Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Aspen Dental! I recently had a severe toothache and was searching for a dentist who accepted my insurance. Even though they didn't take my plan, they still saw me for an incredibly affordable $29 exam fee just to help me find the source of the problem. They diagnosed the issue, prescribed medication, and even gave me a referral to a dentist who does accept my insurance. The staff was incredibly kind, and thanks to their help, I was able to get an appointment the very next day to get everything resolved. Go ahead and make that appointment!

The office staff got me worked in within 30 minutes and a very pleasant individual on top of that. The lady that accessed my issue was amazing. She never failed to let me know the next steps before they happened. Lastly Dr. Katie and the lab technicians fixed my issue. Everyone was super nice and took time to listen and answer questions. I was in and out in no time for an unexpected major repair. You guys rock and I look forward to visiting for all my future dental work.

I made an appt for a hole that’s in my tooth to get pulled or filled and the dentist had me sit in exam room for 45 mins and then was in and out in less then 10 mins and told me I had to make another appt to get it fixed or pulled and I had to pay for it today before they would make the appt. Mind you it says all over the windows they take emergency appts. Complete waste of time and just rude dentist

They were considerate and knew just how to handle my mom without having her move from her wheel chair. It took a few people to get her ex-rays, staff members put on the protective vest and stood by her helping hold the film, because my mom couldn't hold it between her teeth. They explained everything and gave us options. Absolutely top notch service and compassion.

Hung around and got in. Wanted to get a partial repaired. They wanted to do X-rays and all this other stuff that was unrelated. Just a money making scam place.

I knew for years I needed dental work done but have had such a fear of dentists office that I couldn’t bring myself to do it until I found this place. From the start all the staff has been so nice and supportive. They’ve walked me through the treatment plan, helped me with finances and even went above and beyond to work out an insurance issue. I highly recommend this office specifically, they have been the nicest, most helpful staff I have experienced!!

I previously had a bad experience at a different dental office. They were careless, lost the impression for my implant, and didn’t seem to care. They wouldn’t even follow up on my calls when I reached out to them. When I came to Aspen Dental, it felt like everyone was on the same page and truly wanted to help. From scheduling to x-rays, the process was smooth. Brianna was very helpful—she assisted with the x-rays and helped me decide on sizing it down. I really appreciated her feedback. Even the financing department worked with me and made it manageable. It’s not just about the service—they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in their work. That’s what makes this a great place.

Experiencia fantástica: What a great experience, but more importantly, the kindness from Juliette the operator who took my call and set the appointment, to the whole process she had insurance called and already set before we even arrived. My Son who is been in the state Carolina for a week on his own. He was in major pain and discomfort, they were not able to remove his tooth based on his situation, but they treated him like he was a family member. Aisha was so helpful to find my son another appointment to get his tooth removed even helping him with getting food at local shake place to a prescription filled at the CVS up the street. Then to the Doctor Gaitens walking him through the process and explaining the best options to helping him with his issue. Making calls to other oral surgeons trying to help him. NOT sure how many people can be happy without really taking care of his problem, but this group was outstanding. Sometimes in life it's about the people who are just kind and helpful when someone is in need, this group went way above and beyond. I'd give this group 20 stars, if possible....

Experiencia positiva: Went in to establish care with the intentions of getting my teeth cleaned. They were running behind. I told them it was fine, I had another appointment later but I had time. They got me in, do lots of X-rays, I’ve never had so many and I really hope that amount of X-rays doesn’t run my bill up to much. I saw the dentist and hygenist who told me many things I never have been told about my teeth. Questions answered, but my cleaning was never done… and I don’t think it was because of the lack of time. So now I have to call this week to give them my insurance info anyways but also schedule a cleaning. Which is not a big deal, but I definitely intended to have my teeth cleaned last week.

Experiencia fantástica: I started with this office just over a year ago for cleanings. In the course of the year, I've had other issues that were addressed quickly by the team. This past week, I had a bigger issue with a tooth and when I called. Mary got me setup for an evaluation, and reviewed all my options. She then scheduled my procedure that same day, and Dr. Sayed corrected my issue just as she explained it would go. Thanks Aspen Dental - Burlington, NC for being available and helpful exactly when I needed you.

Experiencia negativa: Be really careful which Dr you see here. My husband is currently dealing with a raging tooth abscess and potential entire lower jaw infection from a lack of care from this office. He had a root canal done about five years ago at a different provider, that started bothering him so we went in and had X rays taken back in July of this year. Doctor Cole said there shouldn’t be any discomfort and proceeded to condescendingly explain what a root canal is and why it’s pretty much impossible that he has any pain or even feeling in the tooth. When my husband pointed out the large black spot under the tooth, Doctor Cole said “that’s normal. It’s just bone.” Fast forward to now, he’s in excruciating pain from it and it’s now his entire lower jaw. We made an appt with a specialist today who took one look at the X rays from July and said he needed to have it pulled immediately and hopefully we’d avoid bone loss from the infection. The X ray showed a clear large abscess and they were from July (now it’s December). If we had been told initially and not brushed off we would have avoided this whole mess and potentially him going septic from the infection.

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. Aspen Dental in Burlington removed a tooth that didn’t need to be extracted, promised they could fix my side gap with a bridge, charged $7,500 total (I paid $3,700 out of pocket), and then told me on the day of the bridge placement that they actually couldn’t close the gap and I needed braces instead. Their actions created a NEW gap, and now I’m stuck with TWO large gaps and a paid-for bridge that I can’t even use until after orthodontic treatment. If they had been honest from the start in April 2024, I would have already finished braces by now but instead it’s November 2025 and I’m worse off than when I began. They ran up my insurance, performed unnecessary procedures, and offered zero real solutions. I’m beyond angry and extremely disappointed. I would never recommend Aspen Dental Burlington to anyone.

Experiencia negativa: Was recommended to get a bridge done to prevent shifting of the teeth after I had one of my teeth pulled. Therefore, I had the bridge done 1 year and a half ago which came off just a couple of weeks later. The fit wasn’t perfect but it stayed on for a year and a half. However, was told today that they cannot reattach the bridge because my teeth has shifted and the bridge will no longer fit and it will be almost another 3k to get a new one because the warranty on that bridge is only 1 year. First of all, the whole point of the bridge is to prevent the teeth from shifting, did the bridge really do its job if my teeth has “shifted”. Was told the fit was right because it stayed on for this long. Well I had it come off the 1st time and had it reattached and now it doesn’t fit at all suddenly? I should have been told that the bridge might not work and the warranty is only 1 year. Then I could have made a sound decision and went somewhere else where the Dentists are confident in their work and provide longer warranty. Would you wanna pay for a product that might stop working after every 2 years and pay 3k every 2 years to get it replaced? So shady. Money isn’t the problem here, trust is. Not to mention, my new dental office has so many patients who have experienced similar issues and were taken advantage of like that in Aspen.

Experiencia fantástica: This office is full of very professional and friendly staff with the most comprehensive initial exam I've ever had. My hygienist Tosha provided me the most pain free beneath the gums cleaning I've ever had. Love this office and well worth the drive to Burlington.

Dental needs are typically not very pleasant, but at times everyone needs this type care. It helps greatly if there is as little aggravation and pain as possible. Nothing is cheap these days, but you can at least feel that you get value and satisfaction for your money. Staff was very friendly and pleasant.

Experiencia negativa: Liars, false charges and took advantage of an 85 year old man. Response from Aspen, this happened before our time (dentures done in 2023) cracked in half. They had me pay in full before they would even see him. Than they billed my insurance company for more money. So many lies and inconsistencies. They were the office who did the work, they have no ethics. Hope they go out of business soon.

Experiencia negativa: This place is a rip off. I just moved back to the area. I scheduled my appointment. I set the appointment up a month in advance & gave them my insurance info. The day of my appointment after x-rays & seeing the dentist, they said I just needed a cleaning. Unfortunately, they had not verified my insurance information so they would call me back to schedule an appointment. 3 weeks later, I called them only for them to tell me that I need pay 668 for a cleaning. I have had the same insurance for over 10 years & preventative care is covered 100%. I only came there because they were close to my new residence. I will just make the drive to my former dentist...atleast I know they won't try to rip me off.
