginia Smiles!

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely brilliant! Grateful for how well I was treated by every individual and the warm hospitality extended to me. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: I love Dr. Hubbard which helps me to return every 6 months (I don't like going to the dentist lol). The staff are wonderful and always being helpful and calming. Go, you'll love them too.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve always been very anxious about going to the dentist — it’s a very emotional and sometimes traumatizing experience for me. From the moment I arrived, the team did a wonderful job keeping me calm and clearly explaining each step of the process. The doctor was incredible, answering all of my questions with patience and reassurance, making me feel truly at ease. Everyone in the office was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm one of those people who genuinely believes dentists are secretly agents of torture (that's why I left my last one!), but the team here is incredible. They are so patient, listened to my concerns, and broke down all my options clearly. They successfully managed to make a dental visit not a traumatic experience. 5/5 stars. They are genuinely great at what they do.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone who works here is a complete professional, warm, and kind. I'm so thankful I found such a wonderful dental practice! Dr. Hubbard is very understanding and makes sure to answer your questions and make sure you're comfortable. Couldn't ask for a better dentist, who is also just a cool person! Thank you to Gerlie, Quyen, and Ashton as well who are allstars.

Experiencia fantástica: I was very pleased with the treatment I received today with Dr. Hubbard. Always on time and very thorough. Today was my third appointment with Dr Hubbard. It was not a scheduled appointment but an emergency appointment. I fell early morning on a walk and knocked out two front teeth and broke another. When my daughter called the office from the emergency room she said she would see me after the hospital. After her examination and complete consult she referred me to an oral surgeon who needed to do some of my work. Her staff secured me an appointment and was able to go straight to his office. Dr. Rachel Hubbard and her staff are so wonderful and helpful. I highly recommend her .

Experiencia fantástica: A very pleasant office to walk into. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful and explained everything to me. Thank you for the wonderful experience! My second appointment was a disappointment- Had a deep cleaning and was hit with a $600 Bill—total shock to me as NO ONE discussed it with me before hand. And that was just for half Of it. They did ask me if I wanted to finish the other half of my mouth —ANOTHER $600! Holy Moly—I feel I’m backed into a corner—pay another $600 or only have half of my cleaning done? WOW Wish I had known—at the least—the curtesyw should always be given to the patient—I would have looked for options or talked to someone and Then I would have made a decision.

Experiencia fantástica: The women who work here are so cool... we chit the chat and I get good advice on how to maintain my teeth after a great cleaning with Sabrina.

Experiencia fantástica: Beautiful practice with a kind and knowledgeable team! Dr. Keynton-Sill and Tamika were fantastic and kept me comfortable during my appointment. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: This is a really great Dental practice, been going there for decades. I love the new location and the staff there really makes the difference, from Ashton at the front desk, to Sabrina my usual hygienist to Dr. Hubbard….just awesome A to Z. Really nice and competent people make a dental visit so much less hectic. Highly recommend……

Experiencia fantástica: Really great practice. I’m new to the area and had been putting off the “find a new dentist” thing until I had an old filling come loose over the weekend. They were able to get me in next-day to repair (made it quick & easy too!), and back on track with regular cleanings etc. Dr. Hubbard is a true pro, definitely go to this dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone at the office is so nice, from check in to check out!! Dr. Hubbard explains everything that she is doing as she goes along so there are no surprises.

Experiencia fantástica: Haven’t gone to a dentist in years , because I am a grown adult afraid of them . This office has been a whole new experience for me, a great one. The staff is amazing and very compassionate and understanding. It is a beautiful office , appointments are on time . The procedures I am having done have been painless , and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful and very patient. I recommend this practice to anyone who needs dental work .

Experiencia fantástica: I've been coming to Sterling Virginia Smiles for my dental needs for the past 15+ years. I've always had a great experience here. Everybody is friendly & knowledgeable. The equipment & the work is top notch. Procedures & reasoning for them is clearly explained and understood prior to the work. The pricing is great & they take a multitude of different insurance carriers. Not only that, scheduling is a breeze & they're not months out on appointments. What more could you ask for? I'll be coming here as long as they are in business & I live in the area. 5/5 Stars, highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: If you are looking for a dentist to be your dentist for life, this is the place. Excellent team, and Dr. Keynton will keep help you keep your mouth healthy. I used to be very nervous about going to the dentist until I met her.

Experiencia fantástica: This is, hands down, the best dental experience I’ve ever had…and I am not a fan of dental visits. Dr. Keynton has made the process of having some cavities filled a painless process and she’s really good at what she does. She’s friendly and personable and I trust her implicitly when it comes to my dental hygiene. She has successfully cleaned out and repaired some cavities that I was certain would end in a root canal, but she got the job done and avoided exposing the root entirely. I also recently had a bridge from a previous dentist that fell off and they were able to fit me in same day because someone cancelled. Despite my concerns that the underlying teeth looked awful and that they would need cleaning and repair, Dr. K assured me that they actually looked really good and she was able to re-seat the crown with minimal discomfort. If you’re looking for a new dental practice for whatever reason, give Sterling Virginia Smiles a shot. You won’t be disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Hubbard was very thorough and provided excellent treatment. It was a very great experience, I would recommend Dr Hubbard to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: Great dental hygienist and Dr. Hubbard is an excellent dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Hubbard and her team.

Experiencia fantástica: Super friendly, no long wait when you have an appointment, do great work too. So glad I switched up my dentist to go to Sterling Smiles, I actually look forward to it!

Experiencia fantástica: Went in for the first time on Tuesday June 25th. I did exams, a cleaning, and finally got my chipped tooth filled. I was seen by Dr. keynton and Dr. Hubbard. They were very polite, personable, and transparent. Have to love that from a dentist. Ashton the office Manager was awesome and helped me with scheduling my next appointment. If you live, work, in the Loudoun, Fairfax area I’d give them a shot!

Experiencia fantástica: Sterling Virginia Smiles has an outstanding team, and I highly recommend this location. Dr. Keynton is wonderful, as are the hygienists and the entire office staff—friendly, professional, and attentive. I recently had two visits here: the first for a cleaning, and the second for a filling. My hygienist took the time to be thorough, leaving my teeth feeling truly refreshed. For the filling, Dr. Keynton was extremely patient, ensuring I was comfortable the entire time. The procedure was quick, smooth, and far less stressful than I anticipated. As someone who usually feels uneasy in the dentist’s chair, I can honestly say that both experiences exceeded my expectations. I’m grateful to have found a dental team that makes me feel so well cared for.

Experiencia fantástica: Great attention to detail and professionalism. Sabrina's hygienist's and communication skills are exceptional.

Experiencia fantástica: My family has been visiting Dr Rachel Hubbard for 10+ years, and have always been pleased with the quality of care, whether it be a routine cleaning or fillings. The receptionist/front-desk always welcomes with a smile and is pleasant to interact with. The hygienist have a good balance of thoroughness and expediency…like who enjoys a teeth cleaning!? They also aren’t overly chatty, and seem to always feed my mood well. Dr Hubbard is awesome, makes visiting the dentist worthwhile, easy to relate with and personable. During dental repairs has done excellent work. Her exams are thorough and had good advice on improving dental and overall health. New and modern offices in ~2023. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Experiencia fantástica: Not your average dental office! It was a great first visit and I’m glad that my family will be served here— it was so great, it made me smile in a lot of ways!

Experiencia fantástica: Have always loved coming to Dr Herbst and now Dr Hubbard! They take great care of me, hygienists are always nice (and let you know when they’re going to switch tools and if something will be loud). I’m obsessed with their new space…it is so peaceful and chic!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service, I’m glad I chose this place for my new dentist! I had my first appointment here today after two years without going to any dentist, for various job and insurance related reasons. The entire process was smooth, easy, and every member of the staff was friendly and professional. Their online new patient form was extremely easy to fill out on my tablet, and their reminder system was diligent without sending so many messages as to be annoying. The appointment itself was pain-free, and they explained all steps of the process as they worked, what they had found, and what the next steps will be.

Experiencia fantástica: I was looking for a Dentist that was familiar with TMJ disorder and offered BOTOX injections. I found her! Dr. Hubbard was fantastic. She is thorough, caring, and friendly. Unfortunately I do not remember the names of the support staff but they were also friendly and added to my positive first experience.
