Dr. Rocky was very comprehensive and informative. Beautiful office, comfortable, friendly staff, clean and all top of line equipment. Experiencia positiva: 3 stars because Dr Monica is actually a concerned DDS and caring person. The assistant who got me started was rude and condescending. My first visit ever and last. I paid a great deal, and after looking at my receipt, I feel as if I overpaid. Just wanted to get out of there

Experiencia fantástica: I had a consultation with Dr. Monica Patel yesterday regarding a periodontal issue and the possibility of having it treated with a laser procedure, LANAP, which they offer vs.traditional gum reduction surgery recommended by my current dentist’s office. Although it turns out I am not a candidate for the LANAP procedure, Dr. Patel kindly offered me thorough and informative facts to reassure me in moving ahead with the previously recommended traditional surgery. She also took the time to discuss some cosmetic dental concerns I have had and offered additional info, advice, and options without pressing me to make any decisions or take any immediate action. Dentistry With A Woman’s Touch provided a pleasant and professional experience in a beautiful setting from the moment I arrived.

Experiencia fantástica: First off all I want to say is the second I walked in I was so welcomed with such a bubbly warm and friendly vibe from the 2 front desk girls. Waited only a few minutes. And once the girl called me in and walked to the room she as well was so conversational and so friendly and asked about me which is so rare!! This office not only helped to settle these fears and get them under control, they managed to do so in the middle of a procedure and did what they had to do for the best interest of my dental health. Thank you Dr. Patel for your empathy and for holding my hand through the worst of it. I was pleasantly surprised at the lack of pain following my 3 extractions. Calling them professionals would be an understatement, angels are at work here.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this office. I had a problem tooth for over 15 years and every time I saw a different dentist in the area they would tell me it was just a stain, or that I needed a root canal.. Apparently my problem tooth was due to an improper filling that hangs over my tooth and irritates my gum. This dentist not only identified the issue, she showed me it magnified on a screen. I really appreciated the care here. I felt that my issues were well explained and I wasn’t just rushed out the door like in my other experiences with dentists. Go here if you want a very personal, professional experience. They took a lot of time and care, answered all of my questions, educated me, and gave me a dental plan I am excited for. Very happy with my visit today.

Experiencia negativa: You better have tons of money to go here. They do not take insurance at all. I got laughed at for going through a divorce and not sharing my banking with my soon to be ex manipulator. All because they have patients that have access to their soon to be ex husband’s bank info. First of all that would be fraud if I just use anyone’s info besides my own. I will never go back. Waste of my time.

She is so nice and explained everything that I’m experiencing with my jaw so well. I found out that the right side of my teeth don’t touch when I bite down—I had no idea! Experiencia fantástica: Awesome dental practice!!! It was the best experience my husband & I have ever had at the dentist-we have family in the industry so we are picky! The office is nicely decorated, clean and they have all of the latest technology for dentistry including Invisalign. Every staff member was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. It was refreshing to see everyone there looking happy at their job!! Super professional & well skilled within their roles. Lauren did an amazing job cleaning our teeth and Dr. Monica provided excellent guidance on a dental treatment for both of us to keep our teeth healthy. They even gave us amazing swag bags - I don’t mean a toothbrush & floss only but a legit stainless steel thermos!!! Love the practice and highly recommend!!

Experiencia negativa: WHEN YOU WALK INTO A OFFICE THAT IS EMPTY THAT'S A FIRST BAD SIGN, SECONDLY HAD 2 EXTRACTIONS SHE DID NOT LEAVE THE NUMBING GEL ON LONG ENOUGH SO THE NEEDLES WERE VERY VERY PAINFUL. AFTER THE TEETH WERE PULLED I WENT HOME AND WAS IN SO MUCH PAIN BECAUSE SHE WAS SO ROUGH THAT IT CAUSED VERY BAD BRUSING. NOW I HAVE HAD SEVERAL EXTRACTIONS BEFORE NY NOTH ORAL SURGEONS AND REGULAR DENTISTS AND NEVER EMNDURED THIS MUCH PAIN WHICH LASTED FOR ALMOST 2 WEEKS, I HAD SO MUCH TROUBLE EATING WITH THE PAIN AND THEN I GET CHARGED $550.00 I DID NOT EVEN HAVE TO PAY THIS MUCH MONEY TO MY ORAL SURGEON!!!

I’m so grateful I found Dr. Monica and all the gals there (shoutout to Lauren and Mel ) As an out-of-pocket patient, i was able to get upfront options on pricing structures.
