Experiencia fantástica: I got a lot of work done here throughout the years, including cleaning, root canals, fillings, crowns and recently wisdom tooth extraction. They are also quick to accommodate dental emergencies as well. Everyone that works here treats their patients with respect and answer any questions that you might have.

Experiencia fantástica: I was very impressed with the service I got at Renton Prime Dental. Everyone was super friendly, the equipment, the x-ray machines, were newer than any I had seen in any dental office I had gone to in the past. Also, the office atmosphere was very clean and pleasant. Dr Choi cleaned my teeth better than I ever had, and despite having a very small mouth and big teeth, Erika did a great job getting all the x-rays, something I had dreaded beforehand. Besides all that, because I was a first time patient and didn't need a deep cleaning, I only paid $115 when I would have paid over $300 at other local dentists. I've never been super thrilled after going to a dentist, but this time I was, and even called my husband to tell him about the great experience I had going to Dr Choi, and especially after seeing how white my teeth look now. I am in my seventies and my teeth stain easily but now they look like they did when I was younger. I can't say enough good things about Dr Choi and his staff. They are very conscientious and do a great job. It was the best dental experience I ever had. I'm thrilled to have found a good local dentist.

Just one concern: one staff was coughing badly when I was there, I was worried people around her May catch the cold or something. Experiencia positiva: Nice office and atmosphere but I am not satisfied with my experience here and will probably not be returning. I had not been to a dentist since I was a child for reasons I’d rather not go into. I decided to try this place since I saw all the good reviews. The first appointment went well. My dentist was fine at the time. X-rays were done and a plan was made for me. I was happy. But when I returned the second time to get half my teeth cleaned and get some fillings, I grew unhappy. The dentist I saw (won’t name him) didn’t seem to care that I was literally trembling in the dentist chair due to how anxious I was. I would have liked if they had given me a run down of what exactly they would be doing or even just say some things to help put me at ease. Instead, I just sat in the chair while various needles and scary looking tools were jammed into my mouth. The third time was more unpleasant. Again, there was no run down. And it was more uncomfortable due to the other half of my mouth being more sensitive. Also, I felt like I was being berated for not brushing and flossing well. I wanted to explain that the reason I hadn’t been doing it well was due to severe mental health problems I had been dealing with. Serious enough that I couldn’t work and had to be admitted into a program to help me be able to function normally again. But I decided not to. I didn’t feel comfortable sharing it with them. I have decided that I will not be returning. I’m going to go elsewhere for further dental work.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been with sunrise since a kid here with my parents. I had had care and definitely was apprehensive when Dr. Choi took over but I’ve been in the best hands ever. They are very transparent with charges, care and after-care plans. I was seen for a dental emergency, he took care of me instantly while attending to other customers as the only dentist with appointments going in. The whole staff is truly professional and more than it is before with Dr. Hwang- I’ve saw the flaws of care with my parents teeth as they aged and treatment was not transparent. Dr. Choi and his team are very passionate in what they do, you won’t go wrong here if you’re looking for a dentist you can trust from dental emergencies to overall dental care. They all spend time explaining things. If you’re looking for a quick in and out treatment- this might not be a good fit for you. All healthcare requires time now if you’re wanting care with passion.
