Arden Premier Dentistry

Experiencia fantástica: There have been many changes at this office over the last few years, and this last change is definitely for the better! I can't say enough good things about Arden Premier Dentistry . The entire team is kind, caring, compassionate, and fun! Yes—fun! They are truly changing the perception of dentistry. Dr. Anna explained everything in detail, gave me options, and allowed me to make informed decisions about my own health. She understands that this is my body, and the team understands that I am not just a mouth with teeth! All of the staff are welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. Skylar, Witley, Rachael, Crystal, and Dr. Anna are the best of the best!

Experiencia fantástica: Best dentist and staff in Asheville area. Professional yet friendly and so accomodating to individual needs. Even will meet you on a weekend if an emergency. Pricing is fair and service beyond any other place I've been to. Ten Stars

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Crumley and her staff are amazing ! They are always welcoming, kind, supportive, professional and knowledgeable. They accommodate your schedule and are available even in off hours.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely wonderful experience. Entire staff was amazing. Want to mention all of them. Whitley, Skylar, Dr Crumely, Rachel, and Crystal were so helpful and accommodating. I have been looking for a dentist in Asheville area and found it. Great office ambience and so professional. If you are looking for a Professional Dentist whose staff is Awesome and caring. give them a call!!!

Experiencia negativa: Called to get their rate for a standard new patient appt. Would not give me a price point and told me they could the day of the appointment! What is happening with dentists these days? Appears deceptive. For All I know they could be judging people by what they wear and the color of their skin with how secretive they are about their pricing. Do better!

Experiencia fantástica: I truly appreciate the entire staff at Arden Premier. I don't have the best teeth, but I appreciate how Crystal and Madison pay attention to the details and really look out for what is best for me and my teeth. The entire staff is very pleasant and makes me feel as comfortable as I could possibly feel being inside a dentist office.

Experiencia fantástica: They fit me in for an emergency appointment during their lunch hour when i’m not even a patient there! 10/10 service

Experiencia fantástica: Crystal, as always, did a fantastic "cleaning" job! Dr. Sparks was very attentive & took the time to go over things. Best to Dr. Madison (Crumley). Again would not hesitate recommending this DDS to friends.

Experiencia fantástica: 10/10 wonderful dental practice and experience with the most professional, thorough and caring dentist, Dr Crumley and staff! Thank you!!

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional, personable, and an excellent end product. And I almost forgot, no pain.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love Arden Premier Dentistry, ESPECIALLY CRYSTAL!!! She always makes me feel so welcome and at ease!

Experiencia fantástica: Great visit and cleaning. Crystal was great 10 out of 10

Experiencia fantástica: Crystal is the best hygienist, make sure you ask for her

Experiencia fantástica: Been coming here for a year now. Very pleased from the front to the back. Crystal was helpful in answering any and all questions I had. Great music selection too!

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: This sign was a nice welcome when I walked in for my appointment. Skylar, at the front desk, was friendly and helpful. My hygienist, Crystal, was very professional, friendly and thorough. Dr Crumley was very personable and more thorough than any dentist I’ve been to and I’ve seen a lot!

Experiencia fantástica: BDE. Best Dentist Ever.

Experiencia negativa: I don't want all my molars pulled! Yes, I DO use them to chew!

Experiencia fantástica: Crystal was outstanding today as my dental hygentis!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Not sure what happened to my initial review but I am happy to write another!! Tooth pain is NEVER a viable option for anything positive but Rachael(spelling?), Dr Madison and the ENTIRE Staff exude so much joy and Positivity that the angry nerves don’t stand a chance ruining the day! THANK YOU ALL for being AWESOME! I had two fillings and a crown(temporary) a couple of weeks ago, returning today for the permanent crown installation. Along the way, frequent days of pain became the norm. Long story short, these Professionals have me happy and feeling GRRRRRREAT! Oh…the only thing missing from this Environment is (see photo).

Experiencia fantástica: Great

Experiencia fantástica: This is the place to go for whatever dental needs you may have. Crystal did my cleaning today as she usually does. She did a great job as always.

Experiencia fantástica: Great dental site. The staff were pleasant & professional. The dental exam was the most comprehensive that I have ever had. I would strongly recommend this dental provider to others.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely best dentist practice around. My dental hygienist, Krystal, is awesome.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent. I am extremely satisfied with the service and treatment I received from everyone. They rate 1000 plus

Experiencia fantástica: Loved my first experience with Arden Premier Dentistry! The team is competent, dynamic and lively with a friendly atmosphere.

Experiencia fantástica: Just recently relocated to Asheville and had my first appointment here! I can’t say enough about this practice! I received such a warm welcome upon arrival and the Doctor and her staff were so kind and amazing! They listened to my concerns and addressed everyone! My cleaning was awesome and my overall experience was perfect! So happy I found them! I highly recommend this office for anyone who needs a dentist!!! April Alexander

Experiencia fantástica: Love this Dentist. Caring friendly

Experiencia fantástica: What a pleasant experience with hygienist Crystal! I also learned a lot about brushing and picked up a new electric toothbrush at a great price! And my teeth feel and look amazing!! Thank you!!

Experiencia fantástica: Super good cleaning and exam. Crystal was very thorough. Dr. Madison was very thorough with the exam as well as informative. Staff was efficient and personable. I highly recommend Arden Premier Dentristy.

Experiencia fantástica: Arden Premier Dentistry is great! I moved here recently and found great reviews already about them so I figured I give them a shot. I’m glad I did. I had my teeth cleaning today with Crystal and she couldn’t have been nicer or more personable. The staff along with Dr Crumley fixed my dental implant as well. Amazing staff! Can’t recommend this place more!

Experiencia fantástica: By far the best experience I've ever had going to the dentist, which isn't always a persons favorite place to go. However, the front office treats you like family and being seen by Crystal, my Dental Hygienists, is more like hanging out with a friend. She's caring, friendly and makes the whole experience so much smoother. I highly recommend making this practice your go-to if you have the chance!

Experiencia fantástica: This is about as good as it gets. Really nice people, cleanoffice,do an excellent job at cleaning teeth no pain. The Dentist is very nice. On first Day I already feel like part of the family. I love it,

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to Arden Premier for a couple years now. I enjoy the staff and dentist - very friendly. The dental hygienist, Crystal, is very kind and gentle on my sensitive teeth. She’s knowledgable and answers all my curious dental questions!

Experiencia fantástica: Great job! I am a new customer for life after a wonderful first cleaning with Crystal.

Experiencia fantástica: Arden Premier Dental has been my dentist since relocating to the area 3 years ago. Crystal is a fantastic hygienist and Madison is a very personable DDS.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing staff!! Crystal (I believe) did the absolute most amazing job cleaning my teeth and Dr.Madison is go helpful and proactive with treatments!!

Experiencia fantástica: After moving here from Florida during Covid lockdown 2020 I was searching for a dentist and drove past this office. Decided to make an appointment and so glad I did. 4 years later I’m still going here. I love the whole staff. Crystal is the greatest, so gentle.

Experiencia fantástica: Crystal does an amazing job!!

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely despise going to the dentist. For years I have pushed it off just because when I do go its usually bad news. I was in the office yesterday! I have never felt more comfortable in a dentist office! I had Crystal for my Hygienist! She was extremely gentle and kind with me knowing i was super nervous! Very kind and very informative! Would highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: This team is amazing!! Very thorough and knowledgeable! They work very hard to make your experience at the dentist the best! Dr.Madison makes things easy and Angie is a hoot!! They are awesome!! Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Truly the nicest & most compassionate dentist and hygenists I've ever worked with.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly office. Very thorough! I have absolute confidence in my hygienist, Crystal, and Dr Madison.

Experiencia fantástica: Angie was a delight to speak with while getting ready for a filling. Great service, all the staff are cheerful and friendly!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr.Crumley is the best dentist in buncombe county. She is very good at what she does and has my upmost respect for how good of quality work she has. Highly recommend

Experiencia fantástica: Love Dr. Madison Crumley and staff! She is so good with my child.

Experiencia fantástica: Best dentist office in Asheville! Everyone there makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. It took me years to find a dentist I was comfortable with and I’m so happy I found this place!

Experiencia fantástica: Always quick and friendly service.

Experiencia fantástica: Hi, I just needed to post this before I leave the parking lot of Arden Premier Dentistry… let me just say this was the BEST experience I have ever had. I came to do a root canal on my #7 (front tooth second to the right if you’re looking in a mirrior OR second to the left if you’re looking at a person) for better reference to those who aren’t into dentition. I have had a prior root canal a couple years ago from a softball to the face and the prior office did not care to make sure I was comfortable. However, Dr. Madison Crumley and the assistant (I think Alicia from what I could see on her face shield) were phenomenal. I came in to a warm welcoming I checked in by Miss Skylar Then seated to beautiful 90s music playing. Dr. Madison Crumley sang her way as she numbed me with some Anesthetic. I did not feel a thing the entirety of my treatment. I will be coming back for my crown placement. So if you’re looking for a Dentist this is it! Love you all at Arden Premier Dentistry! So thank you again ! Happy Holidays ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Crumley is the best. The most fun you can have at the dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: I couldn't be more pleased with my first visit. Every aspect of this dentistry is top notch.

Experiencia fantástica: All of the staff were professional, helpful and welcoming ; culminating with an instructive discussion of your dental needs by DDS.. Hickman. Supporting staff exhibited a strong "patient first" attitude.

Experiencia fantástica: They listen to what I needed to have done. They all were very nice and willing to work with me on my dental issues. Everyone is very helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff was so kind and personable. Highly recommend. Especially for someone who was very nervous about the dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Such an amazing experience! Best cleaning I have ever had, and Dr. Madison is the sweetest!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Arden Premier Dentistry since I moved here in 2019. The front desk is always friendly and helpful. But my favorite person is my hygienist Crystal Stroup. She is so professional and always explains her procedures. She is also very personable. I just recommended to my neighbor she should go to this office just for Crystal. The dentists have changed since I’ve been going there but Crystal is my constant.

Experiencia fantástica: I needed a dentist ASAP due to an intense toothache. They were able to fit me in at Arden Premier and gave a thorough exam, including a high tech camera,.and X-rayed the problem area. The staff was so friendly and competent. They explained options I had for treatment given that I have a primary dentist in Hilton Head. Doctor Crumley was great she is very knowledgeable and compassionate. My toothache was resolved and I have made Arden Premier my dentist while we reside in Asheville.

Experiencia fantástica: Proficient, Professional, Prompt, and Friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Crumley is undoubtedly the finest dentist I have had in my 71yrs.! She is so gentle& compassionate, And most important of course she is highly skilled & knowledgeable about the latest techniques & technologies. I recommend her to everyone!

Experiencia fantástica: Great Experience! Staff are super nice and friendly. They listen and are attentive to your needs/concerns. Highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: Ladies at check in were very nice and pleasant. Very efficient. I didn't have to wait long at all to go back. Gini did my cleaning and she is awesome!! Very nice and personable. Remembered me from last 6 months. I met Dr. Hickman and he was very thorough. Showed me pics of teeth that could potentially give me problems in the future. At checkout I didn't wait at all. There was someone checking out and Valerie told me to come to front window and she would check me out. Very good appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend this dental practice. Even though this is now the 4th dentist at this practice since I began going here 7 years ago. I've been very satisfied with all the care I've received from each one. Staff is friendly, cleaning and exams are thorough. So glad the hygienist stayed!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great visit. The front office staff got me checked in quickly and were so polite and kind. Angie had me laughing and at ease, took the time to explain what she was doing. She also told hilarious jokes! Dr Crumley was so kind and took her time showing me what she was seeing when she was looking at my X-rays, and took the time to explain what certain numbers meant as she called them out. For someone who never enjoyed going to the dentist, I can truthfully say I loved my appointment. Thank you Arden Premier Dentistry!!

Experiencia fantástica: Super friendly staff and the cost was not outrageous

Experiencia fantástica: Dr.Madison is friendly, smart and thorough in performing dentistry. Crystal, the hygienist, is kind hearted and was quick to come up with a plan to improve my receding gums. Valerie and Marilyn keep things running smoothly. I love these people!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff, tecnicians and doctor were all very professional, couteous and helpful. I would consider using Arden Premier Denistry as my primary dental provider even thought they are not a network member of the dental insurance I carry.

Experiencia fantástica: Best Dentistry office in Asheville! Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: In March 2023 they prepared a tooth for a crown. I did not notice the temporary, best temp ever. Today the crown was set and the experience was relaxing and all went smoothly. Relaxing. Easy to talk with dental team. Thorough!!! Mark

Experiencia fantástica: So glad I found this dentist, all of the staff are incredibly nice and understanding. Didn’t make me feel insecure about the neglect towards my teeth but were still very informative. Thank you guys again !

Experiencia positiva: Really didn't know much about this practice -- but I read reviews and they were positive. I previously had a bad experience with my former dentist -- not the dentist but the surprise charges that came from the front office. Arden Premier was compassionate and did not push me into any procedures. They explained everything and were thorough. The front office was great as well! I will continue to have dental work completed at this office.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone there was friendly and professional and made the visit very comfortable. I don't really like going to the dentist, but it was honestly one of the better experiences I've ever had at one. Would highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Crumley is an exceptional addition to Arden's staff. She cares about the client and is well versed on modern dental practices. After going to the same dentist for 15 years, I didn't realize there were so many improvements in Dentistry. I like my new dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: everyone so nice! and efficient!

Experiencia fantástica: Do not hesitate to try Arden Premier Dentistry, everyone in the practice is kind and professional! They will work with you every step of the way to achieve your dental health! Dr. Hickman takes great pride in his work and is an exceptional dentist! Thank you all for making me want to smile again!

Experiencia negativa: We found Arden Premier Dentistry by using our insurance company's in-network directory. After my husband's first visit we were told that they are no longer in-network and we had to pay much more for the service provided. Come to find out, our insurance coverage is the same for out-of-network dentists. Amongst other billing mistakes, plus the humiliation and shaming experienced by the dentist in this office- it was an overall horrific experience. I would avoid this practice if you can.

Experiencia fantástica: I felt confidence when going to see Dr. Meinhold and her staff. Dr. Planer who has taken over for the now retired Meinhold has retained the staff and has brought with her broad experience that has energized the practice. I felt an immediate confidence during my first her and have since needed a crown and a replacement night guard which has further validated that confidence. All in all a wonderful transition.(2017) The torch was recently passed to Dustin Hickman who has proven to be a worthy successor. I have had three encounters - crown for an implant, fillings for front teeth, and cleaning/consultation earlier this week. He and his staff have been excellent - from front desk to hygienist to assistant. He has roots in this area and I look forward to him continuing as my dentist for many years to come. (4/16/2021) Most recent visit, June 7, 2022, was excellent as usual - both front desk and procedure.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Hickman is a very good patient focused dentist, one of the best i've ever known. The staff is very friendly and customer focused as well, I love them all. I will not hesitate to recommend Arden Premier Denistry to my family and friends .

Experiencia negativa: Did not enjoy my experience at this practice. Called to make a cleaning appointment as a new patient, and was advised that I have to make two appointments: one for an exam to know what kind of cleaning I needed, and one for the cleaning. I had never heard of this two-visit approach before, and I also explained that it was an hour round trip, and that I wasn’t going to be in town long to come back a second time. Although I moved forward with scheduling just the exam, I called back after reconsidering and was able to make an appointment for a cleaning. When I arrived, the hygienist was out, no one called to let me know. So I just had the exam, which, determined that I needed a deep cleaning. I took time off work to squeeze in a the second trip. Although it was a ‘deep’ clean, the entire process took 30 minutes, at most. All told it was $170, after insurance. Two stars because hygienist was top notch! Would not recommend the practice however.

Experiencia fantástica: I was so happy when they called me back the same day to say they could see me that afternoon. The staff and the dentist were wonderful. I will definitely return to them for more work.

Experiencia fantástica: I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This is the best dental service I have ever had in the U.S. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, starting from the front desk service to the moment I walked out of the door, I can see how great Dr. Hickman leads this professional team. They are doing a more wonderful job than what they say on their website. All the staff are creating a comfortable and client-oriented environment. Dr. Hickman is very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything I needed to know and did a fantastic dental job very efficiently and professionally. His assistant Melissa was also very nice and professional. She kept trying to create a caring and relaxing environment to help me feel not that nervous. As an Asian, I understand that maybe it is a little bit hard for us to find a totally satisfactory dental service because of the cultural and language differences. I have had some less than ideal dental experiences in the U.S. in the past, but a good listener and a caring and professional team can provide high quality dental service for anyone no matter which race you may be. If you are looking for a high standard and quality dental service, I highly recommend this place. Once again, thanks Dr. Hickman and your great team for doing such an amazing job.

Experiencia fantástica: The hygienist was very pleasant and kept the scrapping to a minimum pain level. The dentist was very informative, friendly, and relaxed. Definitely a place I will gladly spend my visits!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff at Arden Premier were very friendly and accommodating. They are transparent and professional. I never felt like I was being pushed to get unnecessary services like I have before at other Dentist office. They are great with my entire family and I'm so happy I found this place.

Experiencia negativa: Terribly unhappy. I had a small chip on my molar and the dentist assured me he could just shave a little off to smoothen it. He said it would take a couple of seconds and have no repercussions. I agreed since the chip was slightly sharp to my tongue. After he shaved off my tooth he said the molar was extremely cavity prone now and it required a filling. I had gotten an xray before he shaved my tooth, so he should've known if I would need a filling regardless. All of this and then I had to pay out of pocket even though the front desk said insurance would cover it. Terrible dentist don't come here

Experiencia negativa: I am very unsatisfied with my recent experiences at this dental office. I’ve been going here for 2 years and have had 3 different dentists, very inconsistent. Never left feeling like it was outstanding service either. The last cleaning I had was an absolute joke by Maria. She got the toothpaste in my hair and kept spraying my face. I thought it was her first cleaning ever and it felt so rushed being scheduled as the last appt. Then I scheduled to have two fillings done within two weeks following that cleaning. Maria was the hygienist again and she was shoving a mouthpiece in my mouth right at the start of the appt. I started to feel the corner of my lip starting to burn as I’m paying $100 for the two fillings. I go to my car, take my mask off & wiped off skin… I go back inside to let the dentist know that my face was burning and I did not know why. He put vasoline on it, apologized a lot, and kept saying “thank you for being so understanding.” He even added that I may have sensitive skin… it was an acid burn from a product he was using. I had a headache all weekend following the fillings due to my bite being slightly off and readjusting. I contacted the office to ask for compensation for the recent events and having my bite fixed. They did not offer me any compensation and when he filed down my fillings he told me that the acid burn was “healing well” & that it happens all the time. I will not be returning nor recommend this place to anybody.

Experiencia fantástica: Great service, super kind staff, dentist took a lot of time to make sure I understood everything. Pricing was transparent and very competitive. I plan to have all future work done here.

Experiencia fantástica: I have never been afraid of much with the exception of (as most people) Dental procedures. I guess this stems back to old barbaric practices as a child. Let me be the first to say I feel great to have overcome this, the entire staff at Arden Premier Dentistry with there calming and caring professional care and basically pain free procedures are the best. I won't say I look forward to continued treatment but I can say I will no longer have that fear. I know I'm in great hands. This team really puts the patients concerns first. Thank you so much for your advise, recommendations and follow-ups.

Experiencia fantástica: Arden premier has always met my dental expectations. I definitely recommend this dentistry.

Experiencia fantástica: I am pleased with the care and great dental service and treatments that I receive from Arden Premier. Have been a patient for many years. Very satisfied.

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice Very helpful Very clean

Experiencia fantástica: Gini cleaned my teeth and did a wonderful job even after the whole Covid year of no cleaning.❤ Dr. Hickman was so pleasant and helpful. Thanks Arden Pemier Dentistry!

Experiencia positiva: The office staff and hygienist are amazing. They are kind and helpful, and took time to explain my insurance and the treatments that I needed. The office received a 3 star only because they balanced the Dr. He was condescending, rude and argued with me (the patient) about his credentials versus my specialist over a condition that I have. I'm surprised anyone else can fit in the room with his ego. The Dr that was there until March 2020 was amazing - this new guy not so much.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent office. We recently moved from the South Florida area and needed a new dentist. We chose this office by chance and I’m so glad we did. The staff are so friendly and caring. Dr Hickman is fantastic. My husband and I have pretty bad teeth and I have never felt more comfortable. Never once did he shame me or make me feel bad. I highly recommend this office.

Experiencia fantástica: From the time I arrived to the time I left. Everyone was so nice and professional. The ladies upfront made sure I had all I needed before I arrived. The dental hygienist, she did an amazing job in cleaning my teeth and answered all my questions. The dentist was very good and thorough about my dental care. He answered all my questions. I left feeling cared for. Keep up a great job! Thank you again!

Experiencia fantástica: Arden premier is reliable and Dr. Hickman is clearly knowledgeable with fair treatment plans. Highly recommended for all your dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: I always get good service from Arden Premier, their staff is friendly and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a client for premier dentistry for 7 years and they are always professional and on time and they always give me tips to take care of my teeth and health. I highly recommend this place and their prices are very reasonable.

Experiencia fantástica: Got me in on time, the place is very clean and the staff are real nice. If you are looking for a place to get your teeth cleaned come check out Arden Premier Dentistry, you won't be disappointed.
