Experiencia negativa: absolutely horrible visit my son has add and the first person that took x rays was horrible to my kid as he has a gag reflex and kept coughing he was told it is not that bad and he is over reacting . later on she instructed him to watch educational dentist videos . my son was going to his last dentist back on his own without any of us had a amazing time. after this visit he would not talk for hours. i plan to come in and have a heart to heart talk with management. i get people have bad days but the lady that worked with my son first does not deserve her job

She told him everything she was doing, explained everything in detail, multiple times to him, and encouraged him through all his tears and fears. He’s doing great today with his crowns, and I am thankful for her and the staff - patient and kind through and through!

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best office i have ever walked into honestly!! Walking in the first thing you realize is how clean this place is. Then you are greeted by amazing friendly people and a awesome waiting room with so much stuff to entertain the kiddos. Heading to the back for the kids exams you realize this place is truly a team effort. So Coordinator!! As a mom of 6 to see a place that is so about your child is amazing. Also the dentist was so nice and unlike other places that have told me my child needs a fill in or a removal of a tooth i literally felt no judgement like others have made me feel. From the bottom of my heart this place has won me and my kids over and I am so thankful for this amazing dentist and staff. Finally my kids are excited for the dentist and that makes all the difference.

Experiencia negativa: I had an appointment today at 9AM took some PTO from work just to show up and the office was closed. They had a delay and opened at 10am but was never notified about it. Communication is key when running a business. Will not be returning.

Experiencia fantástica: I wish all doctors offices were this efficient and friendly. They can see all 5 of my kids in one hour, very grateful for their professional staff and compassionate care. They are great with kids nervous about coming for the first, highly recommend!

Experiencia negativa: I cannot recommend this office any less, which is a huge change from years past. We have been going to triad kids for years with our three children and the care we received for our daughter’s broken tooth today has me questioning reporting their dentist to the medical board for review because had I not asked to consult with another dentist after she told us to leave the broken tooth alone (after which she became openly hostile) our daughter would have been at risk for serious infection or worse. We were able to get her in at Fuller dental and they took amazing care of us, please don’t take your kids to triad if you care about their health and safety.

Experiencia fantástica: Receptionist were very kind, sign in process was easy and they have a gorgeous lobby. Tv, small play climbing are and tablets for the kids while waiting. Kendra took care of my oldest and she was so patient, kind, explained things in a way my kid would understand and not be scared. She offered her a blanket before a procedure. She was born to be in patient care. Dr.Sweeney was confident, informative and took great care in making sure my daughter wasn’t scared and comfortable. She kept me in the loop and got things done quickly. Everything went GREAT. Deryl has such a fun, amazing personality. She took care of my youngest along with Dr. Gonzalez. They made him laugh, be comfortable enough to get all his teeth brushed (he's 19 months) and cheered him on. Found our permanent dentist, so thankful! You ladies are THE BEST!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I've had nothing but great dental care at this office with Dr. Pickett and his assistant Michelle. He's been awesome with my daughter and thorough, from extractions and fillings it's been a good experience for her and got her teeth back on track.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff were really nice and professional. Anytime they used a machine or device that touched my son, they wiped it immediately after they were done. We did end up waiting about 30mins after the appointment time, but there were plenty of thing for the kids to do that I didn’t even notice the time past our appointment. Kids loved it!

Experiencia fantástica: I wish I had this office when I was a child. They have taken such good care of my two boys and made it so the dentist is not something to be feared. Today, one of my boys had to have a filling and a crown. We still had a positive experience and he walked away not being scared of them. They explained everything at his level and made sure his pain was controlled throughout the entire experience. Highly recommend this office! So great for kids! We moved away from the area two years ago, but I still make the 1.5 hr drive just to go here.

My sweet girl was very nervous at first! But not after Hunter took her back and was so kind and told her exactly what was going on step by step and then she was just fine :) Dr Pickett was wonderful as well! We truly appreciate the professionalism and kindness!

Experiencia negativa: Would not recommend this place if you value your personal information. They sent my son's information to someone else that was not authorized and we're sending the other person's information to us. So not only were they violating HIPAA once they were vitilating it multiple times. Called to have the situation rectified and was told that they would fix it, then immediately after the following week they did it again. When I called down there to rectify the situation I was told that they wouldn't change anything because I wasn't the custodial parent on file when I'm the only custodial parent that he lives with in the first place. Don't trust this place with your kid or your email address or any important information because it is not safe. When calling to cancel they gave a bunch of excuses instead of fixing the problem.

Experiencia fantástica: I love bringing my 3 boys here. We always have an enjoyable & fantastic visit. My youngest had an accident chasing a balloon that I allowed him to get during our visit to keep him occupied. It led to him having an accident that cause a small laceration & this amazing team came & handled it very calmly professionally & in voices of angels. They were so kind & gentle & soothing in a moment that even i was taken aback & my emotions calmed just as fast as my son's. He didn't feel pain for more than a minute & everything was cleaned & bandaged so I could take him to the er. I can promise you for absolute certain as long as my family lives here my children will grow up coming here. This truly is a great place for your children's dental needs. Thank you everyone he is fine & from the bottom of my heart you left a beautiful imprint on my family. We'll be seeing y'all soon.

Experiencia fantástica: Where do I even start? Dr Pickett and the entire team are AMAZING! They have been very thorough in providing excellent care to my granddaughter. Utilizing state of the art technology to diagnose and treat as well as taking the time to go over any issues thoroughly! Being in healthcare for over 30 yrs my assessment tends to be a bit more analytical and trust me they have checked all the boxes each time. My granddaughter has no fears any longer of going to the dentist but really looks forward to it. They also go so far above and beyond to ensure that the experience is great for the kids. From allowing them to watch a movie during their care, offering tablets while waiting for their appt (with kid appropriate games), to allowing them to choose actual prizes post visit (not just a new toothbrush!) and giving out balloons but even having a PLAYSCAPE ( Yes! An entire playscape!!) in the lobby. To have such QUALITY care that takes the time to understand the unique fears and needs of children is a total win overall! So grateful to have found this place!

Experiencia fantástica: Best pediatric dental practice ever! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, efficient, and welcoming. The space is very accommodating for little ones—spacious, clean, and filled with fantastic play structures that immediately put my kids at ease. We brought our three little girls in for their first visit, and the team went above and beyond to walk us through every procedure. They made sure we were comfortable and informed every step of the way. The experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely pleasant—something I didn’t think I’d say about a dental visit with three kids in tow! This place should be the talk of the town. It’s clear they’ve put a lot of thought into both care and comfort. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that it was our first visit—will update once we’ve had a few more experiences, but so far, hands-down the best pediatric dental experience we’ve ever had. You must visit!

Experiencia fantástica: I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRIAD KIDS DENTAL!!!! They are amazing!!! The ladies up front when you check in are nice and welcoming and there is NEVER a wait to get checked in. They have a cool little gymnasium to occupy your child while waiting (even though waiting times are never long) as well as tablets and movies playing. When you're taken back the dental assistant is very informative and welcoming and the dentist takes his time walking you through everything they are doing and any findings. They really are the best pediatric dentist we've dealt with and we've had a few between Tennessee, Asheville and here. Ohhh and can't forget that your kiddo gets a token to use in the prize machines afterwards and gets a sticker (sometimes 2) and a cute balloon.

Experiencia fantástica: It is the best Dental Office that I've ever seen for children!!! It's very clean, the Staff are very friendly with a Great disposition and very customer service oriented. The Dental Assistants are Excellent, very kind and very knowledgeable do their job well. They explain every step before they actually perform any task and make sure that you understand everything that they've gone over with you before you leave. They are very patient and gentle with each child. The Dentist are very kind and kid friendly as well. The Office decor is Awesome and offers various activities while waiting your turn such as large screen TV to watch movies, a separate play area for toddlers, they have tablets for kids to use and offer a separate space for older kids to use personal pcs or phones. Every child that I have seen leave do so smiling and happy!!! I wish I could a doctors office as nice as this!! It's worth the trip!!!

I have 8 kids and never worry about a bad time there because they always have something kid friendly. The cartoon set ups above each chair. The “gumball” machine with age appropriate toys..balloons ..stickers and an indoor play place with tablets! There’s always a Disney movie playing in the family room. It’s just perfect!!! The conversation is always so friendly and welcoming, not only with the kids but with the parents too. We moved from Indiana 3 years ago and I was so worried about finding the kids a good dentist, but after we walked through these doors 3 years ago, we never looked back!

Experiencia fantástica: Growing up I always hated the dentist. The smell, the chairs! The doctor like setting and feeling you get upon arrival. You just knew it was bad. At triad dental I felt none of those things. It looks like a fun house, an arcade! The staff is very nice and professional. Leslie was a great first impression. She made my daughter laugh and smile. She didn’t force a toothbrush down her mouth like most dental places would. She was patient and understanding. Dr.pickett was super patient as well and very helpful. My daughter was a bit fussy, as all babies usually are. But they both were so nice and reassuring. Looking forward to many more appointments.

Experiencia negativa: Completely disappointed by this clinic. After having a pit in my stomach that my kids teeth were not being evaluated correctly we got a second opinion. The whole appointment at the new dentist was completely different. They counted teeth suggested preventive care and they also explained one of my kiddos had a defect and if treated earlier further damage could have been slowed or prevented. Now in a long haul and having to spend more money to prevent further damage. This was Triad's second chance and will never recommend this clinic to a family member or friend. See a pediatric certified dentist. We know better now. Triad will rush through appointments, look brush and floride paste the teeth and on the way you go. Never once was prevention offered or explained other than brush and floss.

Experiencia negativa: My children have been patients at this facility for years. Very nice setup and friendly setting for children. My only issue with this particular location is scheduling. My son has a dental emergency and Triad gave us the only option to be seen in 4months is absurd! My child should not have to suffer and wait because he had one rescheduled appointment prior to this. I’m dissatisfied but I still give 5 stars to the establishment and 2 stars for scheduling. Triad Dental I understand your care for the community but moving forward here’s a suggestion how about trying to be more realistic in scheduling and show more urgency and care for longtime patients.

The dental assistant we had helping us today was so friendly and great with her, and Dr. Pickett was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions so that I felt good about moving forward with her treatment.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the Disneyland of dentists. All three of our kids love it and get excited to go to the dentist. Though highly catered towards the child’s experience they do not skimp on the medical part of the visit either. Staff make sure you know what is going on with your child and give you an opportunity to ask questions. They also accommodate all our 3 children at the same appointment time which is a true game changer!

Experiencia fantástica: We’ve been coming to Triad for a couple of years. My 14 year old loves going! Everyone is kind and knowledgeable and he loves the treats he receives at the end of each visit! This location is perfect for us where I’m not rushing and the time frame for arrival is perfect!! I will keep him until 21 and if I could there after!!

They go above and beyond to make sure that your kids are comfortable, very clean and friendly office, and they have so many things in place like a play place where kids can play before their appointment, tablets they can use, prizes at the end and also a monthly raffle that the kids can enter to win a gift card. My children 10,7,4 were terrified but they feel so comfortable here. Everything is explained clearly and concise. The best dentist in Burlington hands down!!

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter's first dentist appointment was today and holy cow this is WAY different than I remember the dentist office being when I was a kid Jungle gyms, tablets to play games on, Disney channel on all the tvs on the ceiling so when the kids lay back to get their teeth cleaned they can watch Disney, and she got to pick her own balloon on the way out the door. The staff was incredible and we were in and out quickly. I'm very glad I chose this place her her first dentist appointment .

Perhaps it's because they receive a toy, sticker, and balloon after each visit. I appreciate how they accommodate all three of my kids at once. Since relocating to North Carolina, encountering establishments where everyone is consistently friendly and welcoming, regardless of the time or day, has been exceedingly rare. The staff are exceptionally kind, and the dentist is wonderful too. I admire their straightforward approach, ensuring that we understand what's happening, and prioritizing the children's comfort. I wish more places would adopt their exemplary customer service skills. The clinic is always impeccably clean and has a pleasant scent, and the overall experience and quality of care are outstanding—undoubtedly a 10/10. As long as they continue to care for my kids, I won't consider going elsewhere.
