Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Troutman and his team are fantastic. They helped me understand things going on with my teeth in ways no other dentist had, in my 40+ years of going to the dentist. Experiencia fantástica: "I've been going to this dental office for a few years now, and I no longer suffer from dental anxiety attacks. Their sensory safe lobby room and exam rooms really helped me break away from the past dental anxiety attacks I've had in the past several years. I always look forward to taking my noise canceling headphones, listen to my music, and chill in the dental chair while I get my dental hygienist cleans my teeth and Dr. Cole gives me my teeth exam."

Experiencia fantástica: Was with my old dentist for 20yrs until he retired, needed to find a new dentist I trusted. Not an easy task since I really don't like dentists. Dr. Troutman was local and I like to support local business. I had heard good things about the practice too. Turned out all of it was true and then some! What great, knowledgeable, professional people in the practice. I mean everyone is very courteous. I'm not fond of waiting at an appointment either. Well they are on it for timing. I maybe waited 10/15min, and that was because I was early for my appointment, not on them. The service is top notch. My first appointment in 4yrs at the dentist and it couldn't have been better. The exam was thorough, Dr. Troutman took time to talk and explain things. I needed a cleaning of course, and that was scheduled very quickly. The hygienist was super. I didn't realize you could get a degree from UNC in dental hygiene! I did need a filling repair too, and went for that today. In and out in maybe 45min. Excellent work too I would HIGHLY recommend the practice!!

Experiencia fantástica: Staff were courteous, through and knowledgeable. Problem well diagnosed and solution implemented.

They treated me with impeccable kindness and attention. Additionally, the facilities were extremely well-maintained, clean, and modern, which inspired a great deal of confidence and comfort from the moment I walked in. Without a doubt, this is a top-notch place, and I would love to return.
