Experiencia negativa: My husband and I are both patient at the time . my husband became ill and I had 10,000 plus dollars worth of dental work . they were nice in the begin , and when I told them I didn't like the way my teeth came out they told me that's is all she can do for . dr Tompkins left me to have a hard time eating because myth front teeth rub together and have a hard time writing and chewing my food . Her staff didn't seem to care about that . In the mean time my husband became very ill and spent a lot of money of medical bills going back and forth to Boston for treatments for his cancer . l I ask the office to work with me on the small balance I had . They said they would knowing what I am going through with my husband . The dr knew of my husband health condition and felt bad cause we had to cancel my apts and his apts . they called me the day they turn me into collections the girl was very rude and I explain everything and she said didn't care I was even home we were in Boston for his treatments . I said I could give you 500 off me care credit would accept that . I have sent people to this practice always said they were nice . But now I see why the people who left the practice and why . I will never return back . I am calling the dental insurance company and explain what happened to me . this was very awful. I offer oats and they said no . That's ok I will find a better dental who will fix the mess up from this office. I will not give any rating because her staff and dr tompin not listing to me and could have done better for the about of money I had to pay ... will Never return . Thanks for waking my time and money .UNHAPPY PATIENT >>>>>>

Experiencia fantástica: I switched to Advanced Dentistry and I have been very happy with the switch. Everyone is extremely friendly and professional and the office is very clean and inviting.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff was very friendly as I walked in and made sure who I was. They told me to sit down. Riley was the one that took care of me again she sat me down told me if I had any pain. Anything was going on in my teeth then she started doing the cleaning. She told me if I wanted to do the fluoride again we decided on going with the mint flavor, she did a thorough cleaning. Explain everything. She was very thorough which I really appreciated. She made the next 3 appointments for me. She told me which type of toothpaste and mouthwash and water flosser I should get. Then Dr Tonkin came in checked everything. I really appreciated the whole visit. Great team

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Tonkin and her entire staff are incredibly friendly—from the moment you walk in, throughout procedures, and all the way through checkout. Dr. Tonkin truly listens and makes recommendations that align with my goals while being completely upfront about care, cost, and long-term upkeep. I love that I can come here for routine cleanings and cosmetic dentistry. I had a fantastic experience with two crowns and aligners—my teeth have never been healthier or looked better. I couldn’t be happier. Even if my insurance lapsed tomorrow, I would still choose to be a patient here. 11/10.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Dr. Tonkins for almost 2 years. The doctor and staff are fantastic. I have always been nervous at the dentists but they are gentle, efficient and professional

Experiencia fantástica: First time seeing Dr Tonkin. I was very pleased with the service I received. And she has several techniques to deal with my sensitive teeth.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been with Dr. Tonkin's practice for a few years now and all of my experiences there have been great! The moment you walk in the door, the waiting are is very nice, clean and welcoming, the administrative staff is friendly and attentive, and the technicians are very thorough. I have had only one non routine procedure which was a cap and it was all done in one day which I loved, no temporary. Dr. Tonkin’s did a great job and it was painless! Also, Dr. Tonkins is very well respected and liked by her staff. She respects her employees and understands that they have lives and works with them to accommodate everyone’s schedule! I highly recommend Dr. Tonkin’s practice, you won’t be disappointed!

Experiencia fantástica: Me and my family have been seeing Dr. Tonkin for years and the office never disappoints! I had to get a crown and was so nervous but with their same-day technology I was in and out in just over an hour! The front desk was great, especially Jordan who checked with my insurance what my out of pocket would be prior to my visit. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Experiencia negativa: Sadly this office is not honest. They misquote cost, and what insurance will cover. For a basic cleaning they charge three times as much as other dentist in the area. I do not recommend this office, there dishonesty is ridiculous and they will nickle a dime their customers. Avoid!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Katie Tonkin, the dental hygienists and office staff are all fantastic. Not only does everyone have an extremely pleasant attitude but the dental care is top notch. I’ve had poor experiences in the past with male dentist being too rough. Dr Tonkin and the hygienists have been very responsive to my sensitivity needs. I couldn’t be happier with a dental office. I’ll be a patient as long as they’re open.

Experiencia fantástica: What a great and nice surprise your Veterans appreciation day was. I truly thank you for your caring about us. I won't forget it and truly appreciate it. Thanks. Dave Peck

I hadn’t gone to the dentist for years because of a horrible experience with my last one and no one working with my TMJ but here they were patient with me and used this laser thing to help with the tension…I have not felt that kind of relief in years and I’m grateful I found this place

It's easy to make an appointment, I never spend too much time in the waiting room, and the appointment itself manages to be both quick and comprehensive. They're able to answer any questions I have, and I've had a few between regular care, Invisalign, and whitening. If you want to make sure your smile is getting the best possible care, this is where you should go!

Experiencia fantástica: Prior to my visit with Dr. Tonkin and her team, I did not know it was possible to like going to the dentist. After years of corporate cattle chute style dentistry, I am beyond grateful to find a dental team that seems to enjoy their work, ensures patient comfort is a top priority, and a dentist that treats me like a human rather than the next line item in the revenue spreadsheet. My visit with Dr. Tonkin and her team felt like how the world used to be.

I loved their service, staff, and caring. I found the Dentist I was searching for. Thank you for putting a gleaming smile on this old face.

Experiencia fantástica: My first experience was amazing, I was nervous about starting at a new dentist. Everyone who worked on my teeth including the dentist explained thoroughly what was going on throughout the whole process. Made sure I was comfortable the entire time, explained procedures, recommended alternatives to what I was currently using for flossing and tooth paste. I highly recommend this dentist office.
