Experiencia fantástica: Always professional kind that I felt very comfortable with the entire staff. I had a crown put on my tooth a few years ago, and it broke. And so I went into the office to have a new one, put on the correct way, because the first one was improperly done by another dentistry office. And even though I felt like my situation was helpless and that I would never be able to have a crown. Put on my tooth. I was proven to be wrong. I had a temporary crown put on, and in about two weeks later, my permanent was on, and it feels better than my royalty job. Well done. Thank you for the support team, and I look forward to my next

They never push for other services if it is not something absolutely necessary. I am about to start my Invisalign with them and I am excited for the process and the cheap price. Highly recommend. Update 6/15/2026: I had an emergency situation happen where I needed a chipped tooth fixed and they were able to get me in very quickly and fix what needed to be done!

I was incredibly stressed, but Dr. Kianpour and Dr. Partovi completely saved the day. ​They truly went above and beyond, listening to my concerns with genuine empathy and communicating a clear plan to restore my smile. Not only did Dr. Partovi perfectly fix the existing damage, but she also took the time to address my broader dental needs with the utmost care. ​Both doctors are exceptionally skilled, meticulous, and incredibly kind. He was very friendly and excellent. The Tech Shanti took care of me initially taking X-Rays/Scan, setting up everything before the procedure and advised me after the procedure what I should do. The Admin Assistant Yolanda was very helpful, giving me the necessary papers including the prescription. Overall I was very pleased.

Experiencia negativa: Save your time and money and don't waste it with Dr. Kianpour. I went there for dentures and after the first attempt, the dentures did not fit at all and after he had collected all the money from me and insurance, he said he couldn't help me and sent me to deal with the lab directly. After 11 months of waiting and back and forth with the lab, I lost over 16 lbs from not being able to eat and he made no effort to help resolve the issue. I expressed my concerns and he told me not to go back to his office, insulted me in front of the insurance agent and did not refund me or the insurance. After over a year, now I have to start from scratch and pay in full to another dentist out of pocket. Overall, he was very unprofessional, rude, and clearly not good at his job because he couldn't provide basic dentures.

Dr. Kianpour was amazing explaining everything in detail. He suggested the best way to handle my son’s dental care is to do a deep cleaning first. Then we can see about straightening his teeth with Invisalign. I felt very comfortable and upon leaving they explained all the costs and how much my Insurance would pay and what amount is my responsibility. It was a turn key process. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Kianpour is very patient, gentle, and an amazing doctor. My crown had fallen off during a trip, my teeth had moved since it was 6 days ago between my loss of crown and visiting him. He did not suggest for me to get a new crown because it was an old crown and it didn’t fit well, he spent a while cleaning and adjusting the crown itself to make a benefit. Other dentists would have told me to get a new crown as it is old and does fit. He is a very honest and caring dentist. His wife also practices with him, they are now my dentists in VA. They are a one stop shop for all dental needs from root canal’s to veneers and cleaning. They have many qualifications between them both. They are thorough and detailed. The atmosphere of the office is always great and husband wife are always laughing and smiling. I look forward to my cleanings!

I was very impressed in my visit with the advanced imaging systems they had, the friendliness of the staff, and the professionalism of all of them. Dr. Kianpour took his time to explain to me what the images were showing and why he was suggesting particular interventions. He did the cleaning himself, with the technician assisting. He fully answered all of my questions and we agreed on a plan going forward. There is nothing that I would have changed or anything I can think of that would have made the visit better. It was quite amazing.

The admin and dental hygienist and dental assistant are all exceptional. The office sees me promptly each visit. I always see the same receptionist/office manager, who has been with the practice many years. She handles insurance, billing and appointments efficiently and professionally. I highly recommend this practice!!

Experiencia negativa: I am not happy with Dr Kianpour at all, for basic extraction of my tooth #2 he took almost one and a half hours mees around with it. He wanted to do bone graft after extraction of my maxillary tooth. Before he makes a collagen plug into canal, he cleaned the canal with high air pressure on soft sinus tissue which caused sinus perforation my sinus exposed and I felt fluid drainage through my nasal. sutures were very poor, Bone graft failed. I was raised my mouth I felt drainage going through my nose, I left a message for him about this matter he said this matter it's above of his knowledge and practice. His patient ledger and Clinical note dose not match with my records. I am not recommending him for any implant, bone graft or any dental surgery. Reception attitude is not professional.

Experiencia fantástica: I took my 86 year old mother to see Dr. Kianpour. She had to have 7 teeth extractions, which was very scary, especially for a person on blood thinner medication. She was absolutely frightened by the thought and very hesitant to go through with the procedure. From the very beginning Dr. Kianpour put her at ease. He was very gentle and caring. Using the latest technology and with great skills, he extracted all 7 teeth in one session without any bleeding. That was amazing. We can not thank Dr. Kianpour and his great staff enough. I would whole-heartedly recommend Dr. Kianpour to anyone.

Experiencia negativa: Disgrace to the family of dentist and family of doctors I encourage all people reading and trying to go to this palace think 2-3 times especially since they are not the worst people in sterling/dmv area they use vulgar language to little kids and then abuse the amendments and right of citizens calling them immigrants. I encourage people especially us citizens to think twice before going here.

Experiencia negativa: We went as a family of 4 to this dentistry and in the beginning they performed on all of the teeth for “cavities”. After the cavities more problems arose which resulted in multiple root canals. We were called for several appointments for extra x-rays and a lot of unnecessary treatment which did not result in good. We use insurance for our dentist care, and they performed a procedure without letting us know the cost which the insurance did not cover. They demand the payment as they claim they have already “done” the procedure, which was done blindly from the patients eyes. The worst part is the doctors behaviour, which is beyond comprehendible. If the doctor said you need a procedure then that’s the end of the conversation, no question needs to be asked. The procedures seem extreme and we as patient asked why we need it as we have perfectly fine teeth, but the doctor behaves rudely and demands why you are asking questions. If you are planning on going to this dentist then be prepared for rude behaviour as they pick the patients they want to be nice to.

Dr. Kianpour and his team were excellent with explaining on teeth management and with state of art technology used.
