All Smiles Bethesda

Experiencia fantástica: Today marked my inaugural visit, and I was thoroughly impressed. I intend to extend this recommendation to my family and friends. First time in a long time we had out teeth cleaned so well by two excellent hygienists (Ann and Ruth), who spent all the time needed to do such a thorough job that made us so very happy. At the end dr Leung came in and checked our teeth and made recommendations based on x-rays taken for future work and follow up. Her staff and office are exceptional.

Experiencia fantástica: My son and I decided to have Invisalign with Dr. Leung after his honest/thorough evaluation. In addition, he takes time to listen to your questions. My whole family goes to Dr. Leung's practice in a nice and comfortable office. We love his friendly hygienists, technicians and front desk staff! Dr. Leung is a very caring dentist. I called at the last minute after returning from vacation and was able to see him for pain with my bridge. He was professional in addressing and resolving my issues during the appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: Always on time and most updated equipment. Dr. Leung is very knowledgeable and skilled. Staff is friendly and hygienist pain free. Love Dr. Leung!

Experiencia fantástica: All Smiles Bethesda is an outstanding professional, informative, with equipment that is state of the art dental practice. The staff is dedicated to improve & maintain your perfect dental health and smile! For the many times, years I have been to All Smiles, I am welcomed punctually, with sincere warmth. The expertise required not only of Dr. Leung, but his dental staff as well, is impressive. My dental work requires above average knowledge of dentistry, because of my past major damage done to my gums, along with much tooth loss. The problems I have brought to Dr. Leung have been resolved, with absolutely minimal pain, because of the advanced sophisticated equipment used by All Smiles Bethesda! I am delighted with my appliance, teeth that glow because of being meticulously cleaned. Not only cleaned, instructed in generic language on maintaining my dental health. I am so fortunate to have complete trust in Dr. Leung & his staff because they go beyond a regular dental visit, since they have advanced knowledge of dentistry!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Hsieh and All Smiles Bethesda is an excellent dental office, and Dr. Hsieh is gentle and caring and does a great job.

Experiencia fantástica: I continue to be impressed with every aspect of this practice. i followed Dr. Leung from his former practice to All Smiles Bethesda because he was the first dentist I'd found in my (long!) adult life who made me not dread dental visits. I've had extensive work done with him and it's always gone smoothly - plus, he is patient about answering my many questions. I will happily continue to make a 40-minute drive to the office since it's impossible to put a price on having GREAT dental care with an excellent staff. The Dental Hygienist is fantastic - went out of her way to ensure that she accounted for my super sensitivity in one part of my mouth. No more dreading the dentist or cleanings for me.

Experiencia fantástica: good job as always. You guys are the best. Professional job. Thanks

Experiencia fantástica: My experience with Dr. Hsieh and the staff so far can be summarized by three words. Professional, Considerate, and Kind.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Leung has always been very supportive and careful with my dental care and has gone the extra mile to ensure that the best interest of the patient (me) is the primary concern. He has been very patient with my challenging dental issues, and is the best dentist I have ever worked with, including those in foreign countries.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a very nice dental practice. Dr. Hsieh and all of the staff are professional, respectful, and great at what they do. I always appreciate that they take extra care to make sure I am comfortable throughout the appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Leung and his staff are always very professional, polite, cheerful and a joy to be around. They make going to the dentist as pleasant as it possibly can be!

Experiencia fantástica: A piece of a tooth chipped off. I called the office, thinking I would need a crown. I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment for that same afternoon. Dr Leung checked the tooth and the fragment. He decided I only needed a filling, which he proceeded with. Once the numbing injection was done, there was no pain at all. The procedure was efficient and easy. I am very grateful for his help!

Experiencia fantástica: I received a very pleasant and thorough semi-annual cleaning today. My assistance, Imela I believe was her name, described what she was doing as she did her work. Dr. Leung was on point an succinct as well. I definitely recommend the service at All Smiles Bethesda.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Hseih and associate dentists and staff are most kind, professional and experienced dental service providers. It’s always been a pleasure to visit their office. Dr. Hseih is very personal and truly concerned about her patients. Dr. Hseih and associates have become my primary dental care providers.I am highly recommending All Smiles Bethesda to anyone seeking great dental health care!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent cleaning Always excellent care and treatment. So professional and compassionate care

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Leung & staff are awesome. They are calm and explain everything thoroughly. They take their time & don’t rush. They are always gentle in approach. All the staff & Dr Leung are cheerful, polite & friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: On time, efficient, as pleasant as going to the dentist can be.

Experiencia fantástica: I feel like the hit the lottery: the dentist and dental assistants are gentle, communicate well, and are attentive. I had a billing issue and the admin staff took care of it and went above and beyond. This is how all dental practices should be!

Experiencia fantástica: It was my first visit. I was able to get an appointment quickly for a sore tooth, and the staff worked to make sure there would be enough time for the visit. Being able to fill out the patient/insurance form in advance was a godsend. When I arrived, everyone was welcoming. And gentle. Dr. Leung was managing a couple of patients at the time (and well). He speaks with clear confidence from years of experience but still stopped to listen to me, my concerns, and he adapted to my comfort level. And when it can time for work (a filling), my comfort (numbness, needing to clear, etc.) came first. As I responded to his prompts to angle my head or open wider, he added positive comments for doing things he asked: I felt a little silly because I was just sitting in the chair, but his positive reinforcement left me feeling like I was part of the team working on my tooth. Great visit.

Experiencia fantástica: This was our first visit and found everyone to be attentive, professional, informative of each procedure, state of the art equipment was used, very clean office, and a warm friendly front desk staff. We plan on switching to their practice for our extensive procedures.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Leung’s staff always very helpful and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Great dental practice! Recommended to me highly by my friend - and definitely met our expectations! Two of my children and I have all switched to this practice - and I'm getting my husband to switch as well. It's an overall excellent practice.

Experiencia fantástica: It’s always such a great experience! The staff is friendly and warm, very knowledgeable and helpful. All five of us see Dr. Leung and he’s fabulous.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Leung and his amazing team changed my life!! For many years, I was afraid to go to the dentist. Because of that, my poor teeth suffered so much. Dr. Leung worked slowly and carefully to expertly fix each problem. He worked with me to make a long term plan that felt manageable, and his staff was always so helpful and pleasant. Because of his outstanding skill and wonderful bedside manner, I learned to trust him. The team always puts together a payment plan so costs could be handled. It was simply amazing that I began to look forward to going to the dentist! Dr. Leung handled very complex problems with my teeth that, quite honestly, other dental providers simply had never been able to do in the past. Now, under his care and the care of his expert team, I had my beautiful teeth back!! I never thought that was possible for me, and I have Dr. Leung and his outstanding team to thank for it!!

Experiencia fantástica: The Drs and staff at All Smiles are wonderful! Dr Hsieh has gone out of her way to be sure I’m comfortable under any situation. It is so very much appreciated as I can be nervous when visiting the dentist. Thanks in advance for all the help

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a patient for a little over a year now and I’ve been very happy - they are always on time and service is great

Experiencia fantástica: Best dentist! My teeth have never felt cleaner, but maybe more importantly this is really the nicest and best run practice I have ever been a patient at. From the front desk to the hygienist to the doctors, everyone is extremely nice and competent. On top of it, they have all of the best technology and it is relatively easy to get and change appointments.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Leung and the All Smiles Bethesda staff are the best. The dental support staffers are caring and professional. My hygenist is great. They respect your time. Appointment times are kept, rarely do you have long wait time before you are seen. The front office staff makes sure you understand the billing and payment process. Looking for a new practice give All Smiles Bethesda Old Georgetown Rd North a try. Thanks to all. See you soon.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Leung and his team are amazing! He and his team are highly skilled, professional and very personable. A special thanks to Ms. Ruth Pearlman, dental hygienist, for her attention to detail and caring spirit.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Leung and his team are exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and personable! I would like to acknowledge and thank Ms. Ruth Pearlman for her attention to detail and caring spirit.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an absolutely wonderful experience thanks to Ruth! From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. Her warm personality and natural charisma instantly made me feel comfortable and at ease. Ruth gave clear, step-by-step instructions that made everything simple and stress-free. She was patient, answered all my questions without hesitation, and made sure I fully understood everything before moving forward. Her professionalism was top-notch, but what really stood out was how genuinely friendly and pleasant she was throughout the entire experience. It’s rare to come across someone as thoughtful and dedicated as Ruth. She truly went above and beyond, and I can confidently say she’s the best! If you’re looking for someone who combines kindness, clarity, and top-tier client service, Ruth is the one to go to. Thank you again, Ruth — you’re a gem!

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to Dr Hsieh by my long-time trusted primary care physician. Dr Hsieh is very professional and took a great deal of time evaluating a dental issue and recommended treatment. What a positive experience. I can strongly recommend All Smiles Bethesda and Dr Hsieh.

Experiencia fantástica: I continue returning to Dr. Leung because I genuinely like him and appreciate his care. However, I would like to offer some humble suggestions that I hope will be taken as constructive feedback to help improve the overall experience. First, Dr. Leung is very knowledgeable, but he tends to move too quickly through appointments. While some patients may not notice or mind, others—like myself—pay close attention and value a more thorough and unrushed explanation of the treatment plan. I encourage him to slow down a bit, especially when discussing procedures or options with patients. Second, I believe the assistant I interacted with could benefit from additional training in communication and customer service. She was a bit abrupt, and it’s important to recognize that patients come from diverse backgrounds and may require different approaches when it comes to care and communication. Lastly, the condition of the facilities needs attention. For example, the sink was not working properly, which left a negative impression. Small details like this can make a big difference in how patients experience the space. Despite these concerns, I do plan to return because I respect Dr. Leung’s expertise. I hope this feedback is helpful and taken in the spirit of improvement. Patients like me are happy to offer honest opinions because we care about the quality of care and want to see the practice succeed.

Experiencia fantástica: The All Smiles team is great - from the office staff to the hygienists to the dentists, the whole group does a great job!

I even get opinion for friends and family visiting other doctors and they are always willing and eager to help. Been with the practice from their start and don't ever think I will leave. I highly recommend All Smiles Bethesda.

I’m super afraid of the dentist and they did everything they could to calm me down. I never felt rushed and they made sure I was doing good throughout my procedure.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is great. The staff is excellent and Dr.Sandra Hsieh is professional, kind, and caring Dentist she is the best!

Experiencia negativa: "Warning: Do NOT visit this establishment! It appears they excel at concealing negative feedback. This so-called 'doctor Leung' is nothing but a deceitful charlatan, surrounded by a clique of handpicked 'customers' who fabricate glowing reviews. During my recent visit for a routine cleaning, I encountered a nightmare. Their cleaning equipment malfunctioned, and instead of addressing the issue, the hygienist recklessly used a scaler, causing extensive damage to my teeth with deep scratches. When I questioned her actions, she callously brushed off my concerns, prioritizing profit over patient care. Upon contacting them for a follow-up appointment to rectify the damage, they shamelessly lied about my insurance coverage, despite confirming it multiple times prior to my visit. Their blatant disregard for truth and integrity is appalling. When I persisted in seeking resolution, they abruptly dismissed me, refusing any further assistance and denying any responsibility for their actions. Save yourself the trouble and seek a reputable dentist who prioritizes patient well-being over profit margins. This establishment is not worth the risk or the headache." "Furthermore, the gravity of their negligence became apparent when the hygienist herself admitted awareness of the equipment malfunction. Instead of addressing the issue, she confessed to resorting to a manual method, exacerbating the damage to my teeth. When I reached out to them to rectify the extensive harm caused, their callous response was further evidence of their lack of professionalism. The assistant callously mentioned that other patients had encountered similar problems, indicating a pattern of neglect. It became evident that they prioritize penny-pinching over ensuring proper equipment and supplies, a clear indicator of their disregard for patient safety and well-being. In light of these revelations, it's abundantly clear that this establishment's primary concern is not patient care but rather cutting corners to maximize profit. Save yourself the ordeal and seek dental care elsewhere."

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Hsieh is an excellent dentist! She listens to concerns & offers her expertise and makes it easy to feel relaxed when procedures are needed. Everyone is friendly in the office and willing to help with insurance questions, appointments, etc.I highly recommend this practice!

Experiencia fantástica: I am a big fan of Dr. Hsieh and her colleagues. They are kind and pleasant, and very good communicators. She is an excellent dentist who has handled all my dental issues extremely well, which is particularly impressive because I am a very challenging dental patient. Based on my recommendation, my wife and daughters also see Dr. Hsieh. I recommend her without reservation.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff was friendly and welcoming. My dental Hygienist was very thorough and professional. The new tool they have for generating a 3D image of my teeth is very cool, but it was pretty tough keeping my mouth open for the duration. As always, a reasonably painless, almost pleasant experience. Nice work.
