Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly staff, Brandy is always friendly polite and thorough. No hygienist today so I had the privilege of Dr, Yun completing my exam and cleaning. What a treat. I love the staff at this location.

Experiencia fantástica: Great excellent nurse was very patient with me and careful

Experiencia fantástica: The reception ladies are wonderful, competent, cheery and welcoming. My hygienist was new to me. She was excellent: precise, thorough, communicative, but most of all, was consistently attentive to any pain or discomfort I might be feeling. When I jerked slightly in a sensitive area, she used a gel to ease the cleaning there. It was very helpful. I appreciated her sensitivity to my discomfort. Turns out I need some extra work done. I feel very confident and comfortable with Dr Yun’s expertise to have it done by her.

Experiencia fantástica: The entire experience was right on the money! I was seen on time, treated by staff in a friendly manner and the doc & technician were pros!

Experiencia fantástica: They always do a great Job however, I couldn’t afford the price to make everything right and that will make my flight into searching for a better price since I’m retired living in a fixed income. God Bless

Experiencia negativa: This establishment was so unprofessional. I spoke to the manager Liz because I had concerns about how I had been hung up on multiple times by the same person and how they never attempted to call me back. I feel like the communication was bad and when I expressed these concerns to Liz she told me “I’m sorry but the phone works both ways.” When you are a business and you accidentally hang up on your client, I believe it’s YOUR job to try to contact them back. Just wrong. Changing dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: It was good. Everyone was great. My teeth look great!

Experiencia fantástica: I have always had a fear of the dentist, from a childhood trauma. My husband and I have tried out over 10 different practices with no luck. Each one was frustrating and honestly made us angry… until we came to Lee Dental Center on Patbooker Road, in Universal City, TX. Everyone there are very nice and caring. They have made me feel so comfortable that I don’t need my husband to come and hold my hand when I get my teeth cleaned. I highly recommend them. I told my best friend and now she goes there and loves them as much as I do. I have another friend that goes there and she feels the same way as I do. They also explain everything and will send in for approval before they do anything. They have truly been amazing and a blessing.

Experiencia fantástica: The Doc is spectacular! And the whole crew is fantastic!

Experiencia negativa: The staff is very sweet, but if you have white coat syndrome and your blood pressure spikes when you see a doctor do not go here they will deny you care. Sucks I have been going for 3 years but all of a sudden now my blood pressure is an issue even though Ive had this since I was a child and can’t control it. I am really disappointed in the clinic.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Yun at Lee Dental Centers - Universal City, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon entering the office, I was immediately greeted warmly by the receptionist and the check-in process was seamless. I was immediately at ease even though I have always dreaded going to the dentist. Everyone I came into contact with for treatment explained what would be happening concerning their part. Dr. Yun took the time to ask about my concerns and comfort level. Her approach was both professional and personable, making me feel valued as a patient. She explained the procedures ensuring I would know what to expect. I never felt like they were rushed and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The service was quick and efficient! I left the appointment feeling so much better about my teeth and the next follow up visits to come. There is a clear plan in place for my dental health moving forward. Update 9/14/2023 Just had teeth cleaned again, and had the same tech as last time, and I am still so happy I found this place. Everyone was great all the way around as well again. Lee Dental Center in Universal City is great from the check-in, all the way through everything. They make sure you feel comfortable through the whole process. So much better than my last place. Have had a cleaning, some cavities and a crown done and all excellent. On this latest visit I loved my new cleaning tech.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going here for about seven years now. The staff and service anre absolutely top-notch. No reason to look anywhere else. Highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: I can't say enough about how impressed I am with the staff and the care that I received at Lee dental. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now

Experiencia negativa: I've waited 6 mos to post a review about Sue Yun, DDS because I don't like to do things like this, but her complete lack of professionalism and care for her patients should not be ignored. I went to her, as a first time patient, with a VERY bad cavity that was causing me a lot of pain and discomfort. I also have a broken tooth from a prior root canal that doesn't give me any trouble. I'd like to fix it one day but that was obviously the least of my worries. She came into the room and said she was going to start by scheduling me an appointment so she could fix the broken tooth. I told her I was in a lot of pain and needed the cavity cared for. She disagreed and said she needed to fix the broken tooth. I told her it was a dead tooth and I planned to take care of it later down the line and I didn't want to end up in worse pain by the cavity being ignored. She got flustered and said she'd do it by scheduling both treatments at once, making the appointment multiple hours long. I left and never went back. A few days later I visited 7 to 7 Dental in which the dentist told me that if the cavity had been left just a little longer, I would have needed a root canal and that the dead broken tooth had no medically necessary reason to be fixed, only cosmetic reasons. So, beware. Jamie Pierce

Experiencia negativa: Although I must admit that this clinic has friendly staff, I'm curious about how their fees are determined in comparison to those of other dental offices. After years, I made the decision to move to Lee Dental for my primary care, but it was shocking to learn that I would have to spend about $1500 out of pocket for a cleaning. They wanted to charge my insurance almost $5,000. I've never had an insurance bill for that amount, according to my most recent claim at another dental office it was only $137, which was filed on May 5, 2023, and the claims I’ve had the years before that. I also complained of jaw pain that might be comeing from my teeth, but no medication was recommended/prescribed; all that mattered to them was how I was going to pay for my next appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: I, unfortunately, have always had issues with my teeth. I have gone to15 different dentists over the past 40 years. No one can even holds a candle to Dr Yun. She is the best!!! Thank you Dr. I also love the staff that works the Universal City office! They're awesome too! Bill T

Experiencia fantástica: I was very pleased with the staff ,at universal City Len dental. They all were very kind and considerate. And helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: Always receive first class treatment. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Experiencia negativa: Tried calling their emergency 24 hour line. The answering service person that took my call could not find one of their dentists to connect me with. He said he'd give me a call back 'in about 5 minutes' once he could find one. It's been 45 minutes and no call back. Going elsewhere.
