Rotterdam Dental Arts

Experiencia negativa: Very nice

Experiencia fantástica: I couldn't have found a better dentist than Rotterdam Dental Arts. The whole staff are the best out there. They know how to treat their patiences, which was hard to find when swiching dentists. They sure have impressed me. I have had a lot of work done with them and each time i go, i always tell them, Thanks for caring and being so friendly. Thank you and see you soon.

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional, friendly, informative, smooth teamwork by treatment staff. They listen to you with empathy and patience treating seniors. They even go the extra mile with your insurance for pre-authorization saving a lot of time for the patient. I have been to many different dentists over the years in the Capital District and this group is by far the best.

Experiencia fantástica: Was extremely pleased on my visit in December. Excellent!

Experiencia positiva: This was my first visit to this office which was highly recommended. The hygienist I saw was new to the office and was ok, INC was not overly impressed. When I get my teeth cleaned, they usually feel really clean, but not this time. When the dentist came on to do the exam, she had to remove some calculus that the hygienist hadn't gotten. I really liked the, Dr. Tomson as she was very soft spoken and explained everything.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent practice. Everyone you encounter from the moment you walk through the door is friendly, helpful and professional. I see Dr. Thomson who amazing as well.

Experiencia fantástica: Glad to have found this place. I have been with them for awhile and was a bit scared about it becoming a larger practice because of past experience. I have to say that it didn’t matter that they more than doubled in size because they are still as personal as the smaller practice. They can now see my daughter and me at the same time which makes life so much easier than having to block out a whole morning. They greet us by name and the staff remains the same. I know I will only see a handful of hygienists when I’m there and it isn’t someone new each time. This place came highly recommended to me a few years ago and I can see why.

Experiencia fantástica: My appointment was wonderful. My dental hygienist was great and gentle while cleaning my teeth. The doctor was fantastic. My appointment went very smoothly and quickly!

Experiencia fantástica: Prompt, professional service sets Rotterdam Dental apart flow many other dental offices. The staff works as an efficient team to lower patient stress and assure positive results. I wish I discovered Dr. Yucedal and Dr. Thomson years earlier.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an old gold cap that was put in on my back molder back in 1992. It finally had to be removed due to some tooth issues. The dentist removed my old gold cap. Then they used my dental X-Ray and some computerized process to create a perfect ceramic cap replacement, right there while I sat in the chair. They even matched the tooth color. It was amazing. It took a couple of hours but I didn't have to come back another day to finish the job. The whole cap replacement was all finished all in one day. Yay...!!! Mega-Thumbs Ups.

Experiencia fantástica: I would highly recommend them, I am an anxious dental patient and the dentist and staff were terrific.

Experiencia fantástica: I am a product of the 60s dentistry... a family with lots of kids means reducing dental costs by not giving novacaine for fillings. Well, my tension of having a filling at Rotterdam dental was so low with the gentle, caring attitude of Doc Thomson and her assistant. It was quick and painless! Yes, I would highly recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: Very happy with recent visit for cleaning. The dental assistant was very good and attentive and efficient as other staff.

Experiencia negativa: I think they do great work, but they don't treat their black patients well. From the first visit to the last they were condescending and when I misunderstood the payment protocol, the front desk staff laughed at me. Called my son ill-mannered after they yelled so loudly at him, i could hear it through the phone. I asked to speak to a office manager several times, they refused and still haven't sent me the correct balance owed even after I asked severally.

Experiencia fantástica: Very good visit AND better because I’m good until June ‘25!
