The office is perfectly clean and comfortable inside with lots of lovely touches. I am always asked if I’d like a blanket or a warm neck wrap (yes, please) and they are always attentive to my feelings of comfort during exams and procedures. Highest recommendation from me and my family, we have been clients of Love Dentistry since 2019 and I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Experiencia negativa: I was a former existing patient here and used to be happy with my care. I broke a tooth which became infected, necessitating an ED visit for antibiotics and painkillers over the weekend to make it to my emergency dental appt (scheduled online) first thing at 9am on a Monday morning. At 730am Monday, I got a TEXT message letting me know my appt was canceled because they can’t accommodate it (despite confirming via email within 60 minute time limit, as they require). I called, and was informed that this clinic “is out-of-network for all insurance plans now?” I then had to find a new dentist, make a 2nd ED visit for the infection, and wait until later in the week for an emergency appt. They also texted me to say they require patients to pay ALL costs upfront for all services. I was told “We can bill your insurance- we do request that patients pay in full for their visit when services are rendered. We will submit the claim to your insurance and after it is processed your insurance will issue payment to reimburse directly to you.” This was not the case years ago. This may be a good fit for you if you like to cash pay, despite having billable insurance - the clinic staff is lovely and nice, but it’s very misleading to suggest you provide emergency dental appts and allow you to schedule online, when in fact you don’t even perform root canals on-site. I also am not a fan of paying thousands of dollars up-front when the clinic cancels your appt with 90 minutes notice. I switched to a new practice in town with an excellent provider, excellent care, they bill my insurance normally, are transparent with costs/estimates and I am beyond happy. I would have recommended this clinic years ago, but not anymore.

Dr Amy invests in the top of the line, cutting edge equipment to make our teeth, health and comfort the very best they can be. Love dentistry is a thoroughly enjoyable group of folks. I had gone 3 years since my last dentist retired with no dental visits. Yes, I'm a not too bright guy. I had a dental emergency, and found this group. Same day initial visit, constant contact during the following week when I came down with covid so they could find a post infection treatment date, and immediate scheduling when I was able. I rarely laugh and smile my way through dentist visits, but every person on the staff was beyond pleasant, while at the same time being great professionals. You've got a devotee for as long as you'll have me!

Experiencia fantástica: I hadn’t been to the dentist in 10+ years and was honestly terrified. Was welcomed and given a comfy seat, neck warmer and blanket! They gave me sunglasses so their exam lights weren’t in my eyes. They had a TV with Netflix foaling up above and I watched a documentary most of the time they were working (kept my mind occupied). They were gentle and explained everything. At every point I was given choices and chances to pause. I had some issues (expected) and they didn’t shame me or tell me I had been bad just told me what we’re gonna do to fix it and gave some product recommendations. It really couldn’t have been any better. I don’t like the dentists……but these guys are as good as one could be.

Experiencia fantástica: Today was my first visit with love dentistry, I have to say that I was dealing with a tooth that I had been to the hospital for to try and get some antibiotics to help it get back to a condition that it would be able to get further work done and I was able to get antibiotics but my next problem was that I didn't know who to turn to far as an emergency visit. I tried several options ether it would be some time just to be seen to figure out my next step or just completely no possible openings. I had pretty well hit a brick wall and was aware that it was important to have the issue looked at family was trying to find me help and I was amazed. Love dentistry understood the situation was in need of help. Not only was every member of the staff more than helpful and caring but above anything I have ever experienced before and I have dealt with other offices before some very good some not but at this office not only did they make availability for treat something that others didn't seem to have any concerns but they where so nice about it and explained everything and made sure that I was as comfortable as possible. Not to mention that Anana I believe was her name please excuse my spelling was incredibly professional caring and made sure I understood what was occurring how what and why I can't say enough she was amazing and I meant so much to me to start off my appointment with somebody that's talented as her not to mention the dentist herself was just the same incredibly caring calming and gentle walked in with anxiety and walked out feeling like I was so lucky to to have had the chance to find such amazing people. I would give them higher than 5 stars if possible 100% .

They are fantastic with kids and adults and go way above and beyond to make you feel comfortable during your appointment. I appreciate the time that Dr. Aimee takes with each patient, we never feel rushed. The whole staff is really wonderful and we will continue to go to Love Dentistry because of all these reasons!

The place is clean and I love the lights on the ceiling how they're not right above me blinding me when I'm in the chair, they are positioned perfectly so to avoid that. It's the type of place I'd go just to hang out and talk to the people there they're so nice and loving. Pricing was great imo and I'm looking forward to going back here again!

My visit with them today was a better time for me than what I originally scheduled for the end of this month. Thanks! My hygienist this afternoon was super helpful with tips and techniques on types of electric toothbrush heads and a new kind of dental tape.
