Experiencia fantástica: Charlotte Dentistry is a friendly, very competent group of folks who make me feel welcome, cared about and very well taken care of. We were referred to them during a difficult and painful medical crisis when dental care was also needed. They were compassionate and understanding and provided the very excellent dental care.

Experiencia positiva: I like your office. I've been coming since at least 2018, I'd say, perhaps even earlier. A couple things: the music in the waiting area is almost intrusive. It's like the speaker is too much for the space. At the other place, I could barely hear the music in the lobby and now it's too much. :-) Also there seems to be a lot of turnover of the hygienists. Since I've been coming so long, I found it nice to have the same hygienist and to get to know them, etc, but for the past couple years, it "seems" to me that I've had a different hygienist for my bi-annual visits. And some of them could be reminded that it's nice to say hello to the client and introduce yourself (especially since there IS so much turnover). I mean, if the hygienist was especially good, at times I wouldn't even know the name of the person to give them a shoutout in the review. Again, the dentists are fine and overall the office is great - just a few tweaks to the process.

Suggested work from the plan Dr. Ralph had made previously on a filling that was discolored and had a crack developing. My husband drives me for my appointments, most often an hour each way, plus. My visitation there are just so worth jt! I have an illness, Sjogren's Disease, that makes my visits important because the disease, and the dryness it causes, can make a person lose teeth! Each and every visit I feel like every person does their very best work they can to help me keep my teeth! It is the nature of the disease. Doctors Ma and Ralph do such an excellent job of hiring and keeping incredible staff members. Office staff, like Heather and Kristen, are so personable, professional, and caring!! A new staff member was so thorough as she cleaned my teeth this time, Kylie, paired with Dr Ralph, told me new techniques to try and Kylie even wrote down , what she believed , might be the perfect device to move to as I brush, and even wrote it all down for me! Every time I see Dr. Ralph, as I did this time, he is so positive and professional, personable and assuring! He explained in detail what he was doing and why. Love it! He went out of his way to take total care of even the correct bite for me, and even how those teeth in front could even be more presentable. He had to numb the front and told me techniques to help that procedure hurt less, and THEY WORKED!! ALL THESE YEARS WITH OTHER FOLKS, IN OTHER PRACTICES, AND NO ONE EVER TOLD ME OF THESE TECHNIQUES TO AVOID PAIN!! GOTTA LOVE THIS GUY!! AND THEN THERE IS DR. Experiencia fantástica: Update: Jan Feb 2025: Another amazing appointment with my dental hygienist Tracy. Two words to sum it all up: superb experience. Sometime in 2024: I went for another visit today and again, truly exceptional. I was late to my appointment and I was completely ok with rescheduling, as I know first hand how disruptive it can be when folks are late to their appointments. However, they were able to work me in with another hygienist who was really good too. I've definitely found my dental home. Dec 2023: Everyone, from the front desk staff to the dentist were amazing! I have to give an extra special shout out to my dental hygienist Makiko, she is a star! She did the best cleaning ever and gave good feedback on how to keep my gums healthy. It seems like she gets booked up fast, so you better get in asap!

This practice has moved into a beautiful state of the art new office space at 4600 Park Rd. We have been patients since 1998 and the standard of care has always been "over the top" .
