Experiencia negativa: They're only getting one star because you cannot leave a zero star review. Dr. Wardak is awful. Rude and more. This place put on a crown without numbing me. In a different appointment he cut the inside of my cheek and blamed me. I was never afraid of the dentist until this guy. I'll skip how awful his staff is to people. Do yourself a favor and take these negative reviews to heart.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m incredibly grateful to Dr. Nik and his assistant for helping me during a difficult moment while I was away from home. On my way back home from a family vacation, I found their office through Google Maps, not knowing anything about them. From the very first phone call, their professionalism and willingness to help immediately stood out. Dr. Nik was extremely professional, gentle, and reassuring. He removed my molar completely painlessly. He is truly gifted at what he does, but what impressed me just as much was how down to earth and caring he was. His assistant also played an important role in making the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. Her kindness, professionalism, and support throughout the process made a real difference, and I’m very grateful to her as well. The cost was also very reasonable, especially considering the excellent care I received. Being far from home with a dental emergency isn’t easy, but I couldn’t have asked for better people to help me. Thank you, Dr. Nik and team, for being there when I needed it most. His energy and his care for you while you’re uncomfortable is amazing. Nurse Michelle assisted him and she was the sweetest made me comfortable. I can’t explain the satisfaction I have with my visit. I will always come back to this location.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a dental emergency a couple of weeks ago and have had to do some follow up appointments so this is an accumulated review. Carrie at the front desk is always so bubbly and nice to see. My dentist is Dr. Alba and she is very good at her job! She provides knowledge with the services and that goes a long way. My hygienist was awesome! Her name is Cristina and she was very helpful throughout the entire process. Overall the office is very welcoming and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Nik & assistant Michelle are absolutely wonderful. I haven’t seen them in months and they remember me. Dr.Nik is so gentle and explains everything fantastic. He walks you through the process the whole time if needed. Absolutely love him. Had to follow him to Munster from merrillville & I live close to Rensselaer!

Experiencia negativa: Worst dental office I’ve dealt with. Extremely unprofessional with patients. They have no patience for their negligence when explaining pricing. And will misquote you and then treat you like you “just want something free”, excuse me.., The 2 young ladies said “ella solo quiere algo gratis.” Saying it in Spanish thinking it wouldn’t be heard or understood. Free business advice : have a better bedside manner. Understand $700 is a lot for anyone to spend when not being told in prior paperwork that it would have to be spent. And $8k is a lot for anyone to spend at one time. However, we will be going to Ethos dental and spending that since they’re polite, professional, and spot on with their math within their quote. And next time… maybe have someone at your front desk. I will be back to hold those who were rude and unprofessional accountable. But nothing SCREAMS lack of professionalism quite like having a business open yet not having one person available to speak to.

Experiencia fantástica: Great pain free experience. Highly recommend this place for dental care. I have been to other places locally and this place is on higher level of both service and professionalism. This place also has a CBCT scanner (Cone Beam Computed Tomography). A lot of dentist have to outsource this level of imaging.

Experiencia fantástica: 4/02/2026 was my first day walking into this clinic. 4/03/2026 9am was my appointment and extraction walking into the office felt great . Amazing vibe when I say from the front desk to the nurses to the dr amazing .. this will be my officially dentist not going anywhere else . The nurses were sweet the dr was so quick and fast with the procedure . I was in and out . He talked me though the worst part which is numbing so it maee my mind easy up a lil but I love this place very very great STAFF!!!! Keep it up guys

Experiencia fantástica: I just had a root canal with Dr. Nik. I went in afraid because of of all the horror stories of root canal. As soon as I walked in the door I felt welcomed. Dr. Nik was great. He was very caring. He let me know exactly what he was doing through every step. He was very calming. He hummed to the music playing throughout the whole procedure. He assistant was excellent. I had horrible dental anxiety going in and now I look forward to returning and getting the rest of the needed dental work done.

Love love this place I'm a lifetime patient now.

Experiencia fantástica: Had to have two teeth pulled, pretty urgently. They were broken and painful. Made an appointment same day, was in and out within a reasonable time and the staff was kind. I was well numbed, and treated well, didn’t feel a thing!

Experiencia fantástica: I have used Urgent Dent 3 times. First 2 visits were for tooth extractions and 3rd was to fix a filling that had gotten broken during extraction two. Dr. Sawares is awesome. I'm not afraid of the dentist but I hate going and I hate getting shots in my mouth. Not that it's pleasant, but doc makes it as easy and pleasant as possible. You can definitely tell the difference between going to a dentist office like this that performs tons of fillings and extractions everyday versus a traditional office that focuses more on general upkeep. I have been in an out in all my appointments in less than an hour each time. While this is not a walk in clinic, I have been able to get my urgent appointments within 48 hours. The facility is clean and modern. My only complaint is on my second extraction is it took SEVEN phone calls, 3 to them, 3 to the pharmacy and the pharmacy calling the office to straighten out a prescription issue that had gotten sent to an incorrect pharmacy. They offer Cherry financing which is easy to get approved for and the prices for the dental work without insurance are reasonable.

Experiencia fantástica: I've suffered from a chipped tooth on my front tooth since I was a little kid. A couple days ago my nightmare came true when my filing ended up falling off due to it being more than 7 years old. The office got me in the next day to see what was going on and unfortunately, once they did the X-ray, it came to show that I needed to have a root canal done before I could get my filing. They scheduled me for that Saturday and while I was anxious I just couldn't wait to get it over and done with. Even with not knowing what to expect besides the stories people tell. Well, I've been home for about an hour and I am highly impressed with Dr. S and his assistant. He told me every step he was doing and kept asking if I was okay; I literally felt NO PAIN during and even now after. I will definitely be recommending UrgentDent to anyone who is needing emergency work done. Thank you so much for making me feel comfortable throughout the whole process, that means a lot coming from someone who has anxiety about the dentist.

Experiencia negativa: I got horrible strep throat 2 days after my first visit. I haven’t had strep throat since I was a child. I’ve never had anything like that happen before from a dentist and when I called the front desk to let them know they just kinda acted like I didn’t need to call and tell them that…. That was enough to make me find a new dentist office.

Experiencia negativa: If I could select a Zero I would. I have went to the minster location about 3-4 times and never felt heard. The dentist there rushes you and don’t completely listen to your concerns. He interrupts your sentences and his bedside manners are poor. I had a filling done the first time and the dental assistant didn’t floss between my teeth so when I went to floss it got stuck and I ended up pulling out my filling less than a month later. The next filling I received my tooth was drilled down so much it cracked the side of my tooth and when I went to explain it to the dental assistant she tapped the chair and told me to “just lay back so we can get started”. My main concern was do I go to the merrillville location so they can fix the problem and possibly get charged twice or go back to the same people so they can do it correctly and possibly not get charged twice. Safe to say I’ll NEVER go back to the Munster location

Experiencia negativa: This place is dirty and unprofessional. They use dirty tools and they do dirty work to keep unwanted patient away. Don’t go there Dr. Elizabeth and Martha the nurse gave away a gum disease. They also kept rescheduling my cleanup appointment until things got worse

Experiencia fantástica: I had a wonderful experience here today. I have been terrified of dentist and haven't been to one in over 30 years because of a bad experience I had. Martha , Dr Saweres, and the Hygenist Christina were all very kind and understanding of my issue and I appreciate their patience. I was there due to a cracked tooth and it was fixed and the rest of my teeth cleaned in a timely manner. I also want to commend them from going from the more expensive treatment to a less expensive one. They realized my tooth wouldn't hold a crown and they wanted to do right by me. They did what they could to save the tooth for now, but eventually it would have to be extracted. They could have still wasted my money in doing the crown but they decided not to. After watching my husband go to another dentist in area for a quote, it's so nice to see an office wanting to do.right by patient instead of being money hungry I now feel way more comfortable to go and look forward to doing regularly scheduled cleanings at this office with Martha, Dr.Saweres and Christina

Everyone was so kind and thorough, from the explanation of insurance and billing to the swift painless extraction of that molar. And you didn't hear it from me, but yes they will hold your hand...overall a great place to go and get rid of the pain and suffering of a toothache. Experiencia positiva: I've been looking for places to get my wisdom teeth out for mmm probably three months. Finally ran into the right place. I went to the one in Merrillville a few years back, my mom ended up thinking of my return. I went in afraid, but it was actually ok, after calming myself down etc. They couldn't do nothing for my WTeeth, so i was sent to the other site in Monster. Went in that same day, Tuesday at one for Wteeth. I was terrified not gone lie, but little did I no, I was in good hands. I'm not typing everything but all four teeth was out in i'll say ten minutes my second nurse was GREAT I don't think I'd be able to do it without her honestly...she held my hand, and talked to me as if I was her child, the doctor was also great. I personally don't think nobody could've done better. Currently in recovery which such, worse part about this mess, but im fine ig praying helps me. Pretty much he goes a good job recommend!!!❤️‍❤️‍❤️‍

Experiencia fantástica: The urgent dent in merrillvile kept saying they couldn't pull my tooth and recommend me to a dentists that for starters only shows up once a month I went right to urgentdent in munster and when I say they were so professional and as scared as I was the staff was gentle and the dentist was quick when he pulled my tooth.

Experiencia fantástica: Best dental experience for the worst toothache. I was In so much pain, I called And got a same day appointment for a tooth extraction at the Merrivile location. I was seen by Dr. Wardak and his assistant Ashley. Ashley was a god send, truly. And Dr.Wardak got that tooth out with 0 pain. 5 stars to those 2!

Experiencia negativa: Over the past 2 years I have had my hygiene appts cancelled 6 times and had to reschedule. I continued to go to this location and the Merrillville location despite the ability to maintain staffing to keep my appts. I recently had a hygiene appt scheduled and after showing up I was told I didn’t have an appt. I was called the day before as well as three days before confirming my appt. I later found out my appt was cancelled and given to someone else without notifying me. This is the second time this has happened at this location. There was no explanation or accountability for this and was only told I’m sorry. There should be better management of their scheduling and accountability.

Experiencia negativa: Staff were very difficult. Allowed my 90 year old grandfather to sit in there waiting room while he bled from his mouth with loose teeth. Try to tell me they weren’t an emergency facility even though the word “emergency” is in their title. Then decided to take their break after my grandfather had already been waiting over thirty minutes. THEN tried to explain to me that an emergency was needing teeth extracted, when that’s exactly what my grandfather needed seeing as though he was BLEEDING with lose teeth and on blood thinners, all things they were aware of. I had called ahead and explained to them in detail his condition. Just for after all that they tell him they will only “probably” be able to see him because they had to see their scheduled patients first, as if an emergency in any medical facility doesn’t trump a scheduled appointment. Will be reporting to state, this exceeds medical malpractice and neglect. How can anyone feel good about allowing a 90 year old man to sit and bleed and not feel the urgency to do something about especially seeing as though it’s your job to do so. Your staff should be ashamed that they call themselves medical professionals. This is not how you execute care. You should all have your licenses revoked. It shouldn’t take me having to call and get upset to make you do your job.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a wisdom tooth that was making life miserable. I called them on a Friday at 9am they gave a 4:00 appointment for the same day! I went in at about 15 minutes before my appointment and was done at 4:05 Minimal swelling and hardly any discomfort. Was prescribed ibuprofen and Tylenol #3 only used 2 of the Tylenols and 5 of the ibuprofen! A wins a win! Glad I came across their services, will be going back.

I experienced no complications and had very minimal pain and swelling post surgery despite two of them being impacted. One thing I liked was how I was informed of what was happening during the procedure and it was over within an hour. I would highly highly recommend UrgentDent.

Experiencia negativa: Was there for a wisdom tooth extraction (first time so I was nervous and shared that with them as well. I shared my fear of dentists due to my prior experience of a facial nerve damage) I went into the procedure room, and they proceeded to numb the area. the numbing injection didn't work so I had to get injected several times (more that 3) anyway they proceeded, and it was very uncomfortable, so the assistant kept informing me to calm down. (try putting yourself in my shoes) I immediately said no it shouldn't feel like this and the dentist stopped the procedure and gave me a referral for an oral surgeon. My tooth was bleeding due to the attempted extraction. I asked if I could be given antibiotics prior to oral surgeon appointment because the infection could go into my bloodstream, and he told the receptionist to tell me no. Thats when I proceeded to inform them, I am a nurse with 20 years' experience you should give antibiotics after manipulation of a failed extraction. When I came back to the office to speak with the dentist the receptionist told me he had left but I saw him through the window as I pulled up. If u couldn't safely give care, then you shouldn't have touched me. I am reporting him to the licensing board as we speak. Also, no information was provided regarding the oral surgeon (address or contact info), just a referral paper with their name on it. I had to call 3 times for the address and phone number to the oral surgeon office.

Experiencia negativa: Wish I could give less. Got tricked and misled with insurance and billing. After paying what we were told was owed after insurance after each visit got hit with a huge bill owed. Was lied to and told invoices were sent when they were not. Would have ended the relationship much sooner if we had been billed in excess of insurance and what we paid after each visit. Beware you may be in for an unwanted surprise bill.

Dr Saweres is AMAZING, I felt absolutely no pain during the procedure and both teeth were out in 5 minutes! The assistant (can’t remember her name) was incredible as well. Experiencia negativa: Did a filling on the front tooth. Told us that fillings are covered if they fall off. It’s fallen off 3 times.They originally told us until he’s 21 there’s nothing we can do but to keep putting the filling on and whenever it happens just bring him in they’ll take care of it. Why did we get told this 3 times and now all of a sudden their policy is if it falls off within a year they fix it at no cost but then you have to pay for a new filling. They treated my son so well I didn’t mind taking him out of the way to go here. It wasn’t a problem the other times. My husband takes him to his appt to fix the tooth that we have been waiting for for 3 days and won’t fix it because it’s been over a year from the first filling. It’s been less than a year since the last filling but still turned my son away and wouldn’t fix it. No one asked if insurance was up to date or if their was more insurance, just told my husband it was $113 to fix the tooth. He actually does have 2 insurances and they only had one. My husband doesn’t handle these things so it’s an easy mistake to make. The kid is tearing up his tongue, it’s hard for him to eat. It’s sensitive to hot and cold. But they weren’t willing to do anything but charge my husband $113 for a filling they should be covering because their work fell out of his mouth! The typical women there is very friendly and cares about her patients. The woman today was described as extremely rude by my husband. The receptionist explaining and debating with me remained professional but as it got closer to closing just asked if we were done so she could leave. Again their time is taken into consideration in this situation but not ours. After a 40-50 min conversation there was still no resolution and they still were unwilling to fix his tooth. This will be the last time I go here for anything. What office doesn’t ask at the very least if insurance is updated?! Incompetent is what it’s coming off like. Urgentdent is known for walking in for emergency things and yet I had to make an appt because they wouldn’t see him. WHAT A JOKE! Never again. I’d urge anyone reading this to go somewhere else. ANYWHERE else.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so afraid of the dentist. I try to avoid it as much as possible. But went into UrgentDent with a cracked tooth, X-rays were taken in the same room. My tooth was pulled out and I didn't feel a thing. Everyone was so nice and talked me through it. I am definitely going back for all my dentistry needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Had an absolutely amazing experience! I would give the 100 stars if able! I had 2 fillings refilled by another dentist. Had pain for over a month. That dentist did nothing. Called urgentdent. They got me in that day! I needed a root canal. I had to come back due to my schedule. They got me in 2 days later. The dentist and staff were great from check in to check out! Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable! The dentist was great! He made sure I was comfortable and okay the entire procedure. He explained what he was doing as he was going. Everything was clean and there was vwry little wait! I will definitely recommend them to anyone with any dental issues! Thank you for helping me!

Experiencia fantástica: One of the best emergency dentists I’ve ever been to. They always find time to help me and have helped me stop having dental pain when I could barely afford food. They set the standard for how patients should be treated. Sometimes they have new staff members but I can tell they vet employees very well during the hiring process because all of the employees were amazing during my appointments here. Dr. Nick was an incredible dentist and showed so much compassion for me when my teeth were at their worst(I have bad dental genetics and an autoimmune disorder which makes my teeth very prone to cavities). 100% the best dentist office I’ve been to while I was living in Indiana before I moved to Arizona five years ago. Would recommend for anyone who fears the dentist or has extreme dental issues, these people care about your teeth and your comfort while you’re here. 1000/10, off the charts in hospitality, bedside manner, and quality of dental work.

I would 100% recommend to everyone. The office is in Munster and I live in Lowell. I will happily make the drive for their professional services.

Experiencia negativa: I didn’t even want to leave a star, went in for a crown that had broken off, was told I would need three extractions, two implants, a bridge, and was told I had an infection, but was given no antibiotics to treat. With insurance the total would have been close to $7000. Went for a second opinion and got the crown repaired and there was no infection. Only cost me $520. Just make sure you get a second opinion if you end up going to this place

Dr. Was absolutely amazing and talked me down and continued to be absolutely amazing. Talked me through the entire process before and during. Constantly reassured me I wouldn’t feel anything. 10/10

I have a fear of the dentist due to some previous extractions but they numbed me up good, and pulled the tooth with ease. They also took only one X-ray of the main tooth instead of 50 like my previous dentist. Definitely would recommend. Called same day, same day appointment, and same day extraction. Obviously I may have just gotten lucky, or this office is a well oiled machine.

I literally called this morning to get my bottom wisdom teeth extracted because it had a huge crack from a cavity, they asked me to come in to be seen and sure enough they got me in the chair the same hour and even recommended I get my top right taken out too and did both with such speed and precision! They even let me see they teethe that was causing me so much pain! Everyone was so nice and attentive they made me feel super comfortable and the reassurance throughout the extraction really helped! I love their Munster location!

I've had 2 wisdom teeth removed here, as well as 2 root canals & 1 other broken tooth removed here. Today they were able to save a tooth that another dentist office said wasn't possible. They really are the best! :)

He made sure I was real numb & comfortable . He talked to me a and explained what he was doing through out the whole process. Experiencia negativa: PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!! The doctors and front desk are extremely unprofessional! I had a 12:00 emergency APPOINTMENT.. Got to my appointment at 11:30 sat and waited and decided to use the bathroom before they came out.. It was approximately 11:50 when I went to the bathroom, the lady comes out at 11:52, they told her I was in the bathroom, so she leaves. I come out a few seconds later and proceed to wait to be called.. 12:00 comes no call. There was a lady who came in 20 mins after I arrived. Now it’s almost 12:15 and no one has called me back! Mind you, this is a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, I was not a walk in. They are extremely unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate.

Experiencia fantástica: I had to get a tooth pulled out, which I put off for over a year because I was scared to death. Finally called Munster Urgent Care, because it was starting to really hurt. They got me in the next day. Dental assistant Anna and Dr. Wardak made to feel totally comfortable (I also have a needle phobia). They explained everything and made sure I was comfortable before he started. It only took 5 minutes and I didn't feel a thing!!!! It was a back tooth that was broke down to the gum, so I thought it would be a terrible experience. Thank you to both Dr. Wardak and Anna for making sure it was not. The next day I have almost no pain or discomfort at all. So glad I decided to go here!!!

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT GO HERE FOR EXTRACTIONS!!!! I have my two wisdom teeth extracted and I was still in crippling pain 7 days later. Went back to be examined after following their directions to the T, and still developed dry socket, just for them to tell me that it is “normal” and “common!” They supposedly corrected my issue with a follow up that put me in even more excruciating pain after having to clean out my extraction site and packing it, all for the packing to come out 10 min after leaving the appointment. I called to ask if this was common and they told me yes and that there’s was nothing else that they can do for my pain. Now I have to go to work with my nerves and bone exposed until it ”heals” on its own.

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic staff. The Dr was great, immediately diagnosed and treated my dry-socket and I was out of there in record time. He was very comforting and understanding of the pain I was in. The building is lovely and spacious, very clean. I will be returning! !

Experiencia negativa: I had an infected tooth pulled and the dentist did not prescribe antibiotics. Now I have an infection. I've had ulcers on the top of my mouth and the back of my throat is red and veiny. My glands on my throat are swollen and they told me the only way to get them to send antibiotic is if I come in for a dental visit. I even suggested I send pictures of my throat and that was not sufficient. I will not go in and have my insurance charged for another appointment after he screwed up not prescribing antibiotics in the first place knowing that he was pulling an infected tooth.

Experiencia negativa: If your not Hispanic they give you a hard time…in my pain, I forgot my ID after driving an hour here. I told them my wife was gonna go it, they said I’d have to wait until she got back. Poor customer service! Then they say it’s policy, but no where do they have signs that say it’s policy but they have signs for mask up lol, crazy brawds!

Experiencia negativa: The worst customer service. I called they said they were accepting walk-in so I summon the strength to get there and mind you I am in to much pain to drive. I get there an all the sudden they are not accepting walk ins. Tell me what is the point of emergency dental care if the don’t accept walk ins. Then I call to speak to a manger and not surprised but they were unavailable. Will never go back and will urge all I know not to go. I work at a close by diner and it will be talked about. Crazy how they treated someone in such pain.

Experiencia negativa: Will never come back here I wish I didn't have an emergency or I would have waited an been seen at south shore instead. They Refused to take me when I was pregnant because I had a home birth and did not have a midwife so I had to suffer with 2 cracked teeth that just needed fillings at the time. I came after my baby after more damage was done from waiting months only to be told it will be hours to wait. In the past for emergencies I've never had to wait many hours to be have a tooth fixed or looked at between my husband and brothers. This office is not an emergency dental anymore it's by appointment only or you have to wait hours to be seen and might not even be seen. After I was seen 2 days later cause the proof day it was too late after all the waiting. The doctor pulled my 2 teeth because I refused a root canal (I had one before that's currently failing, don't wanna deal with this again) I'm almost certain one on the left could have had fillings so I'm super depressed they pulled them. its been over a week and I'm still in pain I looked in my mouth after some swelling went down a few days ago to see that the dentist cut my gums up an down on the opposing teeth that my bad tooth was between. Like I have huge slices an can see the side of my healthy tooth! I'm also pretty sure I have some nerve damage. It's taking so long to heal an is so painful. I'm so sad . The last time I was here 3 years ago an needed an emergency filling the dentist that was there did an amazing job i was seen right away and it was a deep cavity. He was also very sweet and caring. I'm not shocked though this is how modern medical is rushed and careless. Now I need to start saving up for 2 implants. It's sad and crazy how high Healthcare is in America.

There's a different number you can call to get appointments. Walk ins are seen after appointments so call other appointments number and they will get you in. Otherwise you have to understand appt,first,apps,, ins by order. You feel at home with them

Experiencia negativa: My 1st experience after getting my wisdom tooth pulled today. Huge hole in my mouth no stitches to mend the gums. No medication prescribed. I wish for better service. The receptionist was rude, told her i had a appointment. She looked at me and said you aint got no appointment here, why would they send you hear ( she finally got the bright idea to look me up by name). ya'll figure out the rest. I'm done. Scheduled me a follow up appointment for October. WE in July.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been through plenty of dental nightmares. 6 dentist telling me I had to wait till July to get an exposed shattered tooth fixed. Leaving me at risk for an infection. Neglectful on their behalf. I called the munster urgent dental since I had a horrific experience in Merrillville. I saw Dr. Saweres he is truly amazing. I have severe anxiety and he was so apologetics. He even got the shattered tooth out in record time with ease. I even told him how ibuprofen doesn't help me and he listened. Im truly greatful for this man. It was so worth the 45min drive for me. If I have issues in the future I will be back to see this man. I highly recommend anyone who has anxiety, bad dental experience this is your guy.

Experiencia fantástica: I started going to UrgentDent about two, maybe two and a half years ago. They saw me as a walk-in for a few bad cavities that I had. I started with Dr.Alba who gave me a plan that we could follow, as I had a cavity on each tooth! She is beyond caring and nice. I always felt comfortable with her. As they moved their office and made changes, Dr.Alba ended up in the Merrillville location. After that, Dr.Wardak became my primary doctor. Let me tell you, he's as nice as they get. He's always upbeat and positive! So professional and caring. He makes sure you understand what you're having done and how it'll be done. And the dental technician Martha (I think that's the proper term.) is by far my FAVORITE! She's no a nonsense, very professional, very thorough, straight to the point tech! She always does her job to the fullest! But she's beyond compassionate and gentle! She just does her job so well! I can't say enough great things about this place!!!

Experiencia negativa: Dr Wardak is a solid 10! The office and his associates are 1 star. i called for 3 days trying to get an appointment for a broken tooth. i left messages used email and social media to try to get it because like I said Dr Wardak is great. what i got was a very unprofessional office who did nothing but talk loud and talk about personal things and left my updated registration laying out so all can see (HIPPA). I had to ask them to please move my stuff. Then I got another Dentist who left me numb on the chair and walked out of the room so i can talk to assistant about how much it was going to cost. (he literally had the chair down and ready to start). 3 amounts before she figured it out another hour before he pulled out my tooth. But while he was working he kept telling me to keep my eyes closed ( they were!!!!) he needed to just be concerned about my tooth and not my eyes.

Experiencia fantástica: Since having Gastric Bypass and leaving a horrible relationship my teeth have been falling apart. I was so embarrassed to go to a dentist. I worked up the courage to finally do so. This team gave me so much hope and reassured me that I could get my smile back! They are super professional, willing to answer any questions you have. They are kind and very compassionate! I still have a ways to go to fix everything but I am already smiling more! I owe it all to this team!

They even were able to spot an infection that a previous dentist had overlooked/ignored. Friendly and great people all around, will definitely be coming here for any future dental work!

I came in with horrible tooth pain and Dr Ramez Saweres and the hygienists were so sweet and patient through my entire root canal, making sure I was okay and understood what was happening the whole time. Couldn’t have asked for a better team.

Met with Dr Wardak and his staff (who are so sweet and welcoming) and after about 30-45mins I had not only the pain ridden tooth taken out but the top one too. Experiencia fantástica: I had Dr. Ramez for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction (11/27/20, 3pm) and let me say that I am so happy that I did. I hate the dentist. It's never numb, it always awkward and just honestly an unpleasant experience. Dr. Ramez actually talked (normally the doctor never talked) and encouraged me. Treated his staff during the process with respect and a genuine gentle attitude. I was seriously impressed. This place seriously changed my look on dentistry though. I will be telling my friends of this location. The staff was amazing, the woman who took my payment right after my tooth was super friendly and even helped me with the insurance information that saved me literally 300$. She didn’t have to go out of her way to help me, but she did and I appreciate that immensely. Highly recommend. You are in safe hands. A rarity.

Experiencia fantástica: The second time I came in I had a gum infection and my gum behind my wisdom tooth was severely inflamed. It was pretty moderate to severe pain at that point so something had to be done. It wasn't impacted but it needed to be removed. The extraction/removal is never going to be a comfortable experience for everybody but my infection was definitely cured. The nurse/assistant is very nice and the doctor is very professional and quick as possible.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to the dentist I had in IL under my insurance. They told me I needed an extraction. They referred me out but their office could not extract my tooth for a whole month because they were backed up from Covid 19. I called UrgentDent in Munster and they scheduled me for the very next day at 3pm. The office was pristine, clean and fully staffed. The surgeon was extremely calming and comforting and his assistant was so sweet and nice. I have never felt more "taken care of" at an emergency dental place in my life. If you are looking for somewhere to go for an emergency I would highly recommend this place. I was literally in and out of oral surgery in an hour and a half. The only reason I had to even wait that long was Doc was finishing up another patients root canal..so totally understandable.

I went to several places all over chicago and the south suburbs of Chicago only for every place either said they can't do it or want too much for just 1 tooth..i went to urgent care and they was able to see me the same day and did the removal all under 45 mins including the wait time... (Dr wardark) & his assistant(Elivira) was Amazing he was not only fast but I'll say the first dr to do a an extraction and i aint feel nothing from the numming and removal! God truly bless his hands because i can't thank him or his team enough!! Oh and not to mention they price's is soooo reasonable..whats not to love about this business

Experiencia negativa: This was by far the worst dental office experience I’ve ever had. This is not inclusive of the actual dental work. The clerical/front desk staff where horrible. I scheduled an emergency appointment for a Saturday on Wednesday of that week. Which meant they had 2 days to verify my insurance information. They called Friday to ensure I was coming to visit however hadn’t verified my insurance. Upon arriving to my appointment in pain on Saturday I was told that I would have to pay cash for my appointment because they couldn’t verify insurance considering it was the weekend. I was hassled and felt I was racially profiled and treated in a nasty way. Another patient (different race) came as a walk in with the same Insurance first time patient and didn’t have any issues. After voicing my concerns and following up on Monday they were able to verify my insurance and I was informed that I would be refunded on the 15th of the month which was 3 weeks away from the appointment. So the dental office has been paid twice and I have yet to recovery my payment as the insurance company is moving slow to pay them. Not my problem, very unprofessional as I have requested to speak to the office manager and have yet to receive a call back. Will not return or recommend this office!
